After meeting with multiple companies to build a second story deck with a screened-in porch, we chose Westpoint Designs because of Mikes professionalism, expertise, and easy to get along with demeanor. We had never hired a contractor before for a big project, and I knew that he would be patient explaining, answering questions, and addressing concerns. He was responsive to items raised throughout the process and calmly handled anything that came up. The contractors that he hired were professional and were great craftsmen. We love the finished product. We were so happy with them that we hired them to do the staining as well. We know they will take pride in the work.

Working with WestPoint Designs was a great experience. Mike was on-time; available and made the process of remodeling my new townhome better than I could have expected. My ideas were easily understood and enhanced by Mike and his team. In my first meeting I gave Mike a basic idea of what I wanted and provided pictures-- and it just went from there. He always kept me up-to-date with possibilities and I felt comfortable expressing my style and opinions- as he offered great ideas but was never too pushy or absolute which made for a nice blending of inspiration.I couldnt be happier with the results! I started with just an idea to remodel my kitchen and master bath but was so pleased with the work that I ended up re-doing my staircase; two other bathrooms and back patio. WestPoint Designs has gotten the job done, yet again! When it comes to our home décor and renovation needs, we know just where to go.For our most recent project, WestPoint Designs gave life to what was once our dull fireplace in our living room and gave it a Fireplace feature wall with floating shelves makeover. Talk about the center of attention! For this project, WestPoint Designs used chopped up wood and a new electric fireplace to give our home that warm and fuzzy feeling that everyone looks for in a home.You can tell they were patient, diligent, and were focused on their craft. Now when everyone comes over, our feature fireplace and floating shelves is the first thing they mention. We couldn’t have made a better decision when it comes to our home décor needs. So I wish I had the same great experience that others had but I didn’t. They came recommended by my neighbor who spoke highly of Mike and Westpoint Designs. So I reached out to Mike in reference to some loose boards and railing. He respond and told me he’d send someone out, that was June 28th. So I reached out to him again on July 21st and I got no response. So now I need to know if the deck they installed had a permit and if so I need a copy of it. So those of you out there whose willing to take a risk and hire these people make sure you ask about a permit and get a copy. So a couple of days ago I reached out again to enquire about this permit and even though it was only a few days ago I truly and honestly believe he WILL NOT respond again. I will deter ANYONE from using Westpoint Designs and my next step is to contact the BBB and submit a complaint there as well. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. He’s not worth the headache and then he has the audacity to post pictures of my deck and house without my permission on his fb page. I would like those pictures taken down. You are unprofessional and that should noted. STAY AWAY PEOPLE!!

WestPoint Designs came into my home with great ideas and did there thing. I just love my new custom window treatment, wallpaper, feature wall and fireplace mantel.The entire design ties into my existing furniture and the contemporary modern design that I was looking for. Love, Love, Love it.I will definitely use WestPoint and Mike again for all my future projects. Highly recommended!

We recently used westpoint designs to renovate our bathroom. They not only gave us great ideas but the bathroom of our dream. They protected all of our personal belongs during demolition and through out the whole process. Their work was nothing more than immaculate. Mike was wonderful to work with. He was always very responsive, had creative ideas to fix some trouble areas in our house (our whole house was a trouble area! LOL), and the end result is a beautiful finish that we are enjoying. For us, Mike redesigned some components of our kitchen, repaired shoddy original build on the interior of our living room, laid flooring (both tile and hardwoods), repaired, sanded, and painted walls and wainscoting. We had a large commercial property that needed to be completely redone and restored, while maintaining the original architectural features. We had ideals for a warm, inviting, and modern loft-like interior. WestPoint delivered an interior beyond our wildest imagination with a stunning stone feature wall complete with a massive built-in fireplace, a custom designed faux brick wall, and a 12’ hand-cut bamboo room divider, just to name a few!We are exceptionally pleased with our space as well as our frequent guests and clients who enter through the custom double doors. WestPoint did an amazing job to create beanboard ceilings in the downstairs of my Townhome. The ceilings are now the focal point, I absolutely love them and so does every one that enters my home. I will definitely be contacting WestPoint for future projects to come.
