Terrible experience. After being a loyal customer for 3 years, they dropped my policy without even telling me. The first I found out about it was 3 weeks later when the agent emailed me and said he noticed my policy dropped. The communication between paper statements and the online portal is not in sync, the front desk staff is not friendly and will tell you false information (TWICE I had them tell me that I didnt owe anything one month for it to show on next months bill). Once confronted about the situation the agent became very unprofessional. And, I had a clean driving record but still ended up paying more year over year and I never understood why. After changing companies, my monthly bill has gone down $25 for the same exact coverage I was getting with Farm Bureau! Will not recommend to anyone.

Michael Decker is HIGHLY recommended! I work as a financial advisor and have always had a hard time finding an insurance agent to refer clients to. Michael never up-sells or oversells, but consults with his clients and only recommends what is needed to protect a client from financial loss. He sells no investment products, and for my own insurance talked me into a less expensive product than I went to him for. Hes worked with several of my clients, and not once have I felt hes recommended a solution that wasnt absolutely in a clients best interest. If youre looking for someone to help with your insurance needs, than look no further. Michael is great!!

I know that I would be leery if there is only one review and it was a complimentary as I feel about this company, but I am just a client and LOVE these people!!! From the get-go they have worked with me on payments (I get paid by the week, and therefore try to pay each week, which is a challenge with most systems), and were there when I needed them!A LARGE branch hit my roof late one night, and I called my agent. He called right back, asked some questions (my concern was the dripping from the rain I heard in the attic, but could not see where the branch hit), and he had a team sent out to my house (AGAIN, late at night)! The team they sent was wonderful too!! They clambered into my attic (only accessible by a SMALL door, and then rafters up to the part that was in question), and were able to determine that, while the branch had made a loud noise, it had only loosened a vent pipe, which had caused a very slight drip. They placed a bucket below it, just to keep the insulation from getting wet, and told me the small amount it was apt to cost me to get it fixed, for there was no real need to cover it from the outside in the near future. When my agent called back to see how it went (now almost midnight) I told him that I felt foolish calling for such a small thing and was told that it was not an issue as long as I was safe (oh, and the insurance paid for the guys coming out, without raising my rates).A friend of mind considered them, but felt the cost was too high, and I admit that they are not cheap, but you get what you pay for and this is a classic case ! From the ladies (a term I do not use lightly, just because they are women) in the front office, to the agent, and even to the contractors they use, I felt cared for and protected. My only regret is that in moving to another state I cannot bring this office with me (a MAJOR drawback for me)!

I had Robbie Norris write up my auto and renters insurance when I realized that my current rates were so cheap because I did not have the coverage that I actually needed. When I met Robbie, I knew that he was someone that I could trust! Having a personal agent gives you major advantages over a company that you just call and some random person writes up your policy. Robbie gets to know you and your situation personally so that he can make personal recommendations on what you actually need, and not just the cheapest rate. My cheap rate was that way because I did not have what I actually needed! I feel much more at ease that my belongings are in better care and if I ever need something I know that I can call Robbie any time!
