The moment I called the Elliott, I spoke to a live person (Karen) rather than getting sent to a voicemail where no one calls back. She helped answer all my questions and more! Best apartment ever lived. Spacious and bright, this apartment offers almost anything you can think about a home. You deserve a clean and peaceful living environment.

Great design - storage available right outside your apartment. Very professional and responsive management team. Amenities have been well-thought-out and executed. Beautiful setting on Booker Creek Basin Park with access to so much shopping, dining, gyms and professional services.

Hannah in the leasing office is helpful and provided a great tour. The Elliot is a beautiful, brand new property (still partially under construction) but is open to tour some units (floors are opening in phases). Awesome, open common spaces. The construction feels solid and good quality. Nice outdoor yard spaces, ideal for pets. I recommend a visit to this new property! (Note: use caution while exiting the parking deck, as the angle is extremely difficult to navigate. I think the property is working on resolving this).

Do not live here; poorly designed units and unsympathetic staff.

Very professional staff. Hannah was so helpful and welcoming to answer all my questions. I didn’t expect that virtual touring can be as effective as it was with the Elliott!

If you need wheelchair accessibility for bathroom use the ADA Units are not accessible for you: 2 tubs in the 2 bed/2 bath units. Only 1 handicapped parking space per floor in the part I toured.I was surprised to learn that the ADA doesnt require an accessible shower--just grab bar placement. One would think they would aim for the lowest common denominator.
