Scam. Disputing charge and contacting the FTC.

As the director of a marketing agency, I work with AdCart, a division of Shopper Local. Ive never reached out to them for customer service, because Ive never had to. They approach me. I order. And everything goes off without a hitch. The advertising Ive purchased through AdCart has been strong and has produced measurable ROI for local business.

Call the toll free number. Goes to a call center in India.They can not provide usa north carolina phone number.Rating looks like a scam. Communication sounds like a scam.First phone call feels like a scam.

Ive been an employee here for a little over a year. Ive never worked for a company that actually cared how Im doing, but they do here. When I moved they found a position for me within the company.

The very first step in the right direction and look where we are now!I am glad that I bumped into Shopperlocal when my business was still young.4 years and still with register tape advertising, I would recommend this to every business owner.

I my opinion this company is a fraud. We began getting invoices from them but we have no agreement with them and we dont know them. We have called the phone number on the invoice. This number is redirected to India. I tried calling both the local office as well as the corporate office. We continued receiving invoices for several months so I sent them a certified letter demanding a copy of their contract. Then they turned the account over to a collection agency. I am still trying to resolve this situation since it began over a year ago.

Business owners beware nothing but thieves stealing from my account for last couple years without my permission and not a single advertisement done for my business just run I’m getting in touch with my lawyers

Horrible customer service. They bill you for things you never received and do not answer the phone when you want to dispute it. I have disputed invoices numerous times. This is a fraudulent company trying to take advantage of small business.

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They take money with out authorization. An ex-employee signed up with them without my permission. I stopped payment in my bank account and they changed their name and withdrew about 5 months after with all kinds of late fees. My name is not on the contract and Im the only owner. 0 STARS IF I COULD!

THis company is a Fraud!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I gave them my banking info because I trusted them for advertising . I signed a 3 month contract and after it was over I called and told them to please stop taking money out of my account because the advertising was not working. I just learned that theyve been pulling money out of my account for 2 years . Thats right two years under another business name. I put a stop payment to Shopper local so I thought that they can no longer pull mioney out but they changed names and continue to pull money out. They continue to pull money out through shopper Local and when that gets rejected every month they have the other business name pull it. I found $1,700 taken from my account in one year. I had to cancel the checking account just to stop them from taking money. I called and guess what? No reply to my messages. They forward me to a voice mail and never get a response back ! PLease Do not do any business with these people !

Was lured into agreeing to a year contract by the salesman who specifically said I could cancel after a few months of trying it out -were not going to hold you to a year if youre not getting results...were judged by our results so we dont want unhappy customers, just try it out and if were not getting results were not going to force you to keep paying. I found out later after three months of paying and not one new lead that the salesman lied and the company had no intentions of letting me out of the agreement. So I decided to suck it up and attribute this to an expensive lesson learned. However when the next quarter rolled around I had an existing customer bring in an expired coupon (still no new leads at all), stating that she just got it today. I went the next day to the store to find out that corporate instructed the store to use up all the old receipt ribbon before using the new ribbon. So one week into the new month my expired coupons were being handed out to customers. This company in my opinion doesnt care about the growth of your company, your company, only the money they get from your company. As evident by the blatant dis-concern shown by the local store, the stores dont seem to care about their customers, this company, or the advertisers. Your money would be better spent some where else.

Just another fraud company, which takes money and does nothing. Had to cancel credit card to stop them taking money.

WASTE OF MONEY!!!! Do not do business with them.
