123JUNK is amazing. Great service and a great price. I needed a couple of strong backs to move the contents of a 26 foot long U-Haul truck into my house in Northern Virginia. They got the whole job done in 90 minutes. Superstars! Dan (the crew chief) and his assistant never flagged. They were as energetic in minute 89 as they were in minute 1. I have done a lot of moves in my life and my most common complaint is that guys lose energy and start slowing down halfway through the move. And when you are paying by the hour that is frustrating as a customer (although understandable as a human). But these guys were fantastic. They did not drop a single item even though they probably lifted and moved more than 300 hundred boxes, tubs, mirrors, pieces of artwork, and pieces of furniture) and they did not scrap a single wall or corner. This was a great experience and I recommend 123JUNK for anyone needing junk removal or help loading (or unloading) a moving truck.

I have used 123 Junk before and I was so pleased that when I needed to finish a garage clean out I called them again. I was as happy this time as the first. From beginning to end the process was professional, efficient and fast! The guys called ahead with their arrival time, arrived on time, and introduced themselves by name as soon as they got out of the truck. They listened to what I needed removed and got to work. They packed the truck really well so that my junk took up as little space as possible, since you pay based on the space used in the truck. They were so quick and efficient, right down to sweeping the floor when they finished. They made sure they had done everything I needed before they left. This is the second time I used 123Junk and both times they used high quality professional movers who listened and did exactly what I asked. I want to let you know what a remarkable experience I had with 123 Junk. It started with my first call in which T.J. assisted me. His customer service is truly unmatched and sets the standard for other companies to emulate. Ron and Tim removed my couch with such professional and ease. They were so friendly and respectable and even called me to let me know if I was in the front end of my time range or the back end. I was so appreciative for their thoughtfulness. All three of them represent 123 Junk in a way I’m sure the company is proud of. I only wish they offered more services because I’d hire them in a second.

This company came to clear out our condo. The promised number of crew members and trucks did not show. The crew that did show was poorly supplied (no hand trucks, furniture carts, etc); they were poorly trained, ill prepared for the task at hand (a massive amount of stuff), lacked an energetic effort and essentially quit after a very poor effort. Despite this, they charged us an exorbitant fee, much higher than 1-800-got-junk? (mentioned below). And with our major complaint delivered personally offered a paltry 10 % rebate. Unfortunately, they came recommended by our realtor. Ive advised her to stop doing so. The job was so poorly done that we had to call 1-800-got-junk? for the next day. They did a super job! Frankly, I would never recommend 123junk and never use them again. Id offer a 0 rating if I could.

The company was recommended by the furniture store to remove the old sofa. The new sofa was in stock and was going to be delivered in less than a week. WOW! This was our first time using a junk pick-up service and these guys were amazing! I had my doubts when I saw the truck pull up because I thought there was no way our stuff was going to fit in there, but these guys know what they are doing. We had some things in the shed that we wanted removed and these guys did it without complaining even after stumbling across a couple garden snakes. As we were getting towards the end, they told me that they thought there was more than had been quoted. I knew I had underestimated the amount of junk we had, so I was totally expecting a higher price but I really appreciated them letting me know. The leader let us know that we had more stuff than was originally quoted. They came back with a new estimate before beginning the job, and once we accepted the new quote, proceeded to work quickly. We had the team remove an exceptionally large refrigerator which was so tall that it had to have originally been assembled in the kitchen. Needless to say, partially disassembling it to make it safe and possible to move was a chore but the guys used creativity and a professional eye to get the job done and it made our lives a hundred times easier. Two folks from 123Junk came out to the house to removed a large old rug and some other household junk. They called to tell us when they would arrive and they were on time. I had a great experience booking the pick-up via phone, and with the two gentlemen who arrived (on time!) to load and haul away my junk. Used the co to remove old sofa and take another downstairs in its place. Due to the ice storms, we had to reschedule a couple of times and they were very flexible. Two young men showed up promptly on the dot and took great care inside my home. And most of all, they were extremely courteous in dealing with me and with each other. Recommend highly in every regard.

TJ and KD were exceptionally helpful in moving heavy items to the basement as well as around the garage. Its hard to find great service today but 123JUNK is exceptional in every way. Ive used them twice and theyre the most professional service company Ive ever dealt with. From the moment you call to make an appointment, theyre friendly and helpful. Each time theyve arrived on time. They hauled away very heavy furniture for me and there wasnt a mark on the walls afterwards. Theyre respectful of your property. The company gets 5 stars from start to finish! Available at my convenience, called with a window of time, the guys called ahead and *asked * if it was okay to come now! They arrived as they said they would, wore masks, were friendly but professional, and were done removing our old couch in 5 minutes flat! I had already given my card information so the entire transaction was touchless. Courteous and efficient, I give the whole company 5 stars!

They arrived right after an ice storm and couldn’t get to the house. The furniture was carried from the house to the street. Very professional and extremely reasonably priced even with the slight adjustment due to increased labor. Definitely would use again and recommend to everyone.

Quick, courteous and clean. Suggested an order to take out the materials before dealing with outside stuff to not get dirty shoes in my house! Would use them again.
