Don’t even bother putting in a reservation with these guys, even if it’s a month and a half in advanced, because they probably won’t have the truck you rented available when it comes time to pick it up. Probably won’t even call you to let you know either. However, they might find you one that’s an hour away and put you even further behind schedule than you already were initially. Never dealt with a business so poorly managed.

This review is for Budget, in general, rather than this location (although I do have a particular gripe about this location).Long story short: the day of the move I got a text (a TEXT) from the location saying they didnt have a truck. Customer service then sent me to an alternative location... which ALSO didnt have a truck. The best they could offer was Leesburg... nearly thirty minutes away.Go to the Uhaul in Chantilly and save yourself the heart-ache.

Good customer service, truck comes with unlimited miles.

Took my reservation over phone then store finds out its only for a day, then they call and cancel to save trucks for longer reservations...awful company and employees!
