Always a quick in and out. Very good customer service and they never cringe on printing labels anytime we forget to print at home.

I have visited this UPS store no less than a dozen times. The guys here are always friendly and helpful as I drop off prepaid packages. The place is clean, they run things smoothly and the packages get on their way in a timely manner - in fact, I am always amazed at how quickly packages get delivered by UPS when I drop them off at this location as opposed to others. Definitely recommend this UPS store for shipping needs.

Right by the new Wegmans in Chantilly, easy to get to, clean and neat facility, fast and efficient service on Collins part. Beats the USPS experience any day.

I had the pleasure of being served by Grace at the UPS Chantilly store for the Notary and next day shipping service. She was professional, efficient and has great customer service. 1. I came in a few months ago to get an overwhelming amount of copies done and it was terribly last minute on my part. I was all over the place but Grace made sure I was squared away, and she even double checked my copies to make sure we had everything!2. My husband and I came in to print out a few family photos but were not aware of the different options for photo paper! Collin showed us the difference in regular printer paper versus photo paper/card stock? Needless to say, we were very impressed and appreciative of Collin’s help that day. He went above and beyond in handling photos of a beloved family members photo who is no longer with us.We would like to thank you for your kindness and hard work. The team here is great!

This review started out as 1*. Until I spoke to Andres, and because of his exceptional customer service my opinion changed.My diabetic medication was late to arrive due to my healthcare provider and my sugar has been dangerously low for several days. It’s hard to deal with extra stress in this state, and the anxiety comes out combative. I would have been in the ER if Andres didn’t provide a perfect resolution and I am so grateful!Also, I owe an apology to Vanessa, Customer service can be a difficult, and a trying profession and Sometimes you just have a bad day.Vanessa, I sincerely apologize for adding unnecessary stress to your day. I apologize if I seemed rude or arrogant. I was not trying to be a B!$:% I was having a hard time understanding.I hope your day gets betterTHANK YOU AGAIN

Lost me an important package about a month and a half and there is not follow up yet. Spoke to manager finally and he hasn’t contacted me back after a week. At least I just want to be informed how it’s the process coming along or something. Ha, one of his employees even say that this is UPS problem not theirs haha. I though they represent UPS. At least that’s the sign I see at front of their building. Pretty bad how they handle issues.
