We wanted to replace carpet in a couple of rooms with hardwood. We called Mikes Flooring and had a Sales Associate Drew come out to our house and explain all our options to us. We requested numerous samples to match some existing flooring and Drew was very helpful and patient getting us everything we needed. Once we selected our flooring, Mr. Lee and his crew were on time and did a wonderful job with the installation and clear up.I would recommend Mikes Flooring for any hardwood, tile, or carpet needs. It was a please sure work with them and well be back to replace some carpet in the future.

We had Mikes do a wood floor install in one room. They did a really nice job! Floors looked amazing! It took an entire week (which is why I only gave 4 stars). I had to wait around everyday for them to arrive which was a different time each day. They were very busy durig this time though. Mike was very friendly as were all of his employees! Overall, great place at a great price!

Mike and his team did a great job! Thank you Vernon and his colleague! We are very pleased with the work they did. We had our hardwood resurfaced and would highly recommend them!

This is not a reputable company and they do not stand by their (shoddy) work.We used Mikes Flooring on recommendation of our remediation contractor to replace carpet in two levels of our home. After only 4 years, the carpet was loose and rippling everywhere -- two separate levels, the hallway, and the stairs. We previously had carpeting in these areas installed by a big box DIY store and did not have this problem.I contacted Mikes and was treated at first to no response (I had to try three separate times for someone to return my call) and then exceptionally rude service. After several calls and late cancellations, someone did eventually show and basically said it was my problem, would cost a couple of hundred dollars to fix, and that they would send me an estimate by email. One week later, I received a curt email saying that Mikes no longer did residential work and would not be able to fix their poorly-installed carpet at any price.I have never come across a company that provided such poor service.There are many carpet providers out there -- do yourself a favor and do not use Mikes Flooring.P.S. When I sought out reporting this issue to the Better Business Bureau I was not surprised to learn that Mikes is not a member.
