I had one of the worst experiences of my life here. I was helping an elderly woman into her appointment and the receptionist was so rude and racist that it made me uncomfortable. She purposeful mispronounced the womans name and told her she did not look Spanish so she couldnt have a Spanish name. The receptionist who told us her name was Esperanza laughed at the elderly woman when she asked for assistance and honestly treated her like dirt. When I asked her to be more respectful she laughed at me as well. I have never written a review before but I found this whole experience shocking. This office is suppose to provide assistance to people in need and seeing how their staff treat individuals with the most need is disheartening. I ended up helping the elderly woman out of the office because Esperanza would not assist her with anything else, even when the woman just asked for her paperwork and to schedule her next appointment. This women should not be working in a place that deals with multicultural and high need cliental. Insensitivity and racism is never acceptable. Respect should be shown to every person that walks into the door. I have been into this office before and have had positive interactions with Esperanza but I now realize that there is a racial bias and she is discriminating against people with disabilities and the elderly.

I love this place they have really helped me a lot.

The person that is trying to help me get a job was rude and unprofessional about the clients needs so I dont want be part of the problem if they r being rude and being like a zombie to me they want me dead instead of helping me
