So glad I discovered Batteries and Bulbs.....What a great store.... I was thinking of getting a new phone although mine still worked well....but the battery was no longer holding a charge.... my battery was replaced and now my phone works like it is brand new.... great job..... the store sells all sorts of batteries and bulbs so if you need something I strongly recommend checking them out....

The clerks there were very knowledgeable about Samsung phones and how to keep your battery in working condition. They were very thorough in their diagnostic testing of my phone and in replacing the battery. I would recommend them to my friends.

I dont ever post but this company cant get itself together. Took three weeks for a battery to show up in the wrong store for my Galaxy S7 because they gave the one Id ordered away. They finally rectified the issue because I drove to Chantilly (this was all supposed to be done at the Alexandria store) and they completed the repair. To top it off, when I received the phone back, they had scratched the back glass the entire way around. Now Im trying to charge the phone and the charge doesnt seem to want to take. Hopefully I was a one off but man, this was the worst customer service experience in a long time. Youll get better prices here but what you save on the bottom line, you lose in time, customer service, and damage to the phone.
