Drove from Maryland to here and I’m very pleased with this dealership! Got my first car here and they have been very helpful and quick . My car failed the Maryland inspection but they covered everything that needed to be fix free of charge and within one day !! Highly recommend this place you can tell they take very good care of the cars they sale.

An ok customer service but try to avoid financing a car from this location. I credit score is pretty good but they set my car interest at %12.2 and they were not willing to negotiate the interest with the company lender.I kept getting transfer every time I got the dealer.

I just brought a 2018 Nissan Murano with just 900 miles on it. I had a great experience with the sale rep Isaac. He was very understanding and polite and made sure I was happy with my purchase.

Bunch of crooks. Called me to the store for full detailing and then quotes a ridiculous price. And when I said its a lot he said he can do for less but I shouldnt complain after its done. Terrible. Stay away.

BEWARE!!! Transmission went out on the van I bought 50 miles away from dealership. Manager told me he would cover half of repair. They did not and do not honor their word!

I called the dealership about 2017 Honda Accord I was told Car was clean with no issue however I was looking for parking space drove behind the building. They have cars badly smashed. They were pushing it inside with a floor jack. Red flag . No thanks.

I had to wait a very long time to get my license plates. And i was very mad to find out that the oil has not been changed even though the sticker said it did. Could have totaled an engine, if i didnt see it sooner. After all that happened, i was lied to being told gap insurance and extended warranty could be cancelled, if i wanted, now the car has added another 900$ for something that wouldnt benefit me. I wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone.

Was told by Jose that I HAD to buy extended warranty or the car could not be financed. ( A lie ). Have also waited 5 months for my tag (which I have already paid for) and have still not received it. They will not return my calls now and I have a car that I am making payments on but can not drive because the temp tag expired 4 months ago. This dealership should be put out of business !

If I give zero star, I will. Carlos didnt keep the promise at all. No trained salesperson who named Sergio never knows dent or scratch. Dont trust when they will fix it, they dont know what is fixing means. It was my the worst experience ever.
