Applied for a job here. In person interview and no one in the whole office was wearing a mask. I cant believe that everyone at this company was so selfish and ignorant during this time. I left after 5 minutes, and the worst part is they misrepresented the job.

They have always provided me with answers to my many questions and as there are often-times pressing matters. C2 gets back to me with answers very quickly. I recently found myself in some very unfamiliar territory with the filing of a dental insurance claim. I anticipated an abundant amount of paper shuffle and/or red tape etc... especially being currently deployed here in Afghanistan. This was immediately put to rest by a member of my HR team at C2. She assured me that she would do everything possible in assisting me with streamlining the process. I was from there on extremely impressed with her manner of courtesy and professionalism. As per our initial conversation she immediately sent me an email containing the claim form. It was a bit Greek to me so I called her back with questions regarding the proper filling out of this form. Once again, her patience, politeness and professionalism had no boundaries. Next thing I know in less than an hour I was returning an email containing the completed form as well as additional paper work, talk about making it easy! I hope that I never have to file another dental claim in my lifetime (like most I truly dislike dental work) but if so I hope that it would involve someone as pleasurable as she.
