I spoke with Mark on the phone about buying an older Tundra, 2001 I believe. I know these things have problems with the frame, and being a 20 year old truck I asked about rust.His answer: Only some minor surface rust on the frame.Being several states away, I asked for pictures of the frame before committing to traveling out there to see in person.Well, Im glad I did because his definition of surface rust is far off from mine! He sent pictures of a frame totally rusted out and it even had holes in it! I cant believe this passed a safety inspection.How you do anything is how you do everything.

Mark is wonderful!!! He jumped through so many hoops to let me buy this car. 2019 Chevy Camaro 2SS, 20k miles. Priced well under blue book value. Clear title... No accidents or issues. He picked my hubby up from the airport, and stayed open until 8:30pm at night for us... This is after I had to reschedule 3 times. I live in MI so I kept scheduling the flight before having all my ducks in a row and had to reschedule twice. He could have easily sold the car to someone else but held it because he gave me his word. He is extremely responsive as well.

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DISHONEST PERSON. He is as dishonest used car salesman as they can get. If you find yourself liking a vehicle that he has, take it for a test drive to an inspection and emissions station before you give him a dime. If you give him a dime, be sure and get a copy of a two sided buyers order/receipt and buyers guide. Otherwise, you will be screwed and left with a lemon.

I had an excellent experience working with Mark! I was looking around for a used car and found a 2014 Mazda2 in excellent condition here. I contacted Mark about it and drove home with it only 4 days later! He was completely professional the entire time and was always available to reply to any questions I had. I went to discuss a vehicle that I saw online, and actually I filled out the application while I was on the website. On the website the 2002 car was listed for approximately $3500 and displayed the financing options and monthly payment with a $500 deposit. I went to the location and inquired with the gentleman there. He asked me questions about which car I saw online and at that time I told him the 2002 c240 for 3500. I also told him I completed the finance application as well. He than very poignantly asked me how much will i put down, my response was I can put down $500 as displayed on your site if i decide i want to finance. He looks at me like he was accessing me an proceeds to say well as you know for $3500 banks do not finance that so it will be in-house financing. He continues by telling me,so we start by adding $1000 to the cost of the vehicle and need 50% down so you need $2250. I was shocked thinking what? Why did you ask me how much i want to put down if you knew this earlier? I truly feel he was behaving this way because of the way I look and he prejudged me because of the way I look assuming I cannot afford to buy a car thus he never took me seriously.He never asked to show me the car if anything He behaved as i was interrupting him. I feel like he did that to chase me out of the showroom by his demeanor and the tone and conjecture of voice. Everything sounded shady and I do not believe or understand why they add $1000 to cost of a car. I just left because of his condescending tone and truculent behavior. I truly believe i was treated adversarial and rudely because he prejudged me by my appearance. The thing is this may be a policy but if he had showed just a little professionalism without the disrespectful tone i would have just paid cash for the car! But instead, i will definitely share this experience with as many people as possible. It will be my crusade!

Mr Mark is a good person, I was in search of the used cars he asked how much is your budget and gave the car which i was looking for. Car runs great without any issues. He has good knowledge in cars. The only reason why i gave 4 stars because i am yet to receive the registration number for my vehicle. Its currently 25 days since i bought car from Mark, yet to receive the number.

I went with my husband to M&M auto brokers with a tight budget for a manual car. Marc answered all of our question very accurately, he remembered the mileage of all the cars without checking it in the computer. I bought a Mini Cooper from 2010, manual and for the budget we had ! Ive been driving it for three weeks and I love it ! I recommended my friend to trust the professionalism of Marc and will definitely go back there.

I sincerely dont know why this guy is still in business and why the State is allowing people like this to dupe others. i understand he is buying scrap cars to sell which is fine with me. But for God sake if you buy a scrap used car fix it before you sell to people or at least be honest about the issues. I have been going back and forth with Mark now about a car I purchased from him for my daughter who just started college. The car broke down immediately after I took it out of his lot. He told me he is going to fix the car but I have to pay for the cost. I asked him to at least take the processing fee of $499 and give me the rest of my money but he refused. He gave me the option to look for another car and all his cars that I have tried are scrap. I dont know how he manipulated the electronic dashboard for the light not to come on but within 24 hours after you take it from his lot the check engine light will come on. I will do all I could for this guys business to be investigated and I hope others will follow. My daughter went the whole semester without a car, however I have bought a car for her from a certified dealer and we are happy now. He still has my money and the car which I believed he passed to someone else. My advice to all, if you want a car and you have satisfactory credit go to a certified dealer and put a down payment. The scrap cars Mark is selling for $4500 are cars you can get from a certified dealer for less if you can do your research.

This guy is a fraud. Sold me a broken down Audi TT doing all kinds of disguises inside the car to cover its flaws. Travelled 5 hours to look at it and on the phone before I came he told me its perfect condition. When I got there the blinkers didnt even work, but he assured me thats the only issue. Then when Im at his office after the purchase, he presses me to leave him a 5 star review. I talked and the receptionist wrote my review on my behalf. She was nice, just doing what shes told from her boss. But this guy is a Fraud. STAY CLEAR

Mark Malek, the owner, was very friendly and courteous and helpful. He sold me a premium (near-luxury) class vehicle, a 2007 Chrysler 300 Limited, at a very reasonable price of $4,500.00. While due to the cars age, I had to spend some money at the mechanic to get some parts updated and upgraded, those same mechanics told me that it was in very good shape overall for an older vehicle. Mark is a liar and a cheat The first car I bought from him for $4300 Was a 2004 infinity G35X that he said was a good car I began to have trouble with it in three weeks, by the fourth week the car had broke down and needed a whole engine repair, I took that car back and he only gave me $1000 for it, so trying to be nice I used that $100 and $400 I had in pocket to get another car from him a 1997 Ford Taurus and agreed to pay $200 every other weekend until October. he gave me the car with the alignment way off and said I would have to pay to get it fixed. Stupidly I drove off the lot with the car and halfway down the highway the transmission begin slipping within six hours in the middle of the road the transmission gave away I took the car back to him and he gave me absolutely nothing for it and I have to take him to court..... I honestly dont see how the state of Virginia overlooks this place they should have been shut down long ago..... Dont waste your time or your money dealing with him, I am working with my lawyers to have this place shut down for good

Mr Malek lied his way through entireprocess. 3month warranty was a waste of paper. Said he put brand new battery in. It was a used battery with a dead cell. His mechanic said he put in a new hub for the wheel. It was a used part. Said nothing wrong with front axle or struts. Two other mechanics showedHow they needed to fixed or replaced. I could go on. But I’ve spent more time with them and about them than they deserve.

Experience = So/SoI purchased a 1998 LS400 (which supposedly passed VA inspection). Upon taking the car home (to MD) these are the issues Ive had to rectify in order to get tags. New Brakes, Rotors & Tires, a new fuel pressure regulator, rear wheel bearings, a thermostat and coolant flush & refill. I also have a LEAKING TRUNK. I inquired about the WET TRUNK before purchasing but was assured the trunk was wet because they used a hose to clean the carpets out...... A bit suspicious. The leak seems to be repaired now with a new trunk gasket and A LOT of glue. NO POSSIBLE WAY this car should have passed VA inspection. Although I believe it passed because the last years inspection was still valid, so basically it just didnt go through a new inspection when I purchased it. Make your own assumptions based on that. I feel I did overpay for the car but conveniently someone was there trying to buy the SAME car I wanted at the SAME time....so I felt a lil rushed to buy (my fault) and therefore unable to negotiate. The buying process was quick and easy. Mark was friendly. Paying in CASH made me a little uneasy though. Once getting the car REPAIRED, registering in my state was fairly simple. Mark seems like a really nice guy but I would suggest taking a VERY knowledgeable person with you to inspect and test drive anything you may purchase. Good Luck!!

If I could give Mark (dealer) no stars I would. I bought a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo from him and he told me it was in good shape. Once I got to the truck, it look good and was driveable but had $2500 worth of repairs that would need to get done to pass MD inspection. He told me he it passed VA inspection so obviously he has some illegal set up where someone passes his vehicles through. The unfortunate part is that I am a college student and I told him such. I literally saved my money to get scammed. This guy is a cheater and he is out to get anybody money. If you are smart, DO NOT BUY HERE!!!

Mark is aweful. Rude, unhelpful, and rushed. Sold me a car that cost me as much as I bought it for in the first two weeks and then 6 months later cost triple what I paid for it in repairs for a totally separate issue. Was told the car had been in a accident that Mark never disclosed to me. After I bought the car it took him a month and a half to get my plates. You will be a hassle to him. No matter how bad you need a car don’t go to him.I sent $2300 on the car not including trading in my old car for scraps, The car I got from Mark only lasted 8 months before it totally broke down and needed an entire exhaust system replacement, a new engine, and new computer for the car (over $9,000). At that point in time I couldnt spend anymore money on it and elected to get a new car that I got for about $3000 with none of the issues or stress as the one that I got from Mark

Soooo...my fiancee went on my behalf to find me a car..after a month of sharing a car, he found me the car I wanted. He and the owner made a deal, but later found out that the car was more than they agreed to. The owner was kind enough to keep the same deal as promised...after deliberation of course ;) BTW: I got a 04 Mercedes-Benz under 100k miles

I went to look at a 2005 red Mini Cooper and once I arrived they were not open because the hours on the website are incorrect so I called because the mini wasnt on the lot. I was told the mini was in the garage there and he would be arriving in 30 minutes. He arrived in the Mini Cooper with some papers in his hands and said he just had the exhaust replaced. I drove it around and there was a loud rattle, it was skipping out really bad and the check engine light was on. He said it was a sensor that was $100 to fix. When I mentioned the rattle, he said it was the exhaust. I found that ironic since he just told me the exhaust was replaced and on top of that the rattle was from the front of the car. I know that mini coopers are notorious for transmission issues and I have a strong feeling that is one of this cars many issues. Also, I was told on the phone the cash price was $5000 and then when I arrived I was told about a $500 processing fee. There is clearly something sketchy about this place and I would be extradordinarily cautious. Personally, I felt he was very dishonest and would never buy a car from him.

Tried to sell us a 2000 dollar car and after getting it inspected the mechanic told us to run! The list of problems with the car would cost at least 2k to repair and he noticed the check engine light had just been reset. When we went back to ask about the check engine he denied ever resetting it. This is a classic scammer! Do not do business here unless you have money to throw away.

I saw a post for this car on a car website and didnt have pics yet so I messaged about it late that night, the next morning I received an email saying the car was nice come check it out, I informed them I was several states away and if he could send pics, very shortly after I received them and a message from Mark the owner telling me the vehicle is as he got it he just listed it and it hadnt been detailed by them yet. I called him up and we negotiated a out the door as is deal on it and put a $2,500 deposit down on the phone till I could get there 7 days later to pick it up. When I arrived we looked at the car and it was pretty much as I expected. It was a manual car and I hadnt driven one in a long time so I asked him if he would mind taking me for a ride first and he was happy too!! After a ride with him he asked if Id like to try and I did, during my drive I kiiled it 3 times and the battery had a hard time restarting so he walked back to his shop and got a jumpstart pack. We got back to his shop and I told him I love the car but think I need a new battery before I left because Id surely kill it several more times relearning and he agreed and said no problem and called up the autoparts store and had them bring one down, I put 100 towards the battery and Mark paid 40 of it but Im sure wouldve paid the full price of a value battery but I wanted a nice one. I paid 6,500 out the door and worth 9,000, as expected 2 tires were low and there was a little surface rust on the car which I noticed in the pics so no surprise there, the tires cost me 250 installed 500 for the surface rust repair and the battery so 850 total which means I saved $1,650!!! Lots of people would look at a undetailed car and turn away, I like it that way because you can see if anything has been repaired or not instantly, buying a previously owned car from any used dealer you should expect to put a few hundred into it why do you think the other person traded it in!! Typically because it needed a few minor things and they wanted something new so put the money towards it instead. I was a cash buyer but if your financing maybe have your stuff together before you go, and if your buying a $3,000 car, guess what your gonna get a $3,000 car needing a few things and far from perfect. Hope this helps some of the other reviews I saw seemed to lack a lot of details, I wouldnt hesitate to buy another car from Mark and just may in the future.

The first car I bought from him for $9000 ($10300 with hidden charges) Was a 2014 Nissan sentra that he said was a good car and I began to have trouble with it in three weeks that check engine light was illuminated and then I went to Darcars Nissan service center to resolve this they told me that this car has serious problem even this car is not safe to drive and this problem can be solved to fixed by changing some engine part (cost $2800) but no guarantee because due to unseen issues. And still he did not send me my title of the car after four weeks and now he sent me tracking number and when I tracked that it is showing undelivered due to incomplete address (he did not put my apt number) may be he did this willfully. and my temporary number plate is going to expire i do not have any options now. I have to take him to court....He should have been shut down long ago by state virginia. I advise to all Dont waste your time or your money dealing with him, I am working with my lawyers to have this place shut down for good.

I called earlier in the day about a car for the sale. They said they would be open until 6:00PM. As I walked up the owner was leaving at 4:00PM. He said to come back in an hour because he as to go to the DMV. After I told him I called earlier they said they would be there until 6:00PM he rudely said he needed to go to the DMV. He was a very unprofessional individual. If they were closing for an hour in the middle of normal business hours he could have said so over the phone before I drove out there 45 min. He hastily showed me the car for less then 5 min and when I asked about price he said he has been doing this for 25 year. As if that makes a price not negotiable? I had cash in hand to buy the car but I prefer not to deal with rude and arrogant people.I just read through some of the reviews on here and it is clear they were written by the same person. I believe the owner is asking freinds/family to write positive reviews on his behalf. The writing style on more then a few of them are the same and keep referring to the owner as Mr Mark Malek with no punctuation.As far as the car, it was significantly rock shipped on the entire front end. An issue he failed to mention when we discussed on the phone.A very poor experience.

I just bought a 2014 Toyota Camry SE. Mr. Ahmad offer me the lowest deal for a near New car.But He sale a crap car to me. When I was buying the car it was missing its sun visor. So he promised me he will send it to me in 15 days. But I went to his store for 5-6 time and he said Oooo! I left the Sun visor in my home. But he did not mail me yet.When I bought the car he signed the carfax report saying it doesnt have any accident. But when I take it to PepBoys they showed me that car has a Bend Shock Absorber. When I ask Ahmad about that he denied that he know about any accident. He said me he is in this business for 1 year only(which is a lie).So if you buy a car from him dont believe the car fax report. Check the car with a mechanic. Because he will not tell you the truth . As I have a signed carfax report by him I am planning to go ta a lawyer.

Customer service very poor ! Came out to look at a car that I called about before I came . The salesman had me waiting about hour before he even tried to show me the car . Eventhough I called ahead of time the car was still not ready for show and the price was not the same as it was online . All around poor !!!!!

I went to look at a truck and found no customer parking. While parking near the store front, the dealer comes out starts yelling at me and BANGS ON THE HOOD OF MY CAR to move away from his store front! I didn’t even get out to look at the vehicle.
