Amazing people! I bought a new 2020 Mustang EcoBoost Premium last year, then traded it in for a used 2019 Mustang GT last week. Absolutely no regrets! The car runs fantastic and if they hadnt told me it was used I would never have known. I mainly interacted with Hasan and Roman and they treated me like a king! 10/10 would recommend!

I bought a vehicle from this dealership not even 6 months ago. The only good thing I have to say is that Colin seemed like a good person. I bought a 2017 GMC Yukon Denali from Tedd Britt of Chantilly. They were so in a rush to sell me this truck I refuse to believe it was inspected by anyone in quality control. Although they semi repaired scratches all over the truck which they assured me would be repaired. A touch up pen is not good enough. At the time of purchase it was dark outside. The next day I went out to look at my vehicle because I was excited about it. It was simply nasty inside. It had not been cleaned it was just dirty. Colin told me it would be taken care of upon dropping it off to have the scratches repaired. I came to pick up my vehicle to only be disappointed again. It was still nasty as can be inside. Colin saw it for himself was a look of displeasure was also on his face. Now I’ve had the vehicle not even six months and the transmission feels like it’s gonna fall out of the vehicle. Before I replaced all four tires I had no knowledge of the vehicle needing shocks that was the reason for the uneven tire wear! I have tried reaching out to this dealership numerous times to Tony Habibi or Colin but nobody has returned any of my calls. I don’t even like driving the truck because it’s to uncomfortable of a ride. I have nothing left to do but get an attorney. I believe I have been taken advantage of and sold a lemon. Avoid this dealership!

I can”t say enough Great things about the experience I had at Ted Britt Ford Chantilly. The salesman Hassan was knowledgeable, understanding and very helpful even days after we purchased and drove away with our beautiful SUV. Pricing was fair and they were very willing to work with me within the budget I had, at no point did I feel pressured to spend more than I wanted. Excellent Staff/Customer Service. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Purchased a Navigator from them. Delivered clean, gassed up and was ready at the time we agreed I’d be arriving. Process was quick from start to finish and was transparent the entire time.William Gray (sales), is easy going, thoroughly reviewed the car with me, took me on a comprehensive and educational test drive and was a delight to deal with (good with kids too).Ramon (sales Mgr), was in the loop through the whole process playing QB between finance, trade estimates and pricing. He was great to work with and very fair on accommodating to my requests.Abdul (finance), couldn’t have explained things easier and got me a killer rate! His explanations of the financing process and additional services were clear and concise. The additional services were priced extremely fair and well worth it!!My son who’s 7 (who played in the new Ford bronco the entire time) told me “I’d give them 100 stars!”You’re missing out if you don’t stop by the TB Ford/Lincoln dealership in Chantilly!!!

This review is to highlight my experience with Ryan Plumb, my sales rep. I called this dealer for an appointment to test drive a vehicle and was able to get scheduled right away. I didn’t have to wait upon coming in and Ryan jumped in to help even though he wasn’t my original representative. The service was fast. I’m still thinking on the car, but overall could tell this dealership doesn’t play games. I didn’t feel pressured in any sense.Thanks!

First off, Samantha was great! She was patient and helpful all while not being pushy whatsoever. :-) Her knowledge of the Lincoln Aviator was instrumental in helping us make the decision to purchase. She listened and found the vehicle we were looking for. As we were passed to her manager to close the deal, we found this to be a very pleasant event as well. Overall, the team and Ted Britt Lincoln was engaged, attentive and provided a superior customer experience.

Great experience purchasing a new Aviator. Samantha Carter was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful every step of the way. She was super responsive to our numerous questions. The dealership went above and beyond to locate the vehicle we really wanted at a dealership in another state and to get in moved to Chantilly in just a few days. We had gotten a great finance rate from our bank, but Tony H in Finance found an even better ratefor us. Hassle-free experience all around. Would absolutely recommend and will likely buy from them again.

We bought a Lincoln Navigator at Ted Britt last month and couldnt be happier. My husband and I looked at Navigators for a couple of weeks at different dealerships around the DMV and knew that Ted Britt was where we wanted to buy. We were introduced to the Navigator by Alia who described and demonstrated the features of the Navigator Reserve. Alia, through email, kept in touch and answered some questions. When we returned to purchase a Navigator, Samantha introduced us to the Black Label. She answered questions through email (even after hours) that arose as we narrowed down which the vehicle we liked the most. The day of the sale, Samantha had the vehicle cleaned and ready to go. We were impressed with the attention showed to us by Samantha, even procuring an owners manual and shipping it overnight!! Further, we are impressed with the service description to include providing a the loaner and picking up the car at our residence. We highly recommend Ted Britt of Chantilly!

If you want customer service, youll need to find another dealership!After buying my truck here 3 years ago, I decided to buy out my lease earlier this year (may 2021) and left Ted Britt Ford with problems I didnt have walking in.....The title on my vehicle had to be transferred manually. A very simple process that someone in their title department can do in a matter of 30 minutes. 2.5 months and expired tags later, it had been resolved and only because I had to investigate, find out who needs to do what, and relentlessly follow up for any sort of communication. All while being polite because at the end of the day, we all just got through 2020 and I imagine people are stressed. This was a display of systemic issues with customer service @ ted britt. It all could have been easily resolved and avoided.My salesperson Leonia never communicated with me after visiting the day i completed the trasaction to buy the lease from them, leaving me to first find out who I needed to talk to (by using the customerservice@ email they post here in reviews since she wouldnt respond!) and then deal with a string of other folks whom also had 0 follow up ability.Over the course of MONTHS... yes, not days or weeks but MONTHS (may to July-August) I had to call in and follow up with people in finance, title, sales managers, dept managers.... all of whom individually promised call backs and only Henry the used car manager followed up 1 or 2 times after being prompted(once on vacation, thanks Henry). The issues were minor to boot, the title had to be manually switched over, that was it.I got the feeling that Ted Britt simply doesnt care unless they stand to make a lot of money off of you. Buying out a lease isnt the most profitable transaction there, I understand, but this wasnt my first transaction. It is certainly my last however.To top all that off with the sales dept, I had a paint issue I had the service department look at, at the same time. Faraz from service took the claim and followed up ZERO times. I called in 3x to the service dept over the course of those same 2-3 months, each time being told either faraz or sophal would reach back out.... Nothing.I had to talk to some other manager after 6 different calls to service, whom sounded as if he could care less (or had to many similar issues to handle) figure out what happened. In the time of no follow ups...... they just closed the ticket with no contact.TL;DR If you want a do it yourself dealership experience for no reason on the simplest of transactions... see Ted Britt Ford. Otherwise you might want to reach out to someone else.

Very easy dealer to work with, I live in Florida it was worth the trip to get what I wanted. Edres worked to get me my best deal, actually wanted to make things work for me. Other dealers I contacted were only interested in what they could make not wanting to deal. Abdul helped me with the financing and paperwork, he’s also a hardcore Ford guy like me. Robert and Ryan picked me up at the airport and walked me through my truck for taking delivery. I can’t say enough about Ted Britt Ford and my buying experience.

My service advisor, Tommy did an excellent job in getting my cars air bags repaired. He was booked up for that day and I was leaving the next day on a driving vacation and it was not safe to drive the car. Tommy worked in my car to be repaired. He also got me a Lyft driver to take me home and delivered my repaired vehicle to my house.later that day.I appreciate Tommys excellent customer service! Job well done---Tommy saved the day.

Purchased vehicles from them and have been decent, the service department here is absolutely terrible. No one cares, told me 3-4 weeks to get my truck looked at.... what am i suppose to do with no vehicle for 3-4 weeks and its only a few years old with low miles. I ended up towing it to Ford dealer in Manassas and they had it looked at the very next day. Id recommend another ford for your service needs.

Car service was not timely. It was promised before close of business on the day I dropped it off. The work had been completed but I didnt get a call until the next day when I already had 3 appointments scheduled that it was ready. This was very inconvenient. The car wasnt even washed after they had it all that time. I also requested they use my remaining Ford Pass Reward points toward the bill but they didnt and now the points areexpired. I want the points back in my account!

Bought our Black Label Navigator from Ted Britt Lincoln last year and so far I had the car receive 2 scheduled maintenance. Both times have been effortless for me and they did EVERYTHING! Came to pick up the car, left us a loaner, called us every step of the process with updates, offered best prices on necessary work. Se Young - our service representative- even helped us with our LincolnWay account issues to make sure we got our member benefits!! ** Review Update**I am reducing the review to a 1-star due to how Ive been handled after sale. I am not taking away any of the facts as to how the customer service was leading up to the purchase. On April 30th 2020, we purchased a used 2018 Certified Pre Owned Lincoln Navigator with 33k miles, less than 30 days ago. Upon taking ownership of the vehicle we were missing a tow hitch cover and the inside center console is filthy. Passenger side kick plate area isnt completely bolted and hanging. We look past it since we had our 3 young children with us, it was past 10:30PM, and we needed to get home. Hassan mentions he would have a tow hitch cover to us ASAP. On May 6th we attempt to open our sunroof and it doesnt open. We also make an attempt to close the sunroof shade but it only closes halfway. I proceed to reach out to both Hassan and Henry about the issue. I find out that theres no immediate availability in service and would have to wait until at least the 17th. Knowing that we have a trip down to GA on the 14th, Hassan comes to pick the vehicle up and bring it into service to see if the issue can be quickly repaired. He finds out the issue will be a lengthy repair and that the service department had to order some parts. Service is now scheduled for May 24th. I get the vehicle back with the tow hitch cover and the passenger kick plate area buttoned up. Exterior is washed, Center console area still filthy.While on the trip and in the vehicle we start to run into the following issues:-Driver and Passenger side ventilated seats mechanically engage as the fans can be heard, but the seats arent cooling.-Using the Recirculating air function fails, as every outdoor odor during our trip wafts throughout the inside of the vehicle-Since I can only retract the sunroof shade about halfway, our 7 month old is getting lit up by the sun on our 8 hour trip.This morning (May 24th) I receive a call from our service tech explaining that our vehicle is scheduled to be picked up, but he was confused as the notes mentioned a Lincoln Navigator would be provided as a service loaner. I told him that the notes are correct as I was promised a Navigator would be given as a comparable loaner. He proceeds to tell me that he only has an Explorer or an Aviator. I tell him, to reach out to his managers as, I dont have access to their systems to put that kind of information in the ticket. I get a call from Hassan saying that the only service loaners available are either Explorers or Aviators and that even if Gardner Britt were to drop off his vehicle, he would get either one of those vehicles. This comment sets me off, as I could care less. I was promised a Navigator, notes were placed onto the ticket, and yet this dealership failed to follow through. I tell Hassan that, in my experience of purchasing used vehicles, this has been one of the worst purchases to date. He down plays the issue and claims that the sunroof is manmade and that the dealership has bent over backwards on this issue. Lets review the facts and see where this dealership bent over backwards on the purchase of this $60k plus CPO vehicle:Cons on purchase and ownership- Paid full dealership asking price on vehicle, attempted to negotiate but received not even a dollar off.-Obviously delivery of vehicle was given in subpar conditions-Filthy Interior-Hanging passenger kick plate-Missing Tow hitch cover-Chip in the windshield- Issues we came across in less than 20 days of ownership of this CPO:-Broken Sunroof and Broken Sunshade-Ventilated seats that mechanically function but dont seem to cool- Inside Air recirculation fails- Promised a comparable Navigator as a loaner during this multi day service. Instead was given an Explorer and was basically told to deal with it.Pros on purchase and ownership- Hassan babysat our children while we test drove- An attempt was made to bring the vehicle in to see if a quick repair could be performed.- Exterior of the car washedMaybe Hassan was referring to us being bent over backwards.

I am thankful that I found this service provider and I am very pleased and thankful for the service I received on my Ford diesel motor home.I plan to come back again and again for service needs. Brought my F150 in for scheduled oil change per the Ted Britt for Life program. Asked for car wash and waited on site almost 2 hours, wasnt called by anyone. Went to service desk and found it was ready for almost an hour. Paid the bill and found it hadnt been washed, was told they forgot and wash rack was backed up and theyd get it next time.So much for an 0730 appointment to get out quickly.

Ok so I buy a lot of cars look at other reviews! They had the truck we where looking for so we came here to look at it and when I tell you I was impressed by the Professionalism and the no haggle sales I was very pleased they gave me top dollar for my trade and was super fair on the price of the truck, they where straightforward with me the whole process. The manager Romen was very involved and helpful and super kind he also gave my sons some cool Ford hats. The finance guy Matt was super friendly and nice and our sales guy William was very easygoing and helpful couldn’t have been happier.

After telling the manager that it took too long to complete the sale of our Ford Explorer, he arranged for someone to come to our house and pick the vehicle up for its first oil change. At 7000 miles, the saleperson who sold us the car arrived at our house, took the car back to the dealership for the oil change, had it cleaned and brought it back. Glad to see the customer experience in purchasing a vehicle is still important to Ted Britt.

I was in the area from out of state and I had a problem with my battery. I showed up at the service department early and explained my dilemma to Michael. He gave me a quote for the replacement and explained that it was more expensive because of the location of the battery and the year and model of my vehicle. He knew I was out of state and I was pretty much stuck. With no appointment, in less than two hours, my battery was replaced and the price was about $100 less than the original estimate. Since I was from out of state, it would have been easy for them to take advantage of my situation, but that wasn’t the case. They treated me as if I had been a long time customer with an appointment. I had a really good experience working, with the Ted Britt dealership. I came from out of state, to purchase the vehicle and Cameron, was extremely helpful. Cameron, went as far as, taking pictures of the vehicle, in the rain, getting answers to questions, and making the process smooth. Although, I was unable to complete my transaction with Cameron, Evan was a formidable backup. Again, very helpful, and made the time spent, at the dealership, pleasurable. Wow...just wow. Scheduled to get our car serviced here. Getting a recall done along with them checking out a Check Engine light. Even let them know what the code was ahead of time as we got it read first. Told it would take 2 days for everything. Dropped off car Sunday night for the appointment Monday morning, as that would only leave us one car for our family.Wife called on Tuesday (day 2) and was told that a specialist would have to look at it and they may be able to get it today but will try and let you know. Never heard anything back so figured they were not able to get it finished. Called again Wednesday early afternoon, and was told that they still hadnt looked at the car. Went to the dealership to pick up our car as they could not tell us when they would be able to do any work on it. Not only did they not do the Recall, but didnt do anything in regards to the check engine light. Basically told me that the car had not even been in garage yet (after 3 days)I understand that things can get backed up...however, when you give someone an appointment and give them a timeframe, you should do your best to keep that timeframe. When we picked it up Tommy was very unapologetic about the car not even being looked at even though they had it for 3 full days.Dont think we have ever had service this bad here before. We bought our last two cars here. But if the service has gone down this far, it is pretty clear we will probably not be back as it appears they do not care if we are there anyways.

Bought a F150 from them and it had a safety recall. Guy in service said to drop off and leave it with them for at least 3 weeks! and encouraged me to go to another dealership. This is the 2nd time that I received such a response from Ted Britt. That sort of response tells me to buy from another dealer. Looking at recent other 1 star reviews reveals the service department telling another customer the same thing...leave the vehicle at the dealership for 3 weeks.

This time worked better, check in was smooth and again they provided good information about what service was needed and what was not.Staff was friendly, but they took forever for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Time will tell if this was just a bad day or this is how they always work.I will give them a plus for not trying to get me to sign up for a bunch of unneeded work.

I just purchased my first Lincoln and it was my first time at Ted Britt. It was one of the few times in 40 years that I had a great experience at a car dealership. My Salesperson Alia was awesome, there was no pressure and she gave me the purchase price with all discounts, fees, and taxes right away. There was no haggling, no going back and forth with management, everything was straight forward and I felt like I received a great price. I was driving away in my new car within approximately 2 hours. It was a very positive experience.

Worst service EVER! Service advisor lied about the time the repair would require, it went from 1 to 2 weeks to 4 to 6 weeks. It was completed in just over 4 weeks. Not all service that were requested had been completed. That required another half day. Car was left dirty with greasy fingerprints on both the outside and inside door handles. Worst yet after the repair the car now has a oil leak, which it didnt have before the service. I dread taking the vehicle back to have leak repaired. No affect by escalating the issues to one of their service managers.

Went to get my 75,000 check and inspection. They failed my car cause my headlights were “too dim”. Also paperwork said my brakes were in red but didn’t even tell me that I happened to see that myself while going over the paperwork.Took my car to Kia right around the corner and they said there was nothing wrong with my brakes or headlight. They didn’t understand how you fail inspection for dim lights 1- in the middle of the day and 2- they still worked just fine

Ted Britt Ford in Chantilly did a great job all around when servicing my 2018 Expedition which had transmission and minor engine issues. The only thing that could’ve made it better is if they had changed the oil filter when they changed the oil (while servicing the engine under warranty). I would have gladly paid the money for this; however they simply mentioned afterwards that they changed the oil and that I needed to change it again soon because they did not change the filter.

I called and made an appointment to have my car served for the 80,000 mile service, lock replacement and a few other minor issuers. The lady I spoke with recommended I make an appointment at their earliest appointment at 7:00 in the morning to get a rental (mind you I live almost an hour away). So I get there at 6:40 and I’m the 2nd one who walked in the door and the 1st person didn’t get a rental. I said I need a rental and Freddy said there wasn’t anymore available. I asked how’s that possible because I’m the 1st one here so I should be 1st in line. He said some guy hopped out of his car while in line and came in and grabbed it. I said that they shouldn’t allow that, they should make people come in as they are in wait line. He was the most arrogant, non empathetic person. He had that I really don’t care about your inconvenience attitude. I bought my car here 4 years ago and have been coming here for all of my services and it’s very inconvenient because I live so far away. It’s sad because I’ve seen other people have the same problems with Freddy too while at other previous visits. He’s an awful person to have at your service desk representing your dealership. He’s a completely heartless arrogant person.Micheal was then helping me and he’s ALWAYS been amazing and I was telling him about Freddy’s attitude and how he treated me and that I’ve seen it before too. Freddy then chimes in (WHILE HELPING ANOTHER CUSTOMER) “yeah I don’t think so, don’t listen to that”… he’s just extremely unprofessional!

The vehicle is amazing! The salesman was super knowledgeable about the vehicle and any information I needed. The reason for the 4 rating is that they ran my credit through several places when I informed them I already had financing through my banking institution. The salesman claimed he didn’t know what they were doing and the business office had a mission that he was unaware of. I received several calls about fraud and all. That was how I found out what they were doing. Had they said they could get me a lower rate, which they did, I would have totally went for it. But they did it without a full consent. In the future, I hope they would be more transparent with their customers.

Worst experience I have ever encountered from a car dealership. I had contacted Ted Britt Lincoln about leasing a Lincoln Aviator. I had spoke with Samantha and had a very good experience. She took down everything I was looking for and did her research and got back to me the next day with pricing on an Aviator to consider. Later that evening Michael Britt contacted me and asked how things were going with the offer. We discussed some changes in the vehicle and pricing and during the discussion I mentioned that my wife and I had not tested an Aviator yet and possibly would consider a Nautilus as well. Michael encouraged me to come by the dealership anytime to try both out and that anybody could help us with seeing or driving both vehicles so we could determine which type we would like to lease. The next evening we went to Ted Britt to test drive the vehicles around 7:00 pm. I went to the gentleman at their counter and explained why I was there and who I had been dealing with. I was told he would have someone help us. After a half hour of waiting around I inquired again and was told he was having trouble finding someone knowledgeable with the Lincoln vehicles. This is a Lincoln Dealership with know body familiar with Lincoln products? He wouldn’t even unlock the Aviator sitting right outside the show room so we could at least sit in the vehicle. I told him we were leaving. I emailed Samantha about what happened and she responded with she was sorry and would like to assist us and provided times she would be there. She also said she informed Michael Britt so he could take of this because this is not how they operate. I have yet to hear from Michael as to why this happened. I have purchased 3 vehicles in the last five years from Ted Britt but I guess return business and taking care of people who provide you business is no longer part of their business model. So sad to see businesses customer service standards drop like that. Customer service is everything to me and I will go elsewhere from now on.

First my 77 year old Mom purchased a new Ford Edge about 6 weeks ago. The salesman was great. My mom had done her homework so the salesman didnt apply any pressure. But tried to provide what my mom was looking for and he did a really good job at matching her to the Edge she wanted.I was there today to have a key made for my 2002 Ford F-150!!! They didnt have the stud key in stock,but placed an order for five and will have them no later than Monday of next week. He explained the chip in my key which makes the stud more expensive and that after the key was cut it would have to be programmed. The salesman in the Parts Department was very detailed in the process and clearly understood the process. Im taking my truck back up there on Tuesday or Wednesday to have the key cut and programmed. I wont say how much its costing, but I will say that I knew it could be as much as $250.00 based on past experience. The final cost after taxes will be less than that so I was pleased!!! Im in need of this key because my 27 year old son lost the one I let him have as he drives one of my vehicles to work every day. If he loses another hes paying for it. He also lost a key to my car, but that was no big deal as it just needed to be cut and has no chip and no programming!!!
