I hardly ever write reviews but I just had to today. LOVE my nails!!! The lady that did my nails is named Kathy. Very very nice and actually talks to you and gets to know you by name. She was very professional and did an AMAZING job. She was thorough and very quick. She made it look easy and I know this job takes skill. Im really impressed and will definitely return in the future.
The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because I felt rushed and pressured when I first got there. The language barrier was much harder than at other salons Ive previously visited. However, the work on my nails was as close to perfection as it comes!! I showed her a picture and she got the exact colors right away. She was very knowledgeable and courteous. I will be returning. Thank you ladies.

Dont recommend. The sanitation practices had me questioning things. The tools that were used on me were covered in filing dust from other customers. At one point, I was bleeding. My tech continued to file my nail, smearing blood on to the hand file, and then dunked my hand back into the acetone. The quality of my nails are not the best as well. The application was sloppy, acrylic touching the skin. A week later, my nails are bending and lifting. I will not be returning.
I really loved my nails after I showed them a picture of how I wanted them! They were very nice and were patient about me telling them how I wanted them! My sister and cousin got a pedicure and the loved it too!! I would recommend!!

Very bad service, they charge you almost $ 40 a refill. everything badly done, it lasts 3 to 7 days badly painted,I do not recommend it, women are rude and they increase your price more and more poorly done work does not let you choose the color or shape

I love this nail salon I just moved to the Channelview area I usually have 1 person only do my nails but since I moved 45 minutes away from my nail tech I had to fin another spot! So i heard about this nail location and y’all when I say this is the spot I mean THIS IS THE SPOT!! I love how she does the nails and they last so long!!!!!! I totally recommend this location!!
Love this place. They actually do a really good job scrubbing your feet when doing a pedicure and get everything well done. Love that they do my nails really thin, and aren’t bulky.

Just had a French manicure with shellac done around 3pm it now 8:50 pm and my edges are already bubbling up and my shellac is peeling and detaching off my nail ! By far the worst shellac manicure I’ve ever had done for $30.00 . Don’t waste your time or money plus the main lady is RUDE !!!!! No wonder she has a sign up that reads “ NO COMPLAINTS ACCEPTED AFTER YOU PAY !!” That should’ve been my queue......... live and learn !!!
Beware do not come to this place and keep your receipt. Make sure you are charged right. Yesterday I went in to get a facial with Hanna and upon me paying for my service until I was all done, she pulls out her phone with was apparently a picture of an old ticket stating the last time I went with my disabled mother they had mistakenly forgot to charge me $12. I went on 5/8/19 and apparently this was way back when I went in November 2018. Seriously do you think I will remember that far back? I would never leave without paying my total and secondly her ticket showed I had paid $146 that day for both my mom and I. That sounds high already. Now how are you going to charge me a half year later!!!!!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! If that is her way of making sure she is getting a tip then wow. So unfortunate because now they lost a client over some random charge. I was not going to fight over $12 but come on its the principal of it all. How do you charge someone a half year later and if they charged me wrong then thats their fault. Good thing is that you cant lie to the one above. I truly hope it wasnt a lie because if it was then wow.
I had a gel manicure and it turned out absolutely beautiful and lasted for the whole year! Will absolutely come back❤❤
Worst customer service ever, they don’t like to answer the phone, when they do answer the phone they will hang up in your face. They keep on telling me what they think I should get on my nails instead of listening to me when I am paying for it and they tried to switch up the prices

Came to takeoff my acrylic nails and the lady took off my nails with a plastic nail. She didn’t even finish soaking or filed my nails down. I’m missing half of my nail on my ring finger. Will never come back.

They always take their time to assist you. I tried multiple times to go in for a pedicure but they take too long to even start. Not sure if they need more employee assistance but they need to fix that.
Well, this place was fantastic. The nail salon was super clean, everything was nice and well organized. They did clean up everything after every customer. So love it. They also had a huge collection of gel and polish colors to choose from. The lady worked on my nails was so nice to. She did take her time on every detail of my nails and willing to try on every colors that I wanted. To be honest, this was the best nail salon in the area that I had been to. Definitely, I will be back.

Very busy place but the receptionist was seated me pretty quickly. Very nice lady by the way. Didnt take long till I was next. The nail tech working on me was very good. She was professional and gentle. Did everything nicely. Would ask if I had any requests, which I did, and would fulfill them. My nails looked pretty amazing after she was done. Overall this place is amazing! Deserve a 5 star rating!
This review is solely on pedicures. Been coming here for about a year already. Ive had my pedicures done there just about with every employee but hands down Vincent is the best. Ask for Vincent and trust me the wait is worth it. He takes his time and has this determination to leave your feet pristine! He speaks very little English but thats never been an issue with me.

Sheldon Nail is my go- to! Once I made a reservation for 6 pedicures, then showed up and had to switch to manicures. They were very kind and accommodating about it! The salon is very clean and the nail technicians and staff have a wonderful customer service. I can not talk this place up enough- by far the warmest, most relaxing nail environmental Ive experienced.
Waited 2 1/2 hours to get my nails done while I got a pedicure and because she had another person come in after me she wants me to wait longer and rush me to find a color that I already told her I wanted. I ended up leaving because she started yelling at the lady that did my pedicure.

The pedicure was done in 15 min and when asked to remove my ingrown nails staff and owner started talking in there language am certain it was about me staff insisted I upgrade my pedi for better results

I went to get a nail repair today and let me tell you. .. The tech is amazing! not only did she repair my nail but she also accommodated me with a polish change and new design. It was almost closing time and she had NO PROBLEM waiting for me to come. Yes I will drive all the way to have they do my nails! Totally worth every penny, every time!

I recently moved to channelview and I hadn’t found a nail salon yet BUT I’ve found it!! Kathy was amazing and they all have great customer service!!! I took my son because I didn’t have no one to take care of him and I was long over due lol I appreciate the candy and water they offered!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

Great Pedicures! They take EVERYTHING out. I had an ingrown nail that I didnt even know about. The gentleman that did my pedicure was very quiet which is what I love! I dislike the awkward conversations so to me, that was perfect :)

This place is awful !!! First of all non of my nails look the same they are all uneven.... non of them look good when took a hour half to get nails done because they had 3 different people doing my nails .. I was supposed to pay 30 for my nails and when I got up to the counter she added 5 dollars as her tip ... I will never ever go back . My hands hurt so bad and I have my nails done all the time I have cuts all over my fingers!!! I will never go back !
I love having Full Set Gel Manicure/Pedicure here because the price is reasonable and the works are absolutely good. They have a huge collection of Gel Color so customers could have a variety of choices. The interior is really warm and clean with plenty of chairs and tools. Staffs here know a lot of designs and always catch up with new trends. I highly recommend them!
Don’t let the little old lady do your nails. She doesn’t hardly know English and can’t get hang nails out. Everything else is great.

I swore off gel as it severely damaged my fragile nails. But thanks to the girls at Sheldon Nail I am back. My manicurist is extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful. She really wants what is best for the client and does not push additional services if she doesnt think they are necessary. Her nail out art is spectacular. Thank goodness my office is right next door because I am there every two weeks. But you can definitely go for 3 weeks and she does such an amazing job the gel doesnt chip! I highly recommend her!

I usually go twice before I actually post an actually review about the salon, but this salon is actually fantastic! It has TONS of colors to choose from. The girl really did an amazing job on my manicure. I did not feel rush even though it was kind of packed. She took her time and the massage are like crazy! They feel amazing. Best I ever had.
This place always takes forever and rhinestones fall off in the first day they are never secure for the price u rather go somewhere else thats worth it. They will do anything to make a quick buck 😡😡

WORST PLACE TO go to! Already broke 3 nails and I barely got them done!! There done so thin that there bound to break off @ any little thing you do. Honestly I didnt even feel my nail break I look down at my nails and its broken off! Dont go here they try and force you to get colors you dont like. I had to tell the lady Cindy to chill out let me choose the colors I like because you just want your money. She laughed and smiled like she didnt know what I was talking about. Smh just dont go here.
