Website says there’s a FREE quote. Called company, spoke with a lady, told her what was going on with my chimney, verified multiple times that they would come out to check it out and give a free quote and then if we decided to do service that then I would be able to schedule the service. They came out today for the FREE estimate which took about 2 minutes, then the service man said that it would be $99 for the estimate. I said no, I was told estimate was free. They left and I called the company back and spoke with the same lady who then tried telling me that she said that the estimate was not free and would cost $99. Will NOT be using due to their complete lies.
