First time renting from here and the gentleman representative was pleasing to deal with. I didnt get the full size car in which I had booked because you have to book it twenty four hours before pickup so they can have it brought to the location, so please note this but he did put me in a 2020 Nissan Rogue midsize SUV. Overall, it was a good experience and I will be renting from them in the future. 🙂👍

They closed early! Without warning. I wasted my time getting here before their posted close time and now Im stuck. They deserve their low rating for sure. What a sorry excuse of a location. Also didnt appreciate the girl laughing at me on the phone because I had an interpreter. For shame.

This place sucks. Omg I had a reservation at 9am 4-3-19 when I get here the guy tells me they dont have any cars. Im like no one could call me and tell me that before I spent 30 dollars to UBER here. Then he states he has to go to Baytown to get a car and that Would take an hour. He gave not a care in the world and took his time no apology either. I had to be somewhere at 10 but unfortunately dealing with hertz Ill be late for my graduation 2019. This place really sucks SMH

Just go to/deal with the Hertz in Baytown. They (Channelview hertz) knew days in advance that I needed a rental and would need to be picked up (the collision center even called them in the morning to remind them) but when I dropped my vehicle off, the lady at the collision center said I’d unfortunately have to wait 40 minutes because I’d have to be picked up by the one in Baytown. This unfortunately sets me backwards because I work in the Baytown area, and would have to drive back in all the horrendous backed up traffic on I-10 due to the barge accident months ago. According to the lady at the collision center and the Baytown hertz worker who picked me up(who was very nice and apologetic), this seems to be a pattern with them. 0 stars!

I work for Noyola Law Firm, PC and we have a client that was involved in an accident. State Farm set up the reservation on Friday, April 19, 2019. I called Hertz right after getting off the phone with State Farm to verify they had the reservation. Gentleman on the phone was very nice and verified the reservation. I asked that our client be picked up at 8:00 am from body shop (and only because the body shop warned me about them taking a long time to pick up people). The gentleman stated that they would have to pick him him or around 8:15 -8:20 because they open at 8:00 am. I told him that was fine (inside i was praying that it would be), anyways today April 23rd they pick him from body shop at 8:45am only to be taken back to Hertz to no vehicles. I verified the reservation and truck that was supposed to be given. They then have to take our client to the Baytown location to get a vehicle because again they have no vehicles. I called to speak to the manager Roy/Raul couldnt really understand his name. What annoyed me was he just kept saying right to everything Im complaining about. He then tells me that they have a car at the Channelview and mind you my client is on his way to Baytown location because they had no vehicles. He tells me that since hes talking to me he cant call Shawn (the person driving to Baytown with my client ) to get him back to the Channelview location to get into a vehicle. His whole morning wasted. He lost time at his job because of their non-professionalism. I dont know why State Farm even works with Hertz, i even called to complain to State Farm. I do not recommend Hertz in Channelview Texas. Maybe other locations are better but from the reviews not likely. Glad to vent. Have a nice day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible! They were rude, and each employee have their own set of rules as of they didnt know company policy. To top it off they couldnt give me information on anything if you rent from hertz bay town location is better

Was there for an hour and a half. Then the car they assigned at first had a low tire. I inspected the car they didnt. This car was for my daughter.

Christina waa amazing, super sweet, informative, very thorough, and overall the best experience I have ever had with car rentals and their facilities.Oh and the inside was amazing ...it was designed as if it were in the 1950s.This is thw place to go for all your car colliaion and repair service needs with Hertze rental in the same building.

This is the worst service I’ve ever recieved in my life I needed road side assistance to unlock my car and ended up having to pay out of pocket bc I received no help from you guys just a constant run around of people when I asked to talk to a supervisor the same thing happen never ever am I again using you guys can’t wait to turn in this car .
