Ive been bringing my car toEZ Zone for Years now. I wont take it anywhere else. Rashad has always done me right. He gives it to you straight and you can rest assured he will treat you right. Tony also was good. He had my car a few days and when my car wasnt exactly showing the same issues for them when they had it. They didnt give up they kept looking for the problem and fixed it and got me back on the road again. I dont live in the Channelview area anymore. I live out in the Woodlands area and will forever drive anywhere I live to EZ Zone.

I work as a youth caseworker. I had an issue where I was driving/working in the area; I had a drive belt that was tearing/splitting and making a noise under the hood. They were cool, helpful, friendly, and attended me right away. I was impressed and loved how professional they were. Definitely going back when I need them. Great value for the work!

I had my car serviced last week. As always, E-Z ZONE Complete Auto Repair took care of me. I like the fact that the folks know my vehicles.

You can trust E-Z Zone you have nothing to worry about. Besides being great people they do an outstanding job. They still know how, can & will diagnose your vehicle. I have never trusted a shop to work on anything but since I became disabled I have used several different mechanics as I dont have much choice now. And like most everybody I went online and found what I thought the problem was confirmed it video after video talked it over with a Ford mechanic and was looking at a $2,500+ repair job. So I decided to get a fourth opinion. I went online, I saw the positive reviews called the shop they sent a tow truck to pick up my vehicle it counld not be driven. A couple of days later I went and picked it up. It ran better than the day I got it. And they only charged me 300 and change including the price of the tow truck. They could have took advantage of me. I would have never known it, they could have said yeah its a $2,500 problem. But instead they found the real problem & fixed it. They didnt do anything unnecessary they didnt do anything I didnt ask for, they even called me to ask me if they could proceed. I couldnt be happier with them. Communication was excellent. Most importantly they do Quality work they get it done fast and they are a lot less expensive than most places Ive checked. Dont hesitate if you need a mechanic this is where you take your vehicle. And from what I saw they do everything from changing wiper blades to completely rebuilding Motors and everything in between they even have the machine and do alignments. Did I mention you could trust them. I would stake my entire reputation on Google in my church anywhere, to attest to this being the best shop anywhere. I am not affiliated with them in anyway other than Im a customer thats really impressed.

Charged me 400$ to diagnose my truck . But can’t fix it because his mechanics are too busy and held back from work . Told him to get me a better understanding about the problem , so that I could find someone who had time to fix it .and told me he didn’t know , that he’s tech did the work so he couldn’t know. If you pay someone 400$ to diagnose your vehicle , they should keep everything in filed up for the customer. Not doing business with these unprofessional people.

I love EZ Zone! Quick, friendly service! My inspection was super quick and uploaded almost immediately to the online database so I was able to get my sticker online (which they told me about, by the way). They’re super helpful and you can trust them to answer your questions honestly.

I use this place before and they use to be good but the last time I went here I spent over $6000 on car and I still had to take my car to another mechanic. Mechanic shops are not what they use to be.👎🏻

I came in with steering problems and Tony was able to get me set up with a checkup. Later he presented me with a list of items requiring attention and their priority. I did not feel pressured to do any particular repair and I was blown away by his transparency and honesty.I went ahead and got it all sorted out in one go(brakes, pads, hub assemblies and alignment). The work took only a few hours and its like Im driving a new car!The price was right as well.I will definitely be returning for all my future vehicular needs.

There nothing bad to say about this place . I was referred to them by a friend and I cant thank them enough. I had truck at another shop and I was told my engine was no good. They wanted to replace the motor for 7,000. Took my truck E-Zone and found out that my motor was fixable. Not only fixable but at a third the cost. Thanks to guys iam riding again.

I would usually rate at 5 star but this time the owners were no where to be seen. They have always been great seeming to go out of their way to get me my car back same day. Yhis time however they had a shot manager who helped me I got there at like 8:05 on Saturday morning he told me I can leave my car there that they probably wouldnt get to it but if I let the fear that he would for sure have it ready for me Monday well Monday came and went and no car was not updated until a call was made to inquire about it uh. Said Tuesday it would be ready it was not ready until Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. . I have never had this problem with them with e z Zone complete they have always done my car back to me the day they said. I hope this does not become the trend because really centrally located to my home in easy to get you youre knowledgeable and Ive never had any complaints with the work theyve done even the one that took so long

I had a weird situation where my car had to be towed over to E-Z Zone and Tony called me back with the details. He had ran a bunch of tests for cheap and called me back seeing what I wanted to do. It had to actually sit there for about a week until a wrecker picked it up and Tony worked with me throughout the whole process to help me out huge. Genuinely helpful guy that has a great attitude and willingness to work with you. Highly recommend to anyone in the area that needs auto work done!

E-Z Zone gets highest marks as far as Im concerned. They totally took care of me and fixed problems that were either missed by or caused by the technicians at the jeep dealership and saved me about $1500 from what the dealership quoted for repair.

I went to this business Saturday morning 8/12/17. It was my first time and I called before I went. The phone conversation is what drew me there. The gentleman was very kind & helpful on the phone. So, when I get there I talk to the guy at the counter, who happened to be the guy I spoke with on the phone. From the get go I was in awe of the amazing customer service. He wasnt rushing me or just trying to get a buck. He was very welcoming. The customers that were waiting were speaking so highly of this guy. Then to be told HE IS THE OWNER!!!! For him to be so kind, patient, & very welcoming and his hands were dirty which means he gets under those cars as well!!! This was my 1st time there but will NOT be my last. This family owned business is a great place to go. They are very honest with their services. Unlike other places I trust their recommendations because they want to make sure that you leave happy and are getting the best service. The owner is knowledgable and has trained workers very well. Honestly, the worst place you could ever send your car to. Everyone in my household has sent their car there at one point or another and every time they fix something, it breaks again. My sister has had her water pump replaced twice and they charged her a crazy amount (she finally found another place who replaced it for the third time for a much better price) . Ive had my o2 sensor replaced twice among other things and my car was never fully fixed. One thing broke after another. Luckily, my car got totaled and was able to get a new car through my insurance. Also, when I dropped my car off I had forgotten my school I.D. In the car so I had to go back and get it during their closing hours and found that they had left the light on in my car which made my battery die!!! When I confronted them about it they insisted they didnt close the store leaving my car like that. Same exact thing happened to my sister and they refused to replace her battery. Sadly hers couldnt just be jumped. My moms car, even after taking it there multiple times, ended up just having to be sold. They seem nice, and being that a woman is one of the managers I felt I could trust them more, but theyre absolutely horrible. At the time I was a college student barely making it day to day and I feel like they completely took advantage of me, especially knowing how bad I needed my car to get to and from school and work at those point in times I wouldve paid anything just to get it fixed.

Hardworking people

Ive been going to this shop for years. Their customer service is impeccable and the prices are fair. Their diagnostic process is very accurate and unlike other repair shops Ive dealt with, they only fix what needs to be fixed. We take all of our vehicles to them and they have always taken care of us. I really trust them and thats unheard of these days when dealing with an automotive repair shop. I would recommend anyone who cares about their vehicle to go to this shop.
