We moved into a new house and the dryer plug needed to be changed to work in this house. I submitted a request on Google and received a callback the next day. The following day a technician came and changed the plug. The breaker flipped immediately after the plug was installed and would not stay on. I was told I had an electrical problem with the breaker box. I also asked if it were possible to switch the dryer door so it would open from the other side. I was told there was no way to do that because the door glass has an arch in it and there is no way to flip it and make it seal. I had an electrician come to look at the breaker box to find out that the plug on the dryer was not installed correctly and a YouTube video has educated me on the proper way to change the direction that the dryer door opens. I called the company to tell them they should send qualified technicians out who know how to do the work and not just charge someone over $200 for something that they dont know how to do. They were apologetic and offered to send someone else out, but theres no point if it was already fixed by someone that knew what they were doing.

AWFUL! Avoid at all costs. I’d give 0 stars if possible. Needed to replace motor to ice maker. $350!!! And it took 2 weeks of unreturned calls, being put on hold for 20 minutes before being hung up on, the wrong part ordered & no supervisor or manager would call me back to explain. Company finally offered a measly 10% discount, $35 whole dollars after not showing up to repair when I took the time off work. But made the offer through the technician with me standing there. Supervisor too cowardly to call & apologize for the inconvenience...no integrity.

Horrible experience. Waited for a $430 part to fix the ice ever for 2 weeks. No updates, never could get a hold of anybody. Then when we finally did, the repairman who was supposed to arrive between 9-12 never showed up or called! Husband took the day off work to be at home for the repair. Was disconnected after being on hold over 20 minutes. Requested to speak to a manager, still hasn’t happened. AVOID!
