All the employees are very professional and helpful. It is quick and easy to get in and out of. It was quieter this last time I went and realized it was because there wasnt music playing it was awkwardly quiet and I felt bad for the guys working.

This place was great. You dont need to exit car for theyre quick service. They were very aware of keeping the car clean, using rags and whatever necessary to avoid any mess. Price was competitive and service was fast

Ive been trying to use this place since I moved to the area a couple years ago. ALL FIVE TIMES I was told they couldnt rotate my tires for a variety of reasons. Usually the lift is broken. Once I was tricked into buying an oil change before being told the lug nuts were too tight to get my tires off, even though I took it to the next shop and what looked like a high school girl had no problem getting them off with a battery powered Milwaukee impact and a floor jack. Maybe they just dont like doing them. But with modern engine and oil technology, the frequency of oil changes is pretty much on par with tire rotations so Im going to have to keep taking my business elsewhere so I can get get everything I need in one stop. If I were the owner of this place Id be pretty unhappy that one of the top two most common car service products is never available at my store.

He did not try to charge us for anything unnecessary because he knew the Jeep dealership would ultimately handle the issue for us for free. It was much appreciated. The staff here is fantastic. I have gotten all of my oils changes for the last 4 years here. Just bought a new car and their system hadnt updated and they took the time to call AutoZone to make sure they were putting the right filter and amount of oil in. I appreciated all their extra efforts!

They changed my oil and cracked my oil pan. I purchased a Groupon for them. I normally go to Jiffy Lube in Naperville and have for years. I figured Id give them a try. I got home after the oil change and noticed a very large puddle of oil. I brought it back. Gentleman says the oil pan is cracked, and I probably hit a pothole etc. They attempted a repair with JB Weld. It is still leaking. I spoke to Aaron store Mgr who told me tough luck basically.I called corporate and they told me they would contact the area manager. No response from Kristin area manager. Called again. No response. I now have 3 calls in. I spike to Jiffy Lube and apologized profusely for cheating in them. They told me protocol is NOT to change anything with a cracked oil pan and to let the customer know bc apparently it.could get worse. So here I am with a cracked oil pan and no response.Do yourself a favor. Stick with Jifdy Lube and not a corporate entity but individually owned. More attentive to their customers needs. And whatever you do, dont go to Channahon Valvoline.

Got an oil change and now my check engine light is on! The kids that work there need adult supervision!

Went for oil change ended up loosing one of my tire valves. Mechanic tried to lie about my tire situation. I called the customer service and nothing happened. It cost me about $20 to fix that.. Ill never ever go there again for oil change.

This place is way overpriced. Very friendly people but they charge way too much for an oil change. I will look elsewhere next time for a cheaper alternative.

Terrible. Besides the outrageous price for an oil change, they try to upsell you on things you dont need like most places I guess. My daughter went in for an oil change and came out with a transmission fluid leak. They tried to sell her a trans fluid change, but she declined, but when she got home her trans fluid was leaking. We thought oh no something is really screwed up on the car only to find out they loosened the hose to the transmission so all her fluid leaked out. Car stalled out on her. Had it checked and thats when they discovered the hose unattached. She went back and complained and was spoken to like she was the problem. Buyer beware. Will never go back and i hope people heed our advice.

Horrible place. Can’t put an oil drain plug in correctly. They over charge like crazy. Literally the worst prices I’ve ever heard of. Girlfriend went in to get oil change and charged her over 130 bucks for oil change and air filter. Go to Bobs Advanced Auto for good prices and excellent service.

I drive all the way from Chicago to get my oil change, customer service is lit lit you wont be disappointed. Go check them out. The guy with the initial that starts with the letter D takes care of me when I always come in. Good job man.

Moved here from Texas used Valvoline oil changes there & was very happy with their service. I googled and found the Channahon store was the only one close. Once again I was very happy with the service they gave and Customer Service gets an A++. I had a few things that needed to get done but No High pressure push. I will be back Highly Recommend especially if you are a woman they will NOT take advantage of you💙👍

The customer service, knowledge, and friendliness of the staff always puts me at ease. I know theyre going to take care of my car and not try to gouge me or try to pressure me into getting more service done to my car. I also appreciate their print out checklist of things that I should think about servicing in a future visit based on the recommendations of Dodge. Plus, they seem to be the same guys that I always see when I go there, so I feel even more comfortable trusting them with my car. :)

Pleasant experience. I was in line 3 cars deep as I pulled in expecting a long wait, but the staff here greeted me as I pulled up and then continually walked out to my car in the cold weather to give me more updates on how long it would be. After I made my way into the bay to have the service done, (first time Ive pulled my own car over a service bay) I didnt realize that I could sit in my own car while having the work done. Everyone there was friendly and professional. Not only were they professional but they all worked at a very efficient pace while working together. Im glad I drove the extra ten minutes past my usual oil change place. Ill definitely be back.

I would not recommend this place to anyone! I spent over $100 for an oil change and an oil filter which, according to them, should also include a quick check of a few items and then topping off your fluids. Which they did not do, I called afterward to ask what the service includes she explained it to me so I then asked why those things were not done. I spoke with a manager told me she was going to follow up and see why those things were not done, never received a call back so I called back a week later. she proceeded to tell me that she viewed the cameras and that they did top off the fluids. But when I asked her what vehicle she was looking at on the camera she was unable to tell me. how is it that youre looking at a car on the camera but you dont know what car youre looking for or looking at.. and the main reason Im upset is because my car did not have any problems before bringing it in and now it does.. I would never go back because I really dont want to give my business to somebody who is going to lie to their customers, and be deceitful. you can go anywhere else to get an oil change for $50 and it includes these services, which they will actually do for you!

I typically do all my maintenance work myself or take to the dealer. Running short on time I took one of my vehicles for an oil change at Valvoline on a Saturday morning and Im glad I did. My view of quickie oil changes places has changed and for the better. From the moment I pulled Myles, Alex and Jared treated my car like it was their own. They were careful to review my cars specific maintenance schedule and recommend options without the pressure. I really liked how they communicated to each other throughout the entire process to make sure all steps where covered and keeping me informed as well. My days of sitting at the Jeep or Honda dealership may be coming to an end!. Thanks to the crew at Channahon Valvoline you just earned a whole bunch of trust.

25 minutes to NOT get my oil changed. Came in with 2018 Toyota CH-R and they couldn’t get my filter off? Can only assume they knew they couldn’t when I could feel my entire vehicle shaking while they were under there. Do NOT recommend

Over all friendly place . you did not even have to get out of your car . they very informational about what was going on under the hood. the reason i give 3 stars in because i paid 90 dollars for a oil change for full synthetic oil. at that price your just getting ripped off. if you go to Walmart you can buy the same oil same oil filter for under 40 bucks . most places will even give you better deals on full synthetic oil . if your in a emergence like i was then this was the place to go but if not in rush look around you will find better deals

I went in to get a brake light changed yesterday that was out, when I arrived the attendant said the light was working, although it had not been working 5 minutes prior, I said maybe it is loose... or needs to be replaced, he said who knows, you probably have a wiring problem, would not even take the time to check it for me. Completely disappointed and although I have always had good experiences there, I will NOT be returning, I pulled in with a problem, and this morning I have no brake light again, so nothing was done to satisfy me as a customer and I still have the same problem. Now I do not know if it is a wiring problem or I just need a new bulb.. that is NOT Customer Service.

I come here all the time for work truck maintenance. I have had oil changes, transmission fluid change, differential oil change, fuel system cleaning, etc. I keep coming back. It is a great shop and I wish they had the ability to do more.

Dont go here. Wayyyy OVERPRICED.There full synthetic is 79.99. Midas has it for 42.99. Even with the discount and 10. Off coupon I have its still 63.00. Full synthetic is full synthetic. Stop ripping people off. No wonder u drive by here. An their techs are standing on the streets trying to wave people in.

Usually pretty smooth operation with just some annoying features but I was receiving a friends and family discount so it was worth it for me. But today I waited 30 minutes outside to be let in. Then after being let inside waited another 15 minutes because they were doing cars one at a time. This place has an employee retention problem, always have new people every time I come in (once a month). One of the guys looked to be new/lost, but was in a shirt and jeans so not sure if he was training or not. William takes way to long speaking with customers trying to upsell and using the same bogus lines about how much gas he saves with “insert upsell here”. Was told they discontinued the friends and family discount after receiving my service, while William deleted that part of my notes during my service. I don’t think it’s right to see a customer receives a discount that’s no longer valid and don’t tell them until after when it’s time to pay. This place charged me $50 for an oil change on my, that’s ridiculous. I told William I wouldn’t be coming back and he only offered an “okay”. Won’t be coming back and am looking for better options in my area.

Prices are obnoxiously high! I went to get a basic oil change and they wanted to charge me over $53 bucks. They also offered to rotate my tires for $29.95. I normally get my oil changed AND tires rotated for $19.95 at MTV. I just wanted to try someplace close to home, never again.

I called from interstate I80 and spoke with William who could not have been more helpful. My car in 6 degree weather had overheated while in a traffic delay. He Coached me through what to do and exactly how to deal with It, enabling me to get to his location where he checked it out, picked up a thermostat for me, installed it, and got us back on our trip. Above and beyond.

The Valvoline oil change in Channahon have a very nice team. I liked the manager William. Hes very nice and professional. Ill come back again any day. Matthew Prestegaard.

They did not tighten cap after oil change. Oil sprayed everywhere. I took it somewhere else. They told me I was the 3rd person with same problem after Valvoline oil change. Valvoline was closed the next week.
