Our AC went out and someone came out to check the same day after hours. Really nice and actually took the time to give info on what he was doing and what everything means which was cool to learn about. We ended up getting a new AC unit about a week after we scheduled it. This company brought a three man team into our home when a complete disaster struck! We had a septic backup, that went into the vents! We had to disassemble a lot and clean out a lot of “stuff” from the system. They heavily assisted with the clean up even though they didn’t have to. He found the solution why the fire kept turning off too early, during the heat cycle.With his electronic technology, it was discovered that our furnace and parts were running perfectly. However the flu pipe had some blockage.He suggested the birds most likely built a nest at the very top 10 feet of our flu pipe.Sure enough ...the nest was removed. I called early on Saturday morning after being without AC for over a week. The only other company I could get to come out previously only quoted me a new unit and didn’t even open the cover to see what the issue was. AirMaxx was at my home by 11a and discovered the problem as a wire being chewed thru by a mouse. He cleaned out the unit and repaired the wire all for the cost of a service call. We had a major bird nest problem in our dryer vent which is located at the top of our house. I wasnt sure if anyone would come out in these crazy days but took a chance and called AirMaxx. They came out same day, cleaned out the nests, put a protective cover over the vent, and cleaned and replaced the dryer hose inside. Highly recommend. Thanks again for coming out so quickly!

Im taking time to write this review because I truly want people to know what a good, honest and helpful guy Jamie is! I made a phone call that I thought was to a specific manufacturer of HVAC systems and Jamie from AirMaxx answered! Even though he was in a completely different state from me and he was not a representative at Bosch HVAC he asked how he could be of assistance to me and took precious time out of his very busy day to help me with my questions instead of replying, sorry you have the wrong number! I really couldnt believe it because first of all he wasnt going to make a dime off of me and he still answered all of my questions and took the time to explain things to me for about 30 minutes! He gave me honest sound advice to be able to sort out the good HVAC guys from the bad where I live!!! If I lived in his area I would certainly give him my business! I called AirMaxx a day or two ago. I was told by a repairman that I needed to have my dryer vent cleaned for my new dryer to work properly. I had no idea that was even a thing! They came out a day or two later and were super quick, efficient and friendly. Seriously, we built our home 15 years ago and they cleaned 15 years of lint, paper and junk that would end up in the machine from my kids pockets in a matter of a few minutes! I went for the upgraded cleaning ($195) and Jamie told me its something I should do every 5 years or so....really well worth the expense! My husband and I both own our own businesses and really like to support local business...I would highly recommend AirMaxx to anyone! (I already gave his card to my sister!!)

I have been using AirMaxx for over 5 years. Jaime, the owner is very knowledgeable, as is his staff. AirMaxx was able to keep one of my A/C units working until it was no longer economically feasible to spend money to keep it working. I was then given various options on a new unit to fit my budget and also cool my home properly.And with the rain and cool weather recently, Air Maxx rescheduled my yearly inspection appointment, to make certain the weather conditions would allow a proper inspection.

Awesome! A/C quit working. Called these guys they were over within an hour. Diagnosed the issue, which was super minor, fixed it promptly. Did not try to sell me on anything I didn’t need. Had them go ahead and clean both my A/C units and both my furnaces. So glad I found these guys. Will no doubt be my go to for HVAC needs in the future.

My husband called AirMaxx to have our air conditioner checked on 7.5.17 - Jamie came the morning of 7.6.17. He was very knowledgeable. He and the technician with him thoroughly went through our home - checking all the returns and vents for flow and temperature. The charge was VERY reasonable - they were her for at least an hour - he made sure all of our questions were answered before leaving. VERY satisfied - would definitely recommend AirMaxx!

I used Mr. Jamie to clean my duct work. Upon in pectin the work I smelled some gas. Apparently my valve to my water tank was leaking. They had offered to fix it as well. The piping to my hot water tank was in need of repair and had helped to fix it. They arrived on time very prompt and professional. They do not do things that are out of their professional devices trying to make an extra $. My hot water tank valve shut off and me not knowing much asked for their help. They came first thing the next morning right on time. He even went the extra mile to show me how to turn it on again. I feel very confident in this company and would hire Jamie and his little buddy again. If you like they wear booties in your home and the clean up they provide seals the deal. Prices are reasonable. Good service if they are busy they are worth the wait. Make the call! !!

I recently had issues with my furnaces. I tried to fire them up in anticipation of the upcoming winter. Well, one fired up but the other flashed a series of lights. I checked the owners manual and found that it indicated a bad pressure switch or blockage in the lines. I pulled the outside covers and found that wasps and spiders had taken up residency in the intake and exhaust pipes. I called AirMaxx and they were quick to respond. They changed the switch and did a comprehensive job of cleaning all of the webs and nests out of the lines. They even found webbing in the burner boxes of the furnaces. It was a good thing that Jamie wasnt afraid of spiders as a few climbed out during the cleaning process. They were very attentive to detail and made sure the job was done right the first time. I appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to explain what they were doing and why, as well as tolerating my hovering around so that I could see what was being done.

For 4 years I have had issues with my dryer vent constantly getting clogged, not knowing any better I would believe these other companies stating that the job was done right. After years of frustration I found airmax who took the time to explain the situation with not only my husband who was the one home, but took the time out to speak with me on the phone. I choose to have the upgrades dryer vent cleaning package done for 195.00. And I so happy I did they actually took the time to remove the dryer vent from the ceiling to properly clean it and ensure all lint was removed, then place it back together and reseal the pipe. Who would have known that should be done, they also informed me that some things were done incorrectly previously and fixed someone else’s mistake included in the same price listed above. I am just so thankful that I choose them, I have already referred them to my mom. And they were so clean when I got home from work didn’t even notice that they were here. Jamie and Andrew came out the day after Christmas to work on a clogged dryer vent. I was not able to use the dryer for a while due to the clogged vent and my fear of starting a fire. After calling several places with no luck I found AirMaxx and read their reviews. I was happy to see that they were the highest rated in my area so I gave them a call. Not only were they quick and efficient with their work but they were able to take a look at another vent that was clogged with a bird nest and removed that as well. I am very pleased with their work and 100% recommend them. I will be using them in the future when needed.

We had Jamie from AirMaxx heating and cooling out today and for once in a very long time I am impressed at someone’s pride, quality and workmenship. Super knowledgeable spent quite a bit of time on the phone with me before he even knew I was going to use him. Put booties over his shoes when entering home, the work is super clean, wires tucked away, pipes tucked away and had to put a few more parts on the unit that were not expected and didn’t ask for any more money. Will definitely be our go to for any work we have done on our home and will recommend him to everyone.

Jamie at AirMaxx really saved the day! He came and fixed the work of another air conditioning company that left me high and dry (and warm)! The owner, Jamie, answered the phone after hours, and he got the parts we needed. Airmaxx was prompt, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend them.

They were able to come out next day from.calling. They were late, charged 133 to come out imstead of 89.99 as their website coupon, and then said a/c may have a leak but dont know how to tell where it was comming from. Then when i asked for a price on filling up freeon in the unit they couldnt even give an estimate, it was like pulling teeth to find out what things would costs, made me feel as though they made up costs as they went along. So after 400 dollars, they didnt even full clean the unit so i dont have a unit ready to run for summer. I would not reccomend them or use them again. Very shady on service and costs.

Our home was equipped with a AC unit that is too small for our square footage (a buddy of a buddy installed it - never again) and Jamie/Airmaxx has supported us with ways to get the most out of it!
