Edit:Increased from a 1 star to a 3 star review. The contact at lumber liquidators that responded to this original review connected with the store, found out what happened and was able to expedite the order for my trim and have it delivered to my house on 6/8/2021. The corporate office took my review seriously and I appreciate that. I dont feel I can increase the review to 4 or 5 stars because of the other issues I had but I am overall satisfied with the resolution. Thank you.***********I so wanted to give this location more stars but there were a few things that were disappointing through two orders. The first order they didnt respond to a couple phone calls and never informed me my transitions had delivered after 4 weeks of waiting. The second order was for my Grandma. I wasnt allowed to pay for her order with cash she gave me. They said the only bank that would take cash was in Minneapolis so they stopped taking cash. Then I ordered transitions and they said this time they would ship to my house. I called multiple times and left messages with no response after 4 weeks. I finally got someone and they shipped it to the wrong address. They told me they would ship replacements but I would have to wait another 2+ weeks and they would not expedite it because of the mistake. They made no offer to make it right or to make me satisfied so I have to give them one star. I spent nearly $8,000 through two projects and they couldnt do anything to help out.

After a couple of Home Depot snafus we went to see if LL could help us out. They are extremely knowledgeable and were able to get us taken care of day of. We were able to install our flooring later that day and couldnt be happier with the product and the timing. Thank you so much for your help.

Not knowing all the new flooring products that are now available, we went in clueless. Mitchell and Dan were super patient with us and explained the differences between all the products. We never felt pressured or rushed. Mitchell took his time to go through all the different options and prices. He was very flexible and patient. I have not received this much service anywhere.Thank you Mitchell!

Good prices. Good service at the time of purchase. Flat out rude when I arrived expecting to pick up an order which was promised to arrive days earlier (it hadnt) and I was told that even if it had arrived I couldnt just roll in here 15 minutes before closing and expect to pick up an order. This was due to the fact that my manager said that we cant load orders in the final hour of the day.With two employees sitting behind the counter and no customers in the store, what exactly should they be doing?

We paid for an estimate. As a family decided to look at doing a larger project. Paid for a second estimate for the additional space and they said lets just remeasure the entire thing.When we got the new estimate it was substantially different (by adding 400sf). So we decided against the new full project and to go with our original plan and estimate. Was told that estimate was an error and the price was going to be 50% higher than the original plan/estimate.When we asked how it could increase so much they said someone made a mistake and that if we had gone with the original plan the installers would not have done the job until it was revaluated and paid for.Talk about a bait and switch!

This guy deserves ZERO Star, I paid $5000+ and I wait for 48 days for installation but so many mistakes in delivery the right material, place the right order that I gave up, I cancelled everything because only GOD knows when they would be able to delivery what I bought.My house is a mess because them, now I am trying to fix it by buying from a big corporation.

Do not buy your flooring from here. There is a reason that they are cheaper than the competition. They are selling seconds as quality flooring.I have been struggling to finish a flooring project as their cases of flooring are over 50% curved or have surface defects.It’s pretty impossible to do a click lock flooring when the boards are curved.Yes they replace them but several times I have been several boards across the floor and had to tear it back out when I notice the surface defect or the open seem because of a curve.Not to mention the time that it takes to weed through the defective product and to be running back and forth because of the defective product.

Best prices in town. Hands down. We checked. People are nice enough. Especially for a discount shop. Dont expect an Audi salesman when you are buying a used Pinto. Installing next week. Well see how the product does.

Very disappointed, tried to do a return within the 30 day time frame, got to store (35 min drive one way) manager told me systems are down no returns. Explained wife just had child and I had to be home to help (I had limited PTO, wanted to be home with my daughter/wife), he said no exceptions. He said he would loose his job, if he did the return. I returned again 3 days later (had to be w/in 30 days)and he charged me full 20% restocking fee, said that was mandatory and that was store policy. Called 800 number, was told he should have taken the return initially and just did refund when computers were back up. They did reimburse my 20% and apologized for me having to return to store twice. They did also say the restocking fee was up to store and not mandatory.I would recommend any other store for flooring. Based on this Im sure they will be so helpful if there is any warranty needed.Also side note, their transition pieces are 3x that of competition which quickly makes up for any savings on flooring.

Michael was helpful without hovering or being pushy. When asking about sales, he volunteered that theres a 30 day price guarantee. He was quick with samples as well.

Manager practices Bait and Switch - if he quotes you a price, better get it in an email.It is too bad there is no a zero star rating. Armando, the Manager of this location lied to me about pricing. I called them (because I live 45 minutes away) I made an offer on a small remnent of flooring and he said yes, he would accept it. After I drove the 45 minutes, Armando denied agreeing to the price and charged me 70% mare, saying it was the best deal. When we loaded the flooring, because he couldnt drive the forklift properly, the flooring spilled all over the floor and some got damaged. Then, attached to one of the boxes was a flyer with the sales price, which was the same amount that he charded me. Who lies for that little amount of money? I mentioned his lie to the referring store and they said, he does that all the time, he is trying to get sales. I understand but if your word is no good... I needed a lot of trim and other stuff (with higher margins to the store) but after what happened, I went to Menards. *LL - this guy is bad for your business, you have lost my business and hopefully due to this post, you will lose more.UPDATE:I was contacted through Google (below). It sounded like they really cared. I called, emailed, twice. No response. Some companies put a response online so that you will see it but never have any intention of making any changes. Oh well, at least you know now...again...

I bought solid Oak, hand scrapped flooring. Turned out great! Some of the flooring (longer planks) that had imperfections but other than that I was satisfied.

We attempted to purchase wood flooring that clicks together- got a total price with installation... found out later by the installer that the joints need to be glued together (for a much higher cost of course).The installer shows up to install - received the wrong underlayment- needed to haul back the underlayment for the much thicker and better underlayment for - of course , again, a much higher price.The installer also ordered double on the doorway transitions because he didn’t know which one would work- the ones that didn’t fit would be returned for credit- of course, now they can’t find our records and won’t call me back.... enough said?

Terrible customer service and communication. The gentleman behind the counter is awful! Not friendly and communication skills are terrible, left me standing there while he typed away on the computer not saying a word to me about what the issue was or what was going on. I was just there to pick up two boxes of flooring that was already paid for and that seemed to be a difficult task. Even when I said something about communicating would be helpful he just looked at me. I would expect this out of the younger generation we have now but this gentleman was easy late 40’s early 50’s. His name was Amal according to the loading guy when I told him I was leaving a bad review. He agreed with me!

The new manager of this place is a joke, I have been a general contractor for 15 years and I used to do a lot of business here. I have never had more problems or worse customer service at any retail establishment in my entire life than I did last time I shopped here. He didnt know how to lookup my previous orders so I could buy the same thing as last time so we looked through the showroom to find it manually. He tried to sell me a floor that wouldnt have worked over the concrete I was installing it on then insisted that I was wrong and the floor would work. When I finally located the floor I was looking for he disregard me and ordered the floor he was trying to push on me originally. I didnt realize he had ordered the wrong one until I had already waited 2 weeks for my order to come in, when I pointed it out his warehouse associate apologised and told me this had been happening a lot lately. Now Im waiting another 2 weeks for what I can only hope is the correct floor. As soon as I get I you can bet Ill never shop here again. Replace your manager, this store used to be good!

Anyhow, purchase date was Feb.25th, the store manager was actually the one who assisted us and we got our order placed within a half hr as we knew what we wanted and needed. He said that it would be about a week for delivery. Fast forward to almost 2 weeks later and my mom calls them to find out the status of delivery as we had not heard from them. The manager said that they were still waiting on one more piece and that it would be in by that tuesday and deliver would be same day or next day. End of wednesday goes by and still no call or sign from them so we called on thursday and the manager says oh, when would you like it delivered? OK, so not once we had to call to track our order down, but now twice. We requested it be delivered the next day (Friday) and they said it would be delivered between 4-6pm. 6pm rolls around and there is still no sign of the delivery, so we called the store and get this, the sales rep says umm...so we have no idea where our deliver guys are. They still have not come to pick up your order. Are you freaking kidding me??!?! At this point, were going on week 3. The Assistant Manager, Zach, was very gracious during this. He even tried to call the store manager, as he was the one who handled the order and surprise surprise, no answer. So we go and pick up the flooring bc we had already planned to do the flooring that weekend. The guy at the store tells us that its all there, load it up (2 vehicles worth) and werent required to sign anything. Get home and guess what?? We were missing 18ft worth of stairnose and a vent cover. Called Zach, and bless him, he tried to handle the situation the best he could. I commend him, as hes been trying to clean up the mess that the Store Manager, Matt, has been avoiding.So my brother spoke with Zach about a week ago and was told that the stairnose was there the night that they went to go pick up the flooring--funny thing is, they asked multiple times if they had everything in the order and were told, multiple times that, yes, it was everything. They agreed to deliver it, but yet, here we are today and still no stairnose or vent cover. Mind you, 4 weeks into this thing and we have still NOT heard from the store manager who was requested to call us. Aiila went today to go pick up the stairnose and what a freaking shocker, they only had 12ft of the 18ft that we paid for...even though we were told multple times that they had all of it. Bring the 12ft home and holy mackerel, 6ft of it is damaged on both ends. What in the literal eff???! Called their corporate number bc at this point, the ass.manager cant help us any further. The rep. that assisted had the nerve to say well, I can give you $150 back, do you want it or not? when we asked to be escalated as we felt that the service and product was subpar.We are extremely disappointed in the service provided by the store manager Matt, as we requested he contact us to discuss the issues we ran in to with this order. He not only has not called us, but also does not answer the phone when his associates call him on our behalf. We paid over $2,200.00 for this flooring and still have not received all of what we paid for, over 5 weeks later. Supposedly regional or district management will be contacting us, but at the rate things are going, I wont be holding my breathe.
