There isn’t a salon better than J. Bellas Salon. I have been a client for 10 years. Even after moving to the suburbs, I make it into the city for the chance to sit in Kathy’s chair and be transformed. I’m never disappointed and my hair always looks healthy and beautiful! Five star treatment all the way!!

I had an amazing color and haircut with Kathy. It was my first visit. Ive decided to let my hair go gray (white/silver), and wanted to go back to an inverted bob. Kathy suggested cutting the back down to my natural color, and then highlighting with a platinum, so that I will have a natural, blended look as the white hair grows in. She did such a wonderful job!! Im a customer for life!

I was taken care of from start to finish. They treated my natural hair as it should. They were gentle, and the results were amazing. My hair is silky, bouncy, and full of life.

I made an appointment here after reading all the positive reviews, and Im so glad I did! Sarah is amazing, listens and does exactly what you ask for. Im older, pretty basic in my tastes, and she gave me a great cut and style based on my requests. Also, she lets you converse as much or as little as you want, which I prefer. 😊

Wine tin for my 1 of 3 hair conditioning/cuts with Sarah and she did an amazing job. She recommended how short to go since I don’t use hair products. She also was very friendly and understood my requests. Looking forward to come back!

Great place for a relaxed and comfortable haircut experience. I had so much fun getting all my hair chopped off to donate, and left with a short haircut I LOVE! I’ve been coming here for a few years now and it’s always good service and very welcoming and relaxing. The ladies here are all super nice. They offer new customer discounts and even new customer groupons from time to time, which is how I found them. I’ve been getting extensions and haircuts from Sarah and will continue to see her for all my hair needs!

I just had my monthly cut with Meghan and am- as always - pleased. She never tries to do her thing, but innately knows how to work with my full, coarse head of hair so that it always looks neat, never like its just been cut. Im in and out (without a shampoo) in 20 minutes - best of all! Shes a positive delight!

Whenever I come to J Bellas Im always really happy with my hair cut and everything when I leave. I came to J bellas to get a hair cut and I got exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend this salon, to first timers because you will get exactly what you wanted! I love all the stylists I’ve worked with and highly recommend Sarah for custom spray tans! I am very fair and she was able to work with me to customize a shade that left me feeling confident and not orange! It’s also one of the only salons I know of in the area that uses organic products.

First time customer. Was a bit nervous to go to a new salon and stylist after my former stylist retired. Sarah did a great job! I showed her a couple photos of the style I liked. We discussed a few minor changes and voila I emerged with a lovely cut. I know Ill get compliments and will refer others to Sarah. ***Follow up review 4 months after first one: I have had Sarah cut my hair 3 times now. Each time I come home after a cut my husband remarks about what a great cut Sarah gave me...sometimes more than once after a cut! Coming from a husband indeed says something!!!

Went there for the first time and got a cut and partial highlights with Maritza. She was SO sweet. She listened to what I wanted and also took a look at my hair and felt it. We discussed my goals with my hair and she gave me a great cut based off of that! She also made my partial highlights look so natural. I love them. She did SUCH a good job. The gal at the checkout could have been friendlier. Other than that, I had a good experience. Would definitely recommend.

If you want a natural, soft perm, this is the place to go. My last 4 have been here and I do not want to get a chemical perm ever again. I highly recommend their color also. You dont leave smelling like you just got your hair done, it is wonderful!
