Called to set up an estimate to remove part of a tree on my house after a big storm. No showed on the first appointment. Called and they said theyd figure out what happen and get back to me. They didnt call back. Called again the next morning and they told me they were sorry but they had double booked my appointment time by mistake. Sure, that can happen, but then when I asked them to confirm my address to set up a new appointment, it quickly became clear that they didnt have the right address. Perhaps they showed up at the wrong address, saw no tree problems, and moved along. Frustrating that they didnt call, but hey, mistakes happen. I confirmed my correct address with them and rescheduled. Once again, no show, no call. Called them 4 hours after appointment time had lapsed and they confirmed my address to see what may have happened. Turns out they had my address wrong AGAIN, or so they claim. Well, thats three strikes. I will NEVER use Universitree because they clearly dont seem to understand how to run a business or treat a customer!

Universitree exceeded my expectations. I hired them to come out and trim my mature Oak, Elm, and Ash trees. As well as remove several mature trees on a steep hill side to open up my view of the river valley. I was having a very tough time deciding how to have the trees trimmed. There is so much to consider between what is cosmetically pleasing but also safe and healthy for the mature trees. Adam spent the time and gave me his professional advice on how to form the trees canopy without sacrificing its health. Let me tell you, it turned out better then I imagined! Do not sacrifice your beautiful trees to save money with a cheap company, a lot of them are probably older then you are. Hire the professionals at Universitree. -Cody

Universitree took down three huge (55-feet each) red pine trees from the front of our lawn. A difficult job, but they performed quickly and professionally - including a nice clean-up and removal of all debris. AND they charged us less than they estimated. Very pleased and highly recommend.

We contacted Adam from Universitree to remove a large dead tree from our woods. We werent home when they came out to do the work, and when we did get back, the dead tree was gone and everything was cleaned up so perfectly, it would have been hard to tell they were ever there (except for the missing dead tree). Wonderful cleanup! We would highly recommend them!

We had two large trees taken out very close to it house. Adam and his team came when they said they would, and called before hand to keep us informed about the visit. The job was tidy and professional, listening to what we wanted to achieve. They are friendly and it was a good price compared to others. What more can you want. Adam and his team were fantastic! We live in Eden Prairie, received 3 separate tree removal bids and Universitree was 30% less than the other two bids. The team arrived on time, took down a huge cottonwood in our backyard that wrapped around low hanging power lines and dripped into a busy neighborhood cross street. So impressed by the quick work the 3-person team made of the tree. They came at 9am and left by 4pm. What surprised me the most was the extent they went to make sure everything was cleaned up - leaf blowers, rakes, you name it, no one would have suspected a tree was just taken down!Definitely will call them again when we take down the next one.

We had one tree removed and stump ground out; and several trees trimmed. Quick to provide a quote, followed up within one day with emailed documentation; and was able to do the work within two weeks (and within a couple of days of having the underground utilities marked). Competitive pricing, and great workmanship, including cleaning up all the trimmed branches.

They were able to drop the each piece with out hitting my gardens (I was impressed!) and they took great care to clean up afterwards. After calling several tree companies and getting little to no response, I called Adam to come bid my job. He was professional and showed a sincerity for my trees and property that was quite refreshing.
