What an excellent, well-run organization. They really do connect with people around the world where help is needed most. I love that they welcome children to help too and include them in the packaging process. They do a great job with telling stories and providing follow up after food distribution so you know it is making a difference.

It is a great organization with a very important mission to help children who suffer from hunger and provide them with a guaranteed meal for at least a year. The impact is very impressive. They are very well organized and I hope everyone can donate and go to volunteer.

Best place to go for donating your time for a good cause. We left feeling accomplished knowing we made a difference in childrens lives. We also received updates about the food delivery which was really neat.

What a great and exciting volunteer opportunity. This really helped my kids gain some perspective from other children who arent as privileged. Not as easily spotted but connected near other warehouse.

Love the new Covid procedure. They keep you in the group you sign up with!!!! Stations are really spaced apart. You have your own wash sink!!! Really wonderful to serve again!!!

Our family loves packing meals at FMSC. Its a awesome feeling to make a difference in the lives of the some of the most vulnerable and least fortunate kids in the world. If I remember correctly from our last visit, our group packed enough food to feed 63 kids for a year. Huge impact in kids lives for about an hour of our time.

I went with a group from my job and we had a nice time volunteering here. Great staff. They are very welcoming and enjoyable to be with.

The music was surprisingly loud when we started, but they seemed to adjust it. I love giving back and being the hands and feet of Jesus in this way. I love that they always allow those who wish, to pray over the food that has been packed before it is sent overseas to the needy people. They have the best things in their gift shop that you can purchase, which I consider a win - win; you get a wonderful item or gift for someone, and the funds go toward keeping the program funded!

Date of Visit: 10/21/2019 2:30-4:30PM - We visited this location to volunteer for food-packing. FMSC makes it easy to volunteer with an online sign-up and check-in process. They try to make the food-packing fun by playing music and having each team create a cheer to yell when theyve packed an entire box. They also have a store with very cute items for sale. Will definitely visit again to use up my employers volunteer PTO hours.

A great place to volunteer! Sessions last 2 hours. Great for groups of any size. Our girl scout troop will be volunteering again.

They do an important and life saving mission. Their model is based on paying forward and using volunteers to pack food packs in a fun group activity. Many groups take part and many employers use it as a team building activity. This is a Christian non-profit organization that uses almost all donations in an effort to provide nutricious food for the hungry. Anyone, regardless of beliefs, can take part and, the religious part, a brief prayer over the packed food, is optional.

This place is very fun. I volunteered with my friends. It’s a good program where you can help people around the world. Children in Haiti, Africa, and many more places got the food we packed. I’ve gone to this place at least 5 times and have had a great time there each time. Its good to know that even though they are a Christian charity they feed people of all religions. Now this isn’t directly a Christian thing, anyone can also volunteer. I would recommend it to anyone if youre bored with your friends and want to do something it’s helping building bonds in the community but more important helping kids who are hungry.

As a business this organization appears to be a well oiled machine. As a supposed Christian organization they fall far short. Be aware that they can pick and choose (local managements words) who they allow to volunteer. If you have anything online be it social media or other sources that are false, be aware that you may not be good enough to volunteer at FMSC. They choose to believe the misinformation online Not exactly what Jesus would do...

Great organization that helps malnutritioned and starving children around the world. The food we as a community and volunteers prepare not only tastes good but is also well balanced in nutrients. We live going there as a family to pack meals and my children enjoy it especially

From the instructions at the beginning to bringing us together for prayer at the end and going over the progress our group made I was amazed. The staff here took time to answer questions and I cant think of a better way to have spent a few hours in service to people less fortunate than us. They even have Merch for sale and proceeds go to support economic development, jobs and stability in the areas they serve.

A great way to be giving back to the children who need our help. The food packed is nutritious and tasty. They provide you a little tasting cup at the end of the service. It is a great opportunity to do community service, or help out children in need. A great way to have team building events for corporate firms.

I loved This place. I felt renewed after a battle with personal demons that weak. I found out for me personally battling things are much easier when finding outlets that are not only improving yourself but helping others is key.

I love helping here. They run a very efficient food pack system. Every time I volunteer here, I feel my time is well spent and work load is extremely productive.

Visited their nice little shop, and picked up some coffee. Merchandise comes from, or is grown in other countries, which are served feed my starving children. I have relatives who have volunteered here, packaging food which goes to other countries.

I have volunteered here several times. I enjoy talking to others while packing food for needy families all over the world. Its great to know that this food has helped so many and can help so many more. The shifts arent very long and the packing if pretty organized. There are jobs for most effort levels and if you are allergic to soy, you probably should find someplace else to volunteer.

These people are doing an awesome job by feeding the malnourished children in one of the poorest countries of the world.The best part, you can go here as a group and volunteer to pack the meals for the kids. 🙂

Excellent volunteer project. 30 of us here for a Family Reunion choose to help here. Two hours of packing protein meals for Haiti. Staff was helpful and appreciative. Easy and definitely a Feel-Good, Do Good experience. Will do it again.

What a great experience to help feed those in need. I came here with a work group and filled up bags of rice for meals. The staff was great, they were funny, but at the same time they directed the event well. Very professional group, but still down to earth. I felt good about volunteering here and would come back with my family.

This place provides a really great opportunity to help out meals together that are sent around the world. There is a training session each time and all the directions are easy to understand. The staff are wonderful!

My kids together with other children were invited by their friend here for her birthday. All the children, with help from their parents, learn to pack food for the hungry children in Haiti. I feel that it is a great place for the children to learn the fact that poverty and famine are taking place globally, to have compassion towards the needy people, and to make contribution to help them.

Packed Manna Rice food packs for malnourished kids around the world. Inspiring and engaging. Once we started packing, we were busy until we stopped packing. We stood the entire time on concrete and they do have stations where you can sit and place stickers on bags.

Great experience. Went in a large group and had a great time packaging meals. Jobs were available for everyone regardless of physcial ability. Did a great job at conveying the goals of the company while remaining open to all despite being a Christian organization.

Everyone should volunteer a shift. Bring your friends and family and do some good in the world. Fun time with friends and strangers.

What a great organization. Great activity to do with kids as young as 5 years old. (condition: please consider the impact that your individual child will have on the workflow of the process for the others in your packing team. Depending on their attention span, focus, and maturity, some kids are ready to help and contribute in this way at an earlier age than others.)

They are doing fantastic work here! Their work allows so many to volunteer for a couple hours to change thousands of kids lives. Definitely lucky to have this resource in the area.

This place is supposed to give good positive vibes but when i stepped in those doors i felt like the entire staff was out to get me, so and so when i went i met a nonce there who was with three little girls, creepy and then a kid started a fight with a a older kid and then the police were called and wrongfully charged the boy who was hit and gave him a assault charge, this place was awful and i despice what they do
