I had an amazing experience here. The nail artist did an incredible job with the shape of my nail and they aren’t too thick! She did everything exactly as pictured for my design. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you for a great nail experience!

After hearing only good things about this place, I finally went, only to have a terrible pedicure. My toenails were cut too short, crooked and some to the point of bleeding. Can’t say it was worth $45 or that I’ll be going back anytime soon 😔

I am from out of state, staying close by this establishment! I had Amy for pedicure & manicure! She was very meticulous in her work! One of the best dip manicure & pedicure that I have had! I highly recommend this nail salon & ask for Amy!!

I called ahead to see if they had time for a walk-in, and they did. I only wanted a regular pedicure, the cheapest on their menu. I always feel like theyre hoping for a higher ticket item or additional services. My pedicure was fine, but abbreviated. I look forward to the 5 minute massage. It was maybe half of that, as I was hearing the ladies around me moan in pleasure. I felt rushed out, so my chair could be filled. I truly wish I could communicate with the technician. I like to make that connection. The salon is right in my backyard, which is so convenient. But I feel like I need to go elsewhere to find a technician who appreciates my business and I can establish a long term connection with.

I had a wonderful experience my tech was so detailed on heat approach and my nails came out beautiful. Thank you going tomorrow for a pedicure😃

First time visiting LVY Nails Chanhassen and will most CERTAINLY be back! Came in not knowing what to expect, but had a wonderful experience!! I received a manicure by Teoh and couldn’t have been happier with the finished product, as it turned out better than I could’ve imagine! So so happy!!

My mom and me have been going to LVY nails for some time now. The owner is fantastic and we use TO and Diane for our fill in and pedis. They always to a fantastic job. Such a comfortable salon to go to. We feel loved entering and leaving. You cant ask for more in a salon. They are all welcoming and sweet people! We love it! Oh and I use to drive an hour to get to the shop. Seriously, I mean its the best!

Heidi is amazing here! She is so gentle and takes her time, especially on my difficult nails. She great at getting off the callused tissue around my big toes (surgically had my ingrowns removed).

The absolute nicest management, lovely space, and its clear that the employees care a lot about the integrity of their work and the safety and comfort of their guests.

Friendly staff who took great pride in shaping my nails. I almost wanted to leave with just the gel on my nails they were so beautiful. Also it was not super busy after work when most other places are packed. Had a gel fill& gel polish put on and it was $40. Will be returning!

Ive been to many places in the area and this is my favorite - only place I go to anymore. Two in particular is great

First thing, the space is beautiful. There’s even curtains in between each pedi chair if you wanted more privacy. Which also serves as a shield in covid 19. The staff is very friendly and the space is very clean. Everything they use during the pedicure was wrapped individually and the file was brand new. Sanitation is always important but in times like this it’s especially nice to see. Lastly, they do great work. The woman who did my pedicure was wonderful and did a great job. The gentleman who did my dip powder set was very talented. I am very picky when it comes to nails, especially a dip set because they can so easily look fake. (Because they are) but my nails look natural, beautiful and perfect. I only wish I could upload a photo for you guys!

I highly recommend going to Heidi for a pedicure!! She seriously gave me the best pedicure ever!! If you’re looking for a great massage during your pedicure she’s your girl!! Lovely lady!

This was the first nail salon I have been to since moving to the area, and I am so glad I chose LVY Nails! Jess did my manicure today, and she was great to talk to. I felt welcomed, comfortable, and was pleased with the outcome of my nails. I cannot wait to go back!

I had a lovely time, the lady’s were very nice. I got a dip manicure and I am extremely satisfied! I did get a chip the next day but they did such an excellent job that I don’t think it was their fault! I’ll definitely be going back!

I had a fabulous birthday mani-pedi with my daughter. The people at Ivy nails are so good. The place is well cared for and super clean, too. Truly a great place to be well cared. Treat yourself to a bit of pampering at Ivy Nails.

The diamond pedicure was amazing $60 for over an hour long pedicure = pure relaxation

The end result of my pedicure was great but it was a very painful process getting there. My pedicurist rubbed the TOP of my foot with a NAIL FILE among other new and inventive skin peeling tortures. Would not recommend.(Edit: Just changed my review from 2 stars to 1 because my toe got infected. Ugh.)

I got a pedicure 1st, then decided to do a manicure since the lady did such a nice job. I’m in love with my manicure. I got tips put on and she shaped them almond shape. Will definitely be going back for a fill in!

Teo is an amazing person, loves challenges and doing different designs. I wanted a 3 color ombre and he created it perfectly, pays attention to detail and I leave with amazing dip nails every time.

Had a pedicure and it was great! Treat yourself for a few extra dollars and get the spa massage for your legs with the sugar scrub. You deserve the exfoliation and extra care in this cold weather. Thanks for the great service!

The best place to do your nails ever 💅

I always have the best experience here. Their dip lasts the longest out of any nail salon I’ve ever been to. The workers are super friendly and the environment relaxing. The last time I went in I got a white dip and after a day it chipped and after a week it turned yellow due to my exposure in a lake. They were very understanding when I called, got me a next day appointment, and completely fixed my nails at no cost. I am very impressed and grateful.

2 stars because the staff is friendly and the place is clean , but the work is lacking. I’ve had my nails dipped before and it lasts 3 weeks. It was my first time here and doing the dip. After day 4 my nails were cracking. By 1 week they broke and started to peel off.

Only thing I would complain about is when u pay for a deluxe pedi and the person next to you is getting the same ..and your gel toes are all polished and done and she is still getting a massage:( sucks when u pay extra but dont feel like you get extra;( definitely didnt get my 14 minutes of massage...and my heels still look bad..

I have been coming here for over a year. I have always had exceptional work done. I have never requested a specific person, because everyone is so god. Until now. 3 out of the last 4 times I have been in I have had the young man who is now working there. And I have been disappointed everytime. He is not friendly, that is fine, but his quality is so far below everyone else. My nails are never filed evenly, the polish (dip and gel) is always bumpy, i dont know what he does differently but there is never the same shine when he does my nails. I dont want to call and schedule an a appointment and say not with the man. And he keeps all his grinding tools in a little altoids tin that he keeps in his pocket. It looks super unsanitary. Sorry, I am just bummed because this has been my favorite salon!

So modern and clean! When i walked in i was greeted and taken care of immediately. Pam did a great job with both my mani and pedi and asked clarifying questions to make sure i got what i wanted. She did an excellent job in a timely manner. Definitely coming back!

Having 3 teenage girls we’ve been to our fair share of nail salons. I was disappointed. We did not find them friendly. They just all talked in their language to each other the whole time. We won’t be going back there. I appreciate these reviews when I’m picking out new places to go.

I’ve had both dip and gel manicures and gel pedicures. I’ve worked with several of the folks that work there and I’ve always been really pleased. One time I cracked the dip polish on my thumb (entirely my fault) and they fixed it for free.

AMAZING JOB ON MY NAILS! Lee did a perfect job. I had my nails dipped. Its now been 2 weeks and not ONE chip. I work with my hands all day and they are in water frequently. I was sceptical about them lasting with the daily routine I put them through but I am sold. Definitely will be back. Definitely worth the money. Thanks Lee!!!

Not happy. New ownership. Used to love this salon. It used to be relaxing and employees kind and welcoming. Now, it feels like a factory. I was barely greeted and not thanked for my business. The jobs on both mani and pedi were marginal at best. Very disappointing. Was my last time there.

LVY nails is by far the best nail salon Ive been to! The shop is clean, well organized, and soft relaxing music creates a warm welcoming environment. The staff is friendly, professional, and all do an excellent job! GREAT customer service!

I found this place after looking at the reviews and went a few weeks ago. Ive been looking for somewhere in the Waconia area since I moved here for 4 years ago but havent found one that I like and also someone that does a job. I think this will be my new place!!!I would highly recommend T.O. he does an ausome job everytime.

I visited this salon on Monday with my sister because it’s her fav nail place! However, I can’t say I had an amazing experience... I got a dip manicure and the lady excessively bladed my nails down before beginning (I went in with regular polish) and I began to bleed on multiple fingers. Then I dipped my hands atleast 5x, so the dip polish is extremely thick and uneven! After the dip she continued with the electric tool on my bleeding fingers... At one point the dremel tool went under my finger (no control)! I left in pain as there was alcohol put in all my cuts. It’s been 2 days and I have 5 scabbed cuticles. I am writing this in hopes that this nail tech. has more practice before people are paying for this service!

The team at lvy Nails is professional and efficient. The salon is very welcoming and clean, with relaxing music playing in the background. I have had two gel fills done at lvy, and both individuals did an excellent job. I was very pleased with the results. They demonstrate utmost care with handling my nails and ask questions about my preferences. They make me feel like a valued customer. I will continue to give them my regular business, as well as send them any possible referrals.

Worst manicure ever. My granddaughter and I went in, we had two different techs. Low grade manicures. Plain water in soaking dishes, looked like the dishes were dirty. They didnt use a cuticle softener. Minimum manicure service. No washing, no lotion. Both had poor polishing application. I do a better job myself at home.

Ive been going to this nail salon since they opened and I cant tell you enough positive things!! Everytime you are welcomed with a smile and the work is very consistent! The pedicure tubs are my favorite!! They are newly lined with a plastic wrap for each pedicure which shows how clean and sanitary they are! :) Very relaxing environment and easy access off of highway 212! I hope this place is here to stay forever!

Great experience. They were able to squeeze in 3 mani-pedis on short notice. The techs offered extra services but werent pushy. Prices were reasonable. Pedicure spa tubs were sanitary- plastic liners and the techs wore gloves. They were attentive and open to conversation.

Made an appointment. I waited 30 minutes and decided to leave(busy day ahead). They didnt seem to care and I have been a loyal customer along with tipping very well.

They told me I was high maintenance when I was asking her to make my nails more narrow an up charge me because I was being difficult. I have an appointment at one and they made me wait 45 minutes. Not very professional.
