I have three of their PF-Pro series printers and several of their largest CD/DVD Duplicators. Due to the volume of work these machines wear out. These knuckleheads take forever to process a repair requests, it is as if they dont want to help a returning customer, and when the item comes back there is no guarantee that it is actually fixed. I know this because I have had items return that exhibit the same problems & issues I sent them out with. Or they are broken and unusable straight out of the box. Honestly I would rate them a 0/5 if I could.

Total crap. I have a G2 Disc Publisher which is a capital investment level piece of equipment (these cost well over $1000) and they are not even updating a driver for it to work with Windows 10. There answer to me: Sorry, hope this doesnt cause you too many problems. What a joke. Keep that in mind before you purchase anything from them as they do not service their equipment software after a couple years, I guess its just to much for them to spend a few days writing a new print driver to keep their customers equipment running properly. I could not be more disgusted with a technology company. EVERYTHING else I have works on Windows 10, every company made new drivers to allow customers to move up to the new OS, every company except Microboards, LLC. Pathetic!
