Our Kirby vacuum was broken. Mike discussed their repair process as well as potential costs. He called within 40 hours with his estimate for full repair. Due to its age, we are planning on replacement. He discussed potential vacuums and his honesty & expertise was most apparent. I will be back. A reputable and dependable business ready to serve and assist however needed! No Amazon, Target or Walmart can do this!

Wonderful vacuum center. This is a small family owned business and they give outstanding customer service. Whether your vacuum needs a small repair or a major tune up... this place can help you. And they dont oversell or talk you into something you dont need. In fact they are super honest and let you know if it is something simple or worth the repair or if you are better off going with something new and they dont overcharge. Their value is very good when it comes to service or purchase. They are also very helpful when its time to get a new vacuum as they will advise you according to your need and budget.

Wonderful family owned business :)) I have been buying all the Dysons and the fancy vacuums they sell in the stores and they are nothing like the one Mike (the owner) picked for me! Mike and his daughter are such wonderful people! I have a brood of teenage boys and rescue animals. Every vacuum from target has lasted no longer than 8 months. He took time to educate me on vacuums that can actually be repaired and last rather than buying a new one every 6 months or so. I purchased an industrial vacuum that is absolutely amazing. Mike is very knowledgeable on vacuums and the industry. I went in there looking to replace my Dyson. Two weeks later I walked out with a Riccar upright. I have only used it once but it did a great job. Mike included replacement bags also. It was a great experience buying an appliance from someone who knew what he was selling. I recommend this business for anyone wanting to replace their current vacuum.

Mike, the owner is amazing. After so many years in business, he is still passionate about what he sells and how he works with customers. His knowledge about vacuums (and the industry) is fascinating, and he is an expert on the ins and outs of vacuum repair and which machines are best. He is a kind and an amazing business man - operating and dealing with customers with total integrity. I cant recommend Mike or his business more highly.

I would highly recommend Chanhassen Vacuum Sales Center! Mike is so friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. I was having issues with a Hoover vacuum, so I dropped it off on a Saturday. By Monday he had identified the issue and called me to let me know what he found out. They provide free estimates, which is so incredibly helpful!

The previous review regarding the owner re-opening the store to help the customer purchase a belt did not surprise me at all. I have been going to Chanhassen Vacuum Sales for many years because of service like that. Mike and his staff go out of their way to provide old fashioned world class sales, service, and support that has sadly become hard to find these days. I will patronize and support this store as long as it exists. Unbelievable customer experience each and every visit.

Great customer service . I pulled up In front of store 15 minutes after closing. Without hesitation the owner who was actually in his car backing out-stopped rolled down his window and asked if I needed some help. Without hesitation he got out of his car, reopened the store and sold me a belt for my vacuum.($5 purchase) I so seldom see service like this anymore ---hes going to get my business every time.

These guys are fantastic! I’m a notorious vacuum-killer (shedding dogs and a little OCD). I’ve have probably spent $1000 on repairs on a high-end Miele vacuum over the past 5 years. Finally over the high cost of repairs, I was in the market for a new vacuum. My brother-in-law tipped me off to this shop tucked into a small professional area in Chanhassen. There was no attempts to up-sell me, only education on the different vacuums. I was thrilled with my purchase! I had some water damage in my house the first week I had my new Riccar. My new vacuum got fried and stopped working. I brought it in and the owners spent a lot of time on the phone with Riccar getting the repair costs down by half, and that only benefitted me. These owners are honest, trustworthy, hard-working and super fun to visit with. I won’t be looking for a new vacuum shop again. They have earned business for life from me. If you need a vacuum or vacuum repair, go here and know you won’t be up-sold or scammed. They are the best.

When you need ANYTHING for a vacuum this is the place to go. The guys are helpful and extreamy knowladgable. Prices are more then fair considering the level of service you get.

Way more affordable than Als, accomodating, informational and friendly

I brought in a belt I wasnt sure was correct so I brought my vacuum along, turns out the belt was the correct one they put it on for free whole trip cost me nothing.
