Scott is responsive and problem solving focused. Not looking to just replace and make it a large bill for the homeowner. He looked for ways to solve my water heater issue with out the minimum $1000 charge like the big chains do. He assessed the issue, found the parts, and replaced them - all in the same day! Now we have hot water again!! Appreciate his work and honesty. Recommended highly.

Despicable business practices. Scott Ferrell is dishonest, combative and impossible to work with. He charges an obscene amount, inflates his costs and is unwilling to discuss with the customer. His defense is the same with each customer - your house was the problem before he arrived. Dont waste your time. There are many honest, hardworking tradesmen in Minneapolis. Avoid this one.
