I usually don’t write posts like this but insurance was nothing but stressful for me. Since I’ve started with Brian and Shannon, a weight has been lifted! Such great service, very reliable, and always enthusiastic to help. Highly recommend.

We had two major hail storms in the past three years. Both my neighbors and the home across the street had roof damage and their non State Farm insurance companies covered new roofs twice. We have had four roofing companies say that we have damage and two inspectors when we tried to sell our house also say we have hail damage. State Farm denies the damage. Brian Reister did nothing to support us. We have had State Farm insurance for over ten years with zero claims to this point. Just an awful experience.
