I like to be able to support people running their own business. I am always concerned that if they dont do a great job, there is no one else to complain to.Not an issue here. Great experience, on time, well organized and very professional install on a challenging BMW 4 series convertible. Zero bubbles, nice appearance.Most importantly for me, there was a small fold in the very bottom corner on one window. There was no argument, not even a discussion that they would not fix it. Within just a few days, the window film was replaced under warranty.Great product, excellent service that stands behind their work. May not be the biggest shop, may not be the cheapest shop, but definitely a quality shop.

If I could give this guy 10 stars I would. I emailed from his site online and within 3 minutes he was calling me. Explained everything about tinting and then gave me a quote. Very reasonable price and for good quality!He showed up to the appointment on time, he came to my apartment which was great.Completed the work within an hour and a half and advised of after care instructions. Asked questions, he answered. Also advised of lifetime warranty so if anything should happen to call him.I am writing this review two days after the work was down just to make sure everything was good and it is! Bret was very responsive to my inquiries, and showed up right when he said he would.When he was done with my Panamera it looked great except some minor bubbles along some edges and the rear window defroster. He said they would lay down after it dried a bit. I was a little concerned, but sure enough, the next day my windows were perfect. Bret did a fantastic job. Very happy. Brett was the first to respond to some inquiries, came back with fair and better pricing than others, and worked with me and my wife to knock out 3 cars for our family. Brett even did one car on a Sunday for our 17 year old so that he could have it for the next week. I got my windows tinted last spring. The job was excellently done. Perfect for the summer as it didnt make everything in the truck hot af. My husband had my Tahoe tinted as a surprise while I was out of town over the weekend. Edit: after cleaning my car I looked more closely, the tinting is actually poorly done. Looks like it was done in a rush, he said he has a lifetime Warranty but I havent had the time to call him about it. Would recommend still but definitely want to check it before you leave or he leaves.Looks amazing! He was extremely helpful in deciding tint and also great price. Took just a little over an hour to do. Would definitely recommend.
