I had a system installed in my home 18 mos ago. The installation was exactly what they stated and Alex, the installer was extremely professional. Since then I’ve had them replace the filters which went flawlessly. The tech also explained to me how I can do it myself, which I just completed. Super easy! I recommend ordering filters in advance so you have them when it’s time to replace. I am very satisfied with the system and my experience with their team. I LOVE having an unlimited supply of clean water and not having to go to the water store to replenish. I HIGHLY recommend these folks!
We just had Jose, Alex and Joseph install our second Kinetico water processing system and RO. Our other system served us well for over 20 years and is still in good working order but we have moved and cannot subject ourselves or the plumbing to untreated municipal water. First time ordering replacement filters for my father in-law and it was super easy.I did call on a Monday and with the office being closed on the weekends I expected to wait on hold.A very nice girl answered and told me that she would need to transfer me to voice-mail and someone would get back to me to fill the order for the replacement filters.An hour or so later I received a call and it was a painless process and my filters were ordered.My family absolutely loves the clean fresh taste of the K5 system and the friendly support makes upkeep super simple.Thank you!
We had our system and RO installed in Feb. 2021. Although we had a few bumps during the install, Kinetico immediately got them corrected. Recently we had a problem with the drain line brackets that attach the plastic line to the house were coming loose. I called and Mike, the GM, who assured me it would be taken care of and within two days, he had Alex, one of the technicians out to replace all the brackets. Alex was great, a very personable and professional technician. We really like the system and love the RO faucet, but most of all it is the commitment to customer satisfaction that puts Kinetico of AZ over the top! Thank you!
I just had the Kinetico system installed a week ago. It has been a great experience so far. They installed the whole house filter/water softener and the under the sink drinking station. The whole house filter and softener is good but the under the sink drinking station is amazing. It changed how everything tastes, coffee, tea, and the taste of the water is the best I have had. It also removes the Fluoride from the Phoenix drinking water. (I should charge Phoenix for having to do that).A couple of things I didnt like: 1) the outside needed to be cleaned up a little after they left, because they needed to dig a line for the loop. Minor issue though. 2) When running the refrigerator line, they removed/broke a panel in the inside of my cabinet. Again minor, but I think the installers tried to hide it. It would have been better if they would have disclosed that without me finding it. 3) They system is one of the most expensive on the market. You do get a good system for it though... probably the best.Additionally, I dont like that they filter bad reviews on their website. I dont think you will see many bad reviews here because of that. I understand why, but it seems to be an integrity issue with me.Overall it was good, and I would recommend them and their system.
Great service. Just bought a house with an existing Kinetico System and the R/O system was running slow.. They were able to pull up the complete history of my system and told me what had done in the past and what I needed to do to get it running again. Turns out that I didnt need a service call, just a visit to their shop to pick up a couple of new filters. When was the last time a company told you you didnt need a service call?

This review is from someone who bought a home with an existing Kinetico system.We have been sick in our family and it was recently brought to our attention that our water system was in place from the previous owner from approximately 5 years ago.I have been trying to get a hold of kinetico. I give them 2 starts because they do answer the phone however the person that answers admitted to me they are a switch board and unable to help. I have called multiple times and I have only been able to send a message. I asked to please have someone text or email me but they said they have to talk to me on the phone. Yet they don’t have anyone available to talk to me on the phone.
We had a Kinetico system at our previous home. When we moved, one of the first things we did was to call Kinetico. The installation of our water softener and RO system went smoothly and efficiently. They installed it where it would make the most sense for the unit and us. Their product does the job extremely well, and their customer service is exceptional. The updated Kinetico system is even better than the one we had for 10 years at our previous residence. We like that the system does not use electricity to operate but is based off of water consumption. Additionally, we had our installation done during the pandemic and the salesman and installers were all following the recommended protocols to keep us safe. So we are repeat customers and would highly recommend Kinetico for your home water needs.

We had a Kinetico water system installed after doing a ton of research as we move to Arizona from Seattle and never had to worry about our water. Although the system we got is a little pricier than most on the market, we bit the bullet and are glad we did. No more white deposits on our faucets or marks on our glass shower doors. Were also able to wash our cars with clean water. We installed Kinetico in the first home we bought and were so happy with the first one, that we had another just installed in our new house. We were very lucky to have the same installer do both systems. His name is Barrett and he is very friendly, knowledgeable and on time. We highly recommend Kinetico and hopefully you get Barrett to install your system!
Kinetico Water, Jon Owens and the Customer Service team has been great. We are very happy with our water softening and drinking water systems - almost 3 years now. Minimal salt usage compared to past experience. No electronics - simple and automatic water-actuated clock for cleaning cycles. The drinking water system is easy to maintain and the Kinetico team sends filters directly to the house 1-2x per year when I call. Strongly recommend this brand and this team.
Joey came out to look at a leak I had. Very nice and professional. He helped me uncover where the leak was actually coming from (not kinetico) and saw some of my old kinetico parts were wearing out so replaced them.
Mike at Kinetico helped me with my K-filter and was able to inform me when I should need to change my charcoal filter in my Quad softener system. Very professional, kind and informative.

Just had another Kinetico R/O System installed.....they are like potato chips.....we cant get enough of them! We bought our current home with a Kinetico RO system 14 years ago. We have had exceptional service over the years with Todd our technician. When it came time to replacing the system ( now 17 years old) we checked other companies and prices for products. We decided to remain with Kinetico because of an excellent product and service. Barrett our installer was professional and timely. There are cheaper units out there but I believe this company stands by their product and provides excellent service.

We had an excellent experience using Connecticut water systems out of Chandler. We purchased a house with one of the water systems that they had installed. We called to schedule an appointment to have the water filters replaced. The technician was super helpful at explaining how the system worked and he changed out the water filters as well as the carbon filtration system in the main unit. Service service was friendly and informative and the price for the service call seemed very reasonable. I would recommend them to anybody in the valley.

We are very pleased with the quality of the system.The company has always been responsive and prompt to address our needs or concerns. For the better part of those 20 years, we have had the same technician, Jason. It is very nice to be familiar with the person coming into your home.

I highly recommend Kinetico Maricopa Water Processing. We have been using them since 2003. When it came time to service the filters on our older, existing system we investigated a new unit. We decided to purchase a new unit since they are way more efficient as it relates to salt usage.Their entire staff, from sales to installation, were very professional. I could not be happier.

Dealing with Kinetico was a pleasure experience. It stared when Russ came to tell us about the Kinetico Water Systems. He did a check of our water and explained the various systems and detailed costs. There was not any pressure on us to buy. After reviewing their system against other companies we selected to purchase the model 4040 system. I contacted Russ on Monday and the system was scheduled to be installed on Wednesday. On Wednesday Michael called letting us that he was on the way and would be in 20 minutes. He was very professional in the way he when in to doing the installation. He was nice to answer any of my questions and when he was done ( in less then 2 hours) he showed how to maintain the system.
We had high expectations based on previously using a Kinetico system at another home. These were met. Knowledgeable sales person (Jon O) did a complete review of current home water supply. System was installed in one business day after scheduling with the company. The installation by Alex A was done quickly and professionally and all questions about operation and maintenance were answered.

Eh. Came here to pick up some replacement filters recently, turns out they shipped them to my house. Which is fine, that explains why the total they charged me for was different from the one they gave over the phone, but I did say Id come pick them up when the guy asked me and it was frustrating to both make the trip and pay the shipping. Thats just the most recent example of a pretty ho-hum service experience since weve started working with them, it really feels like theyre just leaning on the fact that theyre the only ones around here who can sell their product .That said, Kinetico DOES have a great product, and Ill also say this: the guy who did our install was EXCELLENT. Outside of that very specific instance though, this dealer has been decidedly meh.

I have been a long time customer of Kinetico. I have put their water softening system in 4 of my houses and have sold my houses including this great system as it adds such value to have the BEST system on the market. What a difference it can make to preserving the investment that you have in all your appliances and fixtures and there is virtually no maintenance. No complicated programming. I love it!!!! I have just installed my 5th one in a new home I bought in Carefree, AZ yesterday and my installer was Joey, HE WAS THE BEST installer I have ever had of all my systems. Very knowledgeable of the system and went the extra mile for me to get my system installed in the BEST way as I had some preexisting issues at the site of this install, but he knew exactly what to do and the best way to handle it and HE DID!!! This involved removing an old very low quality system that was already there when I bought the home, but I could tell it was not a very good system. I really wanted a KINETICO, the BEST!I highly recommend if you are looking to purchase and install Kinetico, request Joey if you can, he was great!!!!!! He is probably in high demand, but I would wait for him to do your install! Thanks a million JOEY!!!!!!!!!

Great system, flawless install. Very customer service focused. More expensive than the competitors but you will make up for it in lower maintenance and energy costs and the longevity of the system. Worth it!
We live in Florence and have Johnson Utility water, just now Epcor, so well see if it gets better...We moved in and immediately HAD to get some water relief. I grew up with a kinetico system and knew what it did for our well water so there was no other choice. The products are still top rate! Our water is totally drinkable now! No more bottle service! We are very happy with the whole house system and also the 5 filter system. We had an issue in where a coupler broke under the sink - coming from the filter line - which flooded the cabinet. They came out and fixed it right away but were waiting to hear about the cabinet damage. Im sure all will work out.
Courteous and professional staff and most helpful with instructions on how to change our K5 filters. Great tasting water - no need to buy bottled water with our Kinetico reverse osmosis filter system.
The service man, Junior, replaced the carbon in my water softener. He was excellent and very friendly.
Installer was on time, finished the job within the timeframe expected and answered questions on the spot. The connections were done nicely. A follow-up is going to happen in a few weeks which is great because you always have new questions after the installation.

We had an excellent experience and are nothing but happy with our purchase. We purchased the K5 drinking water station and a new Kinetico premier series system. Brian, our sales rep, did not pressure us to buy their system. Brian was knowledgable about the systems and once we decided to buy he communicated with us every step of the way.It was a great experience, like a contractor should treat the customer!
We have a reverse osmosis system that needs to be serviced at least once a year. Last week I tried to call for service multiple times but was only able to get a voicemail. So, instead of waiting for a call-back, I used their online website. I submitted a request with the button for ‘request service’. Instead of someone from the service department reaching out, I received an email from a sales rep named Brian J. , asking me to call him. When I told him what I was calling for, he said it wasn’t his area, but he would take care of it. That was Friday of last week and I have never heard from anyone.In the past they have been very responsive. Which is the only reason I am giving them the second star. Unfortunately customer service appears to have fallen off.I even sent an email to Brian last week about getting a quote for a soft water system for the entire house. No response to that either. I would not use them for this product or install now.

Our experience getting our Kinetico system installed in our home has been fabulous. We recently moved from NM and wanted to get a new Kinetico system installed in our home. Jon was so knowledgeable and a true pleasure to work with through the process. He was able to get our installation scheduled within a week! He came back to do water testing after we had our system for a while and provided some great tips on additional things we needed to do with our water heater to ensure we were maximizing our soft water system. When we replaced our refrigerator, Jon was quick to help us get our new refrigerator hooked up to the Kinetico again. We could not be more pleased! Customer service is top notch!

Have dealt with Kinetico through MWPS for roughly 10 years now. We use their products at our home and business. Their staff is very professional and consistent. We dealt with the same tech, Alex, the entire time we lived at our old house, and now have had the same tech, Todd, for the past several years at our new property. They have always been on time and communicate their arrival times and rates clearly. Model company. If I could give more stars I would.
