We had a 30 foot Sissoo tree topple during a monsoon in Arizona. The tree was resting unsafely on my concrete wall, a queen palm tree and it had completely consumed our pool. I called multiple companies and was told it would be some time, which was understandable but not ideal! That’s where Tree logic stepped in! They were quick to provide an estimate over the phone and were out there within 24 hours to remove the tree. Craig and his employee were fantastic and took such good care of our home and belongings! They even tried to skim the pool to remove as much as they could (wasn’t much because of their care and attention) which shocked me! Brittany was an absolute sweetheart on the phones and together, Craig and Brittany gained a customer for life. I will 100% be a return customer and I refuse to let anyone else touch or address my landscaping needs! Thank you again Craig and Team! Monsoon Ready!Craig did a great job trimming, pruning and shaping my Velvet Mesquites. They even cleaned the messy bean pods out of my yard, my neighbors yard and the street.In last years storms I almost lost the smaller tree due to a bad trim, all the weight left on one side caused it to blow over. Craig and his team were top-notch!! An all around A+ for Tree Logic. Punctual, professional and worked in a timely fashion. They took down a large tree in my front yard that died from the summer heat, (or maybe my pruning). They also planted a new large mastic tree to replace it and re-worked some irrigation in the process. Everything about working with Craig and his crew went perfect, and to top it all my yard was left much cleaner than it was before they arrived. My experience with Tree logic yesterday was great! The guys (Craig and assistant) were punctual and took no time getting right to work on removing a large Acacia from my front yard. They were very safe, professional and even took the time to teach and answer questions regarding tree health, selections, etc.... They made sure to remove/clean all tree droppings post the job, leaving the area cleaner than it was prior. We cant wait to have the crew back over for our next tree removal and the planting of new ones!

We had an excellent experience with Tree Logic today. Craig and his assistant arrived on time to remove a large Mesquite tree. They were so nice and very professional. They used protective equipment to ensure no accidents. They cleaned up the entire area were the tree was and swept and picked up every scrap of bark and leaves. We have used three other tree services in the area, but none were as helpful and professional as a Tree Logic. We will definitely used them exclusively in the future.

We needed 3 very large mesquite trees removed and from the very first meeting, we were impressed with Craig and the experience just went up from there. Watching Craig climb these huge trees and take off each limb with precision while being aware of surrounding neighbors yards was amazing to watch. He is aware of the safety of those around him and always has an eye out for where a limb will land. This family owned company is a gem to find and one that we will be using in the future for all our tree trimmings and would not hesitate to recommend them for any job. From the first call to Brittany to the handing over of the final payment to Craig, we felt we were in excellent hands.

I can’t tell you how many companies I called before I found Tree Logic. Most of them didn’t even call me back. Imagine my surprise when I hear Brittany’s chipper voice on the other end of the phone! She worked with me right away to get a bid and get me on the schedule. Craig and the crew arrived on time and performed the work quickly and expertly, removing a large and leaning tree and stump in the matter of just a couple of hours. Tree Logic has competitive pricing, but their customer service is what puts them above the rest. Tree logic was great! No complaints. They are very knowledgeable - he knew exactly what type of trees we had and their condition. The crew removed 2 palm trees and several other trees, bird of paradise, etc. from our front and back yard. It only took them about 3hrs for the whole job including clean-up. Ill definitely use them again when I need tree services.

Price is comparable to others, however the skill and customer service is beyond AWESOME. Craig made my trees look the best they have in years. Monsoon resistant but still beautiful symmetrical trees. Weve used Tree Logic twice now. They come all the way from Mesa to Scottsdale to give us a free estimate... consistently show up on time... are friendly and professional... fair with their estimates... clean up is great... and most importantly for us, are real arborists who know what is best for the health of every tree (we have desert trees as well as citrus) and how to trim them to maximize their beauty. They even shared our concern for saving a birds nest that was in one of the trees we were having trimmed. Were already planning to have them back in the fall to replace a couple of trees that we had to have cut down. Weve had bad tree trimming services in the past from other local organizations. The crew at Tree logic were great. They showed up when they said they would. They did more than we discussed and didnt charge me more. Clean up was good. My experience with Tree Logic was great!!!! The entire process was seamless with no issues. The owner, Craig, was fantastic with thorough follow thru from provision of an estimate, scheduling, calling on Super Bowl Sunday to confirm that his crew was showing up early Monday morning, removal of a very large tree in front of my house, and final clean up. Just watching his skilled work crew is actually something to behold, with all of the safety harnessing, rigging, and equipment necessary to remove and dispose of large trees. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Me and my wife found tree logic online and called them up to have some trees trimmed at my home and they were on it the next day for an estimate . They were busy and out about a month but well worth the wait and did an amazing job, very happy with the work they did.

Yes, these guys acted and performed in a very professional way. I just had 2 trees removed and the stumps grinded in my front yard and very pleased in the manner in which they removed them and the clean up. My front yard was clearner after they left then before they arrived. I would strongly recommend Tree Logic LLC to do any professional work to your yard.

My neighbor had hired Tree Logic LLC to trim a tree which canopies over my RV garage, and I had a slight issue with some minor damage caused, when a branch accidentally hit my garage roof. I spoke directly with the owner Craig about the damage and he automatically offered to take care of the situation, no questions asked! Tree logic did a fantastic job on the tree trimming for my house in Mesa. They arrived in the window given and they were quick and efficient. The job and cleanup were perfect. Totally recommend them for your tree trimming needs.

I have used Tree Logic for several years to trim my Chinese Evergreen Elm tree and my Moms Sissoo tree. They have always done a fantastic job. Craig (the owner) is friendly and professional. He returns phone calls, completes the estimate and sets up an appointment to do the work. He and his crew are always on time, complete the work and clean up the yards. Recently, Craig and his crew removed a 22 years old Sissoo tree for me. The tree was enormous with roots spread throughout the yard. Craig and his crew arrived on time and removed the tree. The stump was removed beneath the ground (so you wouldnt even know a tree had been there), along with the stump and roots being poisoned to prevent baby sissoo tree from sprouting. In addition, several of the big roots were dug up and removed. The price was reasonable and the work was completed to my satisfaction. I plan to use Tree Logic for many years to come. Excellent service!

Tree logic was super easy to work with. Brittany in the office was prompt in scheduling an estimate . Craig showed up imformed us of our problematic trees ruining everything. Also trimmed our desert trees. They came on the scheduled date as promised removed the trees ground the stumps and looks like they were never there. Trees look perfect. There coming back to plant in the fall. Glad we found this company. Highly recommend

Gave me a price to trim my palm trees$400 and he knew where I lived. When I wanted to move forward I also asked about skinning the tree he said it would be double$800. I told him that 800 was too much for me right now so I will just have the trimming done for 400 and then he said nevermind we wont come out to your house unless you do the full $800 service. Not cool not a way to run a business.

As far as the work goes the crew did a great job!! They removed our tree stump and did what we paid them to do. However they damaged the water line system in our yard while doing the work and water is spaying everywhere in our yard now. When given the chance to make it right and fix the damage they wanted to charge us to fix the issue THEY caused. Where I come from If you break it you fix it. Seems like one of the Golden rules of doing business. I guess Craig and Tree Logic dont see it that way.

Hired Tree logic with unbelievably good reviews.They asked photos for quote and I got pretty reasonable quote after sending several images. I repeatedly texted and told them how many trees and how tall those are.On the project day, Craig showed up and in the middle of the work, stopped work saying there are more and taller trees than he thought. (even though, again, I told them lots of times there will be that number of trees, that tall trees) Besides he asked me more money for those not finished work and broke main water line. (of course, no apology)bad service, bad service, bad service.no honesty!!!!
