Their pricing was very competitive, communication was great and the level of service our agent Jenna Martinez provided was phenomenal. We had a very challenging project and Jenna was able to work through every challenge and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Not sure about all these negative reviews and why. This company was easy to work with and highly suggest you work with them. All the negative reviews must be carriers who dont how to utilize google properly.

I had a great experience with American Group, on a load from Wisconsin to Texas. I was held at the delivery for hours, my Rep. Steven Wilkinson took care of everything and made what could have been frustrating at ease. Stevens is awesome and asset to American Group. Every bad review is real, DAN AND MIKE SCHEMBER are crooks and dont pay. They owe a bunch of carriers for an Agent they used to work with. I know this for FACTS. I work for Hellman and Dray Depot is an excellent company. SHAME ON AMERICAN GROUP

I would caution against working with this company. They do not pay carriers on time and do not pay agents’ commissions when owed.

Don’t work with these guys if you expect to get paid.

I have worked with American Group for almost 2 years now. We are a small manufacturing plant in Manhattan, KS and American Group has facilitated our success in many ways. Their negotiated rates with LTL Freight Companies are fantastic. They also handle partial truckloads and full truckloads with efficiency and have never let us down.Aside from their ability to secure freight carriers and phenomenal pricing, it is their customer service that has lead me to write this review. I deal with several members of the AG team, Leroy, Jay, Will and several other, and they have always been courteous, knowledgeable, and best of all, straight to the point. I have never had any issues that left a sour taste in my mouth.Their software and website are also extremely user friendly. I had never worked in a logistics field, yet within a matter of days, I had a solid grasp on how to use and manipulate their system to allow our company to succeed in our industry.

I work for a Packaging Company and use American Group as one of my freight providers. If you are looking for a great, dependable, and honest company for your freight services this is the company you want to work with.

Two words quality service

The best in the industry, hands down. AG has very knowlegable staff, most all of them have worked in the trucking business at some point in their careers. Give them a try!

Stay away from these folks. Between inability and complete indifference, there is nothing good to gain from dealing with them. You will feel frustration like you have never felt before.

I booked a load with them, they cancelled the load the next day, and they reposted in 30 min. Very unprofessional and rude. Bad idea to work with them.
