He spent countless hours going through listings and showing me houses whenever I flew to the area, even though we had yet to sell our farm in Illinois. I believe this was about a two year period! Brandon just closed on the sale of my house in San Tan Valley, AZ. Because of age and health issues I had not been there for some time. Over the summer there was some damage to the property due to a severe storm.
