I was disappointed that we couldnt get a deal done. But I have to say I was SO appreciative of the time Brian invested into educating me on options that i didnt know I had. My place is modest. It had some major issues that I didnt know about that made making a deal that made sense just not possible because repairs would have exceeded what my little house is worth. Im bummed. But I got a free inspection, they didnt just ghost me like 3 other investors did, and even gave me expert advise and walked me through what theyd do in my siutation and now at least I have a plan. THey didnt have to do that. There was nothing in it for them. Bless em. Thank you!

We closed on a home flipped by Property Cartwheel just over a week ago. There has been issue after issue that have presented themselves since closing. This was not an inexpensive home by any means, it was at the top of the market and was a complete flip, everything new.Three of the five brand new appliances in the home are inoperable. Brand new dishwasher floods the kitchen on day one. Seller says unacceptable, I will have notify GC 10 days later it still sits in the middle of the kitchen, Brand new microwave door will not open so it cannot be used. Garbage disposal will not turn off! Switch wired incorrectly so it now must be unplugged to turn it off. Insulation has begun to fall into the brand new installed hood vent, it will not vacuem out, even with dyson suction, a fire hazard so the hood vent cannot be used now. Almost every single brand new closet and bedroom door in the house was installed incorrectly. Each one is now jamming and taking off paint. When we attempted to remedy ourselves, we discovered the screws are stripped and not even grabbing wood at door frame. The staging furniture left a permanent circular mark in the middle of the floor when dining table was removed, even a steamer and razor blade will not remove. Complete eye sore. Floor warranty wont cover because it was not a defect. Gas leak at the stove was present at inspection, their worker permanently damaged the floor when he came out to fix the leak. Of course we didnt notice until we cleaned the filthy floors. The workers that installed the cabinets did not unwrap the protective platic from the many of the cabinets, some, but not all so they clearly knew there was plastic to be peeled off. We did not notice the unremoved plastic coating until it started peeling in sections. Because the cabinets are already hung, several areas of plastic cannot be removed complete at the edges/seems. It looks awful. Amatuer mistake...master bedroom doorknob/lock installed backwards, so you can only be locked in the bedroom. The door knobs require a special tool to install/uninstall so we are unable to repair. Four of the nine kitchen cabinets were installed poorly so they either cannot be opened completely (as they rub against the ceiling and/or stove.)I would guess most other home buyers dont open each and every cabinet to check for subpar installation. Lastly, the stained concrete had bubbles at inspection, it is warrantied but in a short few days in the home, inspector, friends and we have noticed the bubbling has more than doubled in an 8 foot and 6 foot section of floor now making replacement completely necessary. The reply to this review can of course be, you should have noted all of these things at walk through Our response to that is that many were not apparent at walk through and we feel that a professional company trying to build a reputation in the market and selling a home at this price should feel compelled to do good business and turn out a product that they can be proud of.We will give credit that Property Cartwheel used great creativity designing this home. The design is very unique and what drew us in. The workmanship and pride in their end product is an entirely different story. Our recommendation is if youre selling a home that you need to get out of quickly, perhaps they are the company for you but if you are considering purchasing a flip from Property Cartwheel, we would highly advise against it. Lastly, we are positive reviewers and yelpers and did everything to try to work with them to avoid this negative review to no avail. Buyer Beware.
