GREAT GREAT job! I had a problem with springtails after the recent rain and could not get rid of them on my own. They were coming in from outside through the windows, baseboards and even from the drains in the tub and sinks. Brody came out and did such a thorough job inside (including the drains) and outside. After 2 days, I have not seen any live ones and absolutely none outside. These were harmless pests, but they were driving my family crazy and causing me a lot of anxiety! I feel so much better knowing that they are gone. I definitely recommend this company for pest control.

Doug Souther is the BEST technician who has EVER come to our home. He sprays EVERYWHERE (including the closets and cabinets, places that other techs from other companies haven’t sprayed) and puts traps and insecticide powder in the garage. In other words, he goes out of his way to please his customers. He even asked specifically if there is anything he can to pass on to other technicians who may come to my home in the future. He even put trashcan back in the backyard for me today.The company, on the hand, has some issues. When I signed up for service, the owner, Cory Hodnett, stated to me that the price will never go up (we agreed on $40.00 per month). Then the next month, I received an email from the company indicating that they had to raise their price due to cost-of-living expenses. I called him the next day and asked about this email. He stated that I should have never received this email as the price increase did not apply to me, which does not bode well for the company. To Cory’s credit, though, he did not charge me for the initial prep since I was previously using another company.

Ive called a lot of places, but green machine was right on top of everything. Right on time and very thorough job. Very very friendly people to work with. I called Green Machine Pest Control out for something I thought that had been living in my addict. They showed up, searched the addict and could not find a trace or anything living up there. They offered some preventative items so I wouldnt have to call back later because AZ is known to have rats and mice up there. I didnt get it done at the time but I will. The techs simply suggested the service and didnt try and push it down my throat. The service was no charge, I didnt pay anything but I will have them back to perform the preventative items. Def a good , stand up place.

I killed a scorpion that morning and called to get service. I was very surprised that they promptly called back and I was able to schedule an appointment that very morning. Thomas arrived within the time specified and he went to work. I have been seeing dead bugs everywhere!! Nice to know it is working. Very Professional.

A new technician serviced our home this month. Jason, like previous technicians from Green Machine, did a great job. He was punctual (notified me of his ETA), listened to my requests and performed accordingly.We’ve been with Green Machine (previously Green Ninja) several years and have always been completely satisfied with their services, both inside and outside the home. Even with three citrus trees in our small backyard, we’ve not had a problem with scorpions in our home. They have great office staff and technicians.

When we moved in we had a huge issue with scorpions! Now it has been years since I have seen one. We also had them do termite inspection as that was a known issue prior to us buying the home. Green Machine Pest Control was honest and showed a lot of integrity when they did an inspection at my house. Rates have been in the Ahwatukee neighborhood and I put out rat traps on my own and caught some rates on my roof and in my backyard. I was still concerned that rates might have been on my property so I called Green Machine for an inspection. Brandyn, the technician, was incredible. He came out and inspected my house, my attic, my garage and back yard. He indicated that everything I had done on my own was sufficient and that he saw no evidence of rats in the attic or my house. The inspection was free of charge. Brandyn and Green Machine showed incredible honesty and integrity as they could have recommend services and charged me like other companies might have but instead, they confirmed that there was nothing that needed to be done. When I tried to trip Brandyn and pay something for his companys inspection, he said it was not necessary and declined to take anything. I cannot state how pleased and surprised I am with the integrity of this technician and his company. Doug took care of my bi-monthly service yesterday in his usual professional and thorough manner. My dog likes his visits because he always leaves her a nice biscuit on the patio table. Cody performed the first post roof rat treatment inspection today and found no rats in any attic traps or outside bait boxes. I believe he had sealed my house so effectively in the exclusion treatment last week that those rodents can no longer find a way into my attic. So far, this appears to have been the perfect solution to my problem.

We called Green Machine because we thought we had a gopher problem and our regular service did not do gopher control. Green Machine does. Green Machine scheduled us for a couple days after we called them and told us the first inspection is free. Chase came at the scheduled time and ascertained that we did not have a gopher problem but a rodent problem. He proceeded to give us a ton of useful information regarding not only the rodent problems we may encounter but also the scorpion and different bug problems that may incur. He was very helpful and we appreciate everything that he did for us. If I am not satisfied with my current pest control company, I definitely know who I will choose as my alternate without hesitation. Last yr when I first moved in I had a scorpion problem, found several the first week, so hired Green Machine to seal the house and for regular pest control. They did a superb job, I no longer have scorpions or bugs of any kind

I love my technician Scott! Every time he shows up, right when he says hes going to, hes kind and hard working. We have so many creepy crawlies, including scorpions and large crickets in our garage. He makes sure he covers all the problem areas and takes time to ensure the cracks in my door seal are covered. Every bug that I see around our house is DEAD. Which is the point.
