Very friendly and accommodating staff! If you have special needs or are very sensitive to pain and envelope threshold to it, they work with you to see what would best make you comfortable. Thats amazing because getting lasered is not a very comfortable thing to do its one of those deal with the pain to look prettier things meaning medically necessary per se, but sometimes psychologically necessary. They will suit various needs from hair removal to tattoo removal this is a place to go!

I would not go to Laser Away unless you want to be scammed. I had 1 laser tattoo removal session and they charge more than $700 just for 1 session. The laser had no effect whatsoever on my tattoo. You can get the same service for less elsewhere. Not to mention, I waited in a room for at least an hour after my scheduled appointment time before I was even seen for my session. I’d say the front desk staff is the only nice thing about this place.

Do not give any contact information on the online form unless you want to be spammed relentlessly. Its beyond ridiculous. Apparently its nothing but a lead generator. I wanted pricing which is not available online. I have ZERO respect for companies that market like this. Follow up is one thing. Harassment is another.

I cant give a 5 stars to a company that clearly does not have employees enough to service their number of customers. Every time I call LaserAway to schedule an appointment they NEVER have a close day available. It is always in about 3 to 4 weeks. I truly think they should hire more nurses. It seems they only have one, because they called me to let me know the nurse would not be available on the day I was supposed to have my second laser hair removal so I needed to reschedule. The first day available will be 2 weeks later! Come on Laser Away, you guys told me I should have my sessions between 4-6 weeks. Now I am having it in 8! I have tried to schedule my lip injection... Dang! The earliest day available is in a month. :(I just REALLY wish they had more nurses!

I would never use this place again. The only reason I am given it 2 starts is because the employee there is amazing. But the coolSculpting service was not effective and a waste of a lot of money. I had no real changes from this services. Now I have to be pay Thousands of dollars for service that did not work. I been trying to resolve this issue with them for over a month and no one has been helpful. This company is very unprofessional.

I felt the nurse was so fast, I even mentioned to her that I felt she missed some areas.when I went home I start feeling itchy just like after shaving for a day you feel itchy.I have done laser before few times and never did I feel my public hair growing within a day never did I feel itchy after laser. My public hair feels course like I just used shaved using a razor.

I Love how friendly the staff are but after my first treatment of hair removal and tattoo removal which was a lot better than the others, im a bit disappointed I wish i would have got the name of the first nurse who did my treatment, since everyone thats done the others go too fast and the tattoo removal hurts but not like the first where I saw a big difference. Now its just like a burning and stinging but the pain goes away so fast and nothing seems or feels its been done after 20 minutes! Im waiting to see how it goes on my next session since Ive heard they turn down the power of the lazer and may be doing it for not as drastic removal, but who knows will just have to wait and see.

Paid for a package- supposed to be 8-10 sessions for removal. I had only one treatment and ended up moving away from AZ due to job relocation. The package cost around two grand. They have no locations anywhere near me (PNW). Since I was unable to get any other sessions (unless I fly to AZ every time) I asked to only pay for the one session. However, I was told that the one session for removal ALSO cost around two grand- this was absolutely not mentioned to me at all until this issue came up. I also saw absolutely no difference before and after the first session. I would save your money and go somewhere else that will actually get the job done, since I basically paid two grand for nothing.

They are unprofessional, every time I come in there is a problem with the appointment.I was supposed to be doing face and neck but was only scheduled for my neck for a clear + Brilliant treatment. The first appointment it was correct and ever since then I have always had one issue or another.I realize that COVID had caused some issues but I signed up over a year ago and have had about 3-4 treatments. I wish I had not signed up here and had gone to a dermatologist for treatments on a regular basis. Save your money and do research before you sign a contract.

Please dnt do business with this company. I called for a tattoo removal the cost was 1300 + 150 for numbing cream. Their rep open 3 different accounts without my permission. I paid one off for the original 1300 and when I brought the other account to their attention it took almost 2 weeks to get it resolved. I am asking for a refund after only two services were completed and I am being charged $499 per service and refundé 300 from my original 1300. Horrible customer service

The entire staff is extremely friendly. They make everyone that walks in feel welcome. They explain all their services and prices in great detail. I had previously went to another place so I could compare prices and there was no comparison. LaserAway offered a way better price and was so much friendlier it was an easy decision for me to make. The Manager at LaserAway and Natasha went above and beyond for me at my last appointment. Natasha made me feel comfortable while performing the laser treatment by talking me through it and minimizing any pain I felt. I was talking about wanting to add an additional area to my treatment/service and she had me meet with her manager directly after the appointment to see my best package options, and they gave me the best deal they could. The staff at this location are always friendly and go out of their way to ensure your experience is always the best.

Would highly recommend. Everyone was super nice! I had previously gone to a different laser facility (not associated w laser away) and I couldn’t believe the difference in not only customer service but in equipment and environment.

The worst experience I ever had. The front desk lady, made me and my friend sign up guaranteeing that until we start our services with them, laser away won’t charge us. We wanted to shop around and compare prices but since the COVID situation happened a week after, we wanted to cancel our plan but they started charging our credit and were not willing to refund our amount without having provided any services. It’s been 5 months now and I had been trying to reach them but they were rude on call and did not want to refund. My credit score fell by 150 points.Will never recommend to anyone.Edit: Was refunded the amount finally on Friday by Sam (who was quite helpful) but not sure if my credit score will recover from this.

Unlike other clinics and their staff. she broke down to me the steps of treatment, and what I should avoid. I had cool sculpting done back to June/2019. They told me to have 8 treatments with 25% promotions for $4400. I was 137 lbs at that time before i started treatment. After 8 treatment I was told to wait for 30-90 days to see full results. I was so excited to wait to see the results i also told all my family and friends about this and theyre all excited to see my results so they will try it for themselves. After 3 months i didnt see any difference I weighed myself again and guess what still 137.5 lbs nothing changed. Now after 6 monthsim 140 lbs this makes me very upset i didnt even lose any weight after 8 treatment I gain more weight. I keep myself away from cab and trying not eat much red meat, i went hiking 1-2 times a week and walked 1-2 hours a day trying to push the process so the results will be better. Now im totally disappointed, no one called me to follow up or even care to ask me how i am. They offer me 3 times laser treatment free but they dont even care to call to set up an appointment with me. As a business owner and consumer you guys treated customers very poorly. This is very disheartening!!! Guys save your money and dont let they scam you

Returned to LaserAway and couldnt be happier. I was greeted by my consultant, Nicole who once again took terrific care of me. She is extremely classy and professional. Then received my treatment from Rachelle who was equally extraordinary! What a terrific nurse. I will be requesting Nicole and Rachelle for every encounter, no exception!!! My experience here has been amazing! I did upper lip laser treatment and at first I was very skeptical. One of the girls there Natasha, had so much knowledge on the subject and was so patient and kind that it put my mind at ease. I had always wanted to get it done and Natasha really helped boost my confidence and make me feel great. All of the other girls were very nice too and it is a very clean and beautiful place. I had such a wonderful experience here! I talked to Gina for my consolation on lip fillers and she was very sweet and kind. First a he helped keep my son busy so I could fill out my information (such a saint) and then during my consolation she was very helpful. She talked me through everything and answered every last question and concern I had before committing to do it. She also managed to get me in same day. When I went back and saw the doctor, she was also so helpful and nice. I needed some reassurance on my questions and concerns and she gave it to me before we started. She gave me some advice on starting with half a syringe and going back for the rest. And I am SOOOOOOOO glad she offered that advice. She also told me everything that was going on. Which parts stung a little more than others and counted down from three with every injection. The whole appointment went so smooth and they were so nice about me having to bring my kids along. A day later I got a check up call and she also was so nice! She complimented me and was very helpful answering any questions I had about the healing process. I would completely recommend Laser Away to any and everyone looking for some work to be done. They have the sweetest staff, and I am beyond glad I went with them.

Towards the end of my underarm treatments the front desk ladies started becoming rude. I believe one of their names was Tasha, they would ignore me and mess up my appointment time and days. When I would come in for my scheduled appointment that had been texted me they would tell me I was wrong but they would make an exception and let me go “earlier” than my appointment. They prefer to gossip between each other than help clients. When they were on the phones I would hear others personal information.Now for the actual treatments the ladies were nice however they missed spots which is understandable. Now when they told me they would give me a couple extra treatments I was satisfied however they said it had to go through corporate and they would be in contact with me soon. Well their idea of soon must be a month because that’s how long it took for the first email. The first email was asking me if I was interested in extra treatments which I said yes to. Now I was lucky if it took 2 weeks for a response from the representative “helping” me. The longest it took for a response was over a month and the response had nothing to do with the questions I asked.Be careful doing business with them, take my experience into account before deciding to come here. I had thought it would be a great experience from start to finish because I saw that Jeffree Star had gone there however it is not great and is still going on when it could have been finished last year.

Natasha is always ensuring I have the best deal. She is super knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. Haley is very warm and friendly. Viviana and Rochelle are who I have done treatments with and they are absolutely respectful, gentle, and kind.

I scheduled a free consult for getting my tattoo removed. They were very informative in explaining price, the process etc. They got me in that same day to start the process. I couldnt have been happier. The nurse made me feel super comfortable as the service was definitely painful. Everyone was so helpful and friendly from start to finish. I highly recommend this place.

I first came to Laser Away in 2016 for tattoo removal. I was quoted $50 per session to remove a J from my ring finger, about the size of a pea. They let me know tattoos take 6-10 sessions to remove and offered 50% off if I paid for 10 sessions in advance. They said most people are happy with results at 6-7 sessions and I would be refunded if I decided I didn’t want to use all 10. So I paid $250 and started the 18-24 month process. 9 sessions later my tattoo looked exactly as it did when I started and I expressed my frustration. I was then told that finger tattoos are really hard to remove and the sales person should have been more honest with me about the result potential. As a concession for my wasted time and money, they offered me 6 free underarm laser hair removal sessions stating similar cost. They told me 1 session typically kills/removes 15-20% of the hair so 6 sessions would be enough to get my under arms hairless. I will note that they clarified that they won’t ever be truly hairless, but the dark coarse hair would be gone, leaving only peach fuzz - fine. Fast forward to now - 6 underarm sessions later - I still have tons of hair growth in my arm pit. Meanwhile, I began laser hair removal on my legs at Delete in Phoenix. I paid $170 for 6 sessions and after 3 sessions and I am almost completely hairless. I have no doubt Delete will have my legs completely hairless by the end of the 6 sessions - at a FRACTION of the cost. I wasted hundreds of dollars and 3 years at Laser Away and got nothing. Stear clear of Laser Away. I highly recommend Delete!!

Laser away was my first experience with laser hair treatments and I honestly regret it. I spent over $1000 on treatments on my facial hair and underarms and had 6-8 treatments per area and I now have nothing to show for it. My hair is still there and I feel like my facial hair is actually worse! Im an african american female so maybe they didnt have the correct laser? Honestly, I would urge any one like me to maybe choose another hair removal place if you want PERMANENT RESULTS. Yes they are nice and the offices are nice, but Im super dissappointed with the results.

I went in for my consultation, I was never addressed by the nurse professional as I was told I would. The receptionist instead showed me pictures from her phone and told me because I was African American there were procedures I didn’t qualify for. I came back for the service I paid for hours later because I was told if I didn’t I couldn’t be seen for weeks later. I was visiting from out of state and when I made it back I was told I couldn’t be seen because I was 2 minutes late. I was treated very rude and unprofessional, I’m glad I received my money back through Groupon, I would not recommend this place to anyone!! Especially not anyone of color!!!

Stopped in one afternoon to see what services were offered and didnt want to leave! Natasha at the front was very informative and loves what she does. Its always refreshing to talk with someone with that attitude. I hung out for about an hour thinking of all of the fun things to laser off and chose the Clear and Brilliant treatment to start. My appt was Tuesday night and was so easy! Now by Friday my face feels like a babys butt and I cant wait for my next appointment! Great work guys!

Wasn’t impressed! They tried getting my mom to buy a package and get financing. They don’t care about your budget or circumstances. They just want you to go into debt for a service. I was so disappointed because I know their laser hair removal was pretty good. I never went back after my mom’s experience.

I went to Laser Away for three session of IPL. I saw three different nurses there for treatment and each was very professional and did an amazing job. My skin looks amazing! I do wish they would do numbing for IPL, but I was told that for safety reasons they did not because they needed to monitor my pain level to safely increase or decrease intensity. The flaw with this policy is that some of us are super wimpy - present company excluded of course. ;)

I have contacted this company 5 times in regards to refunding the rest of my unused services since I moved out of state. Each time I was told a manager would be calling me back, Maybe if they would they wouldnt be getting a 1star review. This is neglect towards your customers therefore complaints will be made.

Horrible place!!! Dont come here!!! Got my lips done here left me with lobbed sided lips. I paid for three syringes had to dissolve half of it because they made me look like a duck. Contacted support center left a voicemail many times never returned call. Went to the Scottsdale office nurses had more experience were great but I still had to pay out of pocket to get my lips fixed. So I spent 1800 and still they couldnt fix the damage they did. They look ok but not worth $650 i paid per syringe. My friend recommended this other place!!! her lips look gorgeous!!! She only paid $450.

Huge waste of time. The staff only cares about pitching and selling as much as possible. They are super fake. Sorry but one of the sales girls was wearing WAY too much makeup, and their dress style was just cheap and tacky to me... they did not look professional at all. More like Stepford housewives sitting behind a desk... I’m a nurse, so when I go to get fillers or anything related to a medical procedure I expect to see clean cut staff who are professional in all aspects... Not women wearing clown makeup in cocktail dresses. If you have the option I would highly recommend finding another spa.

Tattoo Removal and Clear & Brilliant.Run so fast!! Received two tattoo removal treatments from this place. The first one in Jan they allowed me to ice 30 minutes prior to appointment. The second session they did not, and it was so painful! Before purchasing a package from them I informed them on my past experiences from another clinic- I was not iced. The nurse informed me icing would help. That first treatment went as amazing as it could, tattoo removal is very painful any which way.The next session on Feb 25th I had a different nurse, assuming the old one quit, was fired, or sick that day. We purposely scheduled on her shift as she was friendly and the service was tolerable. The second treatment I was told to use numbing cream vs icing. I barely made it through the procedure! It was awful! When I left I mentioned I did not want to do the procedure again without icing! After the second session I experienced hypo-pigmentation (it has just recently resolved) on one of my tats. I decided I should wait awhile for a return visit. I called to reschedule my visit for April to August.When I called to make a change to my current appointment which is scheduled 8/19 they told me I could only ice for 5 minutes and use numbing cream. I had previously purchased the numbing cream for all future visits before I realized it is worthless! They changed their policies after one treatment of no icing more than 5 minutes.. the nurse told me on my first visit that icing is more effective than the cream, so I am assuming the policy came about because the facility was losing $$ on the numbing cream packages they sell.Clear and Brilliant: My first time in I also did a clear and brilliant treatment. It did nothing to clear my acne. I was told it would take more than one session to work but at the cost I just could not justify it. At my second tattoo session the front desk lady asked when I would like to reschedule that. I told her I did not want to and would be seeking the help of a dermatologist and cutting out dairy. She was highly upset (figuring the front desk is paid a commission or goal driven.) She said very meanly, “Let me let you in on a secret. Cutting out any type of food will not heal your acne.” Well it is months later after cutting out dairy and reducing processed foods. My acne has cleared and I am seeking treatment for mild scaring elsewhere. I suggest you do the same!Patiently awaiting a call from the “manager.” I do hope my call is returned in a timely manner as I do wish to resolve the issue at hand.

Do not go here! I bought a 6 laser hair removal package and they refused to honor it. They said hair removal packages must have at least 8 treatments. Why offer a package of 6 then? They offered to sell me the other 2 treatments for around two hundred dollars, which is more than I paid for the initial package. She was also incredibly rude and refused to work with me at all even though I had already purchased from them. She also asked me to prove that I bought their package after all this. When I showed her the receipt she still refused to honor it. Ridiculous!

Too expensive!.I got 10 treatments 6 of them were not from the same person and told me different every time and used either low laser or non at all. They said my tattoo would almost me gone completely or absolute super light and it still is super obvious :( I dont recommend this only if your thinking of doing a cover up with another tattoo on top of the one your removing. Over all the people/ staff the are super nice but the treatments are way too expensive and need to stuck w the same person doing your process otherwise they dont know what level to use on your treatments

I walked in here one day for a consultation with Natasha and it was game over for me! I started with a few services and over the past year have bought more and more services. Let me tell you these girls are wonderful! They make sure you always feel comfortable. There is no judgement and just great service 100% of the time! They will work with you and your schedule (as much as they can). They always want to make sure your service is great and it always is! Natasha is the sweetest gal ever and reach out to her for your needs! Gina is also wonderful as well!!! Really.. everyone there is! There are tons of groupons and discounts out there, but these services are for your body. You need the best so be with the best! It is why I always come back for more at Laserway Chandler!
