I would seriously give Billies Custom Jewelry 100 Stars if it was possible! My Fiancé & I were in the market to have a custom wedding ring made using some beautiful diamonds from not one but 2 very treasured rings & after consulting with 5 other local jewelers, most were very overpriced & honestly didnt seem very interested in taking on the task, we found this amazing store. Immed, the owner, Tri stopped what he was working on & listened to exactly what I was wanting. He drew up a rough sketch, as we continued to talk about the details & gave me a general quote. Within about a week he already had the mold back & even accommodated a last minute change to the design without any trouble. Not even another week later called to say it was done & then stayed late so I could pick it up before he headed out of town. Upon arrival I had the absolute most gorgeous ring & it was way better than I could have ever imagined!!He totally exceeded our expectations! But as an added bonus to this entire process .... the final cost ended up to be even a little LESS than what we originally were quoted, which I have to add he was also the best priced of all other places I tried prior! Seriously my ring is beyond stunning & the pictures do no justice whatsoever! I couldnt be more grateful for finding this 5+ Star Jeweler. He is so trustworthy & professional plus loves his work and told me he does it to make his customers happy! What a WIN WIN FOR EVERYONE!

My husband Keith and I have gone to Billies a number of times. What a wonderful family they are.Tri has walked us through a number of ideas for what we wanted. He even bought some of our old jewelry pieces.His prices are very reasonable and its a very pleasant experience to go into their store.

Billie made a custom necklace pendant with 2 of my loose aquamarines to match aquamarine earrings I had - for an anniversary gift from my husband. He also shined up my earrings. It turned out really lovely.

Came to this place about a year and a half ago to fix a chain the owner suggested that I should invest in a better quality and he offered me an awesome deal. And now Im a proud owner of a 26-inch 14 karat gold weight chain. I was able to do a layaway and work with anything I had at any time never pressure me and I appreciate that he offered me a glass of wine . Could have got gold anywhere but I felt like I wanted to have a person that I could look in the face and get a better understanding what I was getting into thank you Billie jewelry

Great Customer Service!!We have been going to Billies for about three years. Have had a diamond reset, rings resized, watch fixed....this guy does it all!If you value relationships with a local business....and want to be treated like your business matters....this is the place to go!

Customer service and affordable pricing doesnt get much better than this guy. I went to Fast Fix at Chandler Mall for years, Ill never go back there again. Billie is awesome. Had him replace 2 watch batteries and then decided to have him make me an engraved dog tag, during my first visit. Ill be back for sure!

Brought in a pair of glasses that needed to be fixed at arm. They said no problem. Called they were all good and ready and went to get them, and just because I checked I saw the 4 gouges/ burns left on a lens right in the middle. I know accidents happen, but the guy said he was not sure what happened and thats it. No apology, no how can I fix this, and then tried to charge me $30 for the ruined glasses. I do not recommend this place.

Brought in an old necklace charm that had lost an emerald & the eyelet was worn down.This was the first gift from my husband so it was more of a sentimental item than anything.He matched the stone & fixed the eyelet. Reasonable price too! PERFECT!Definitely coming back!

Came across this place located right next to the albertsons. I had a ring that I had been wearing and it needed to be resized so I thought I woukd check out what they charged and how long it would take. To my surprise it was done in a couple hours and the price was really really good! The owner makes custom jewelry for all the local jewelers as well so if you want a custom piece check here first.
