Jim Bennitt and his team are very worthy of any printing or promotional product fulfillment. I would highly recommend Dynamic Imaging + Distribution to everyone with printing needs.

I’ve worked with diD: Real-Time Production (DiD) since 2013 (at the time of this review, that’s five years). Over this time period, they’ve done about 200 projects for me (a statewide 48-pg monthly journal, business cards, 56-pg convention guides, flyers, direct mail, etc.)With DiD, I always know that I’ll get the results I am looking for, and that they will deliver on-time and on-budget—my job depends on it.Printers often have a mantra: speed, quality, and price—customers can only choose two of the three. DiD breaks that mold. Their prices are ridiculously low (I get solicitations from printers every month—none of them can touch DiD’s prices); they’ve always stood behind their quality, and they’ve made certain I’ve received my job on-time (especially when the project is time-sensitive and a late delivery would be disastrous). What’s more important is that I have peace of mind that if I have a change in the project, if my deadline changed, or if I have questions, I can pick up the phone or email any of the folks over there and I’ll get an immediate response. I’ve lost track of the number of times when the guys at DiD have saved me from headaches by offering advice on how I can save money on a project, getting a project printed faster than expected, or even catching a potential mistake in my artwork BEFORE it was printed. That kind of service is invaluable, and you’re not going to find it by using local chain printers or discount online printers like VistaPrint. DiD has bent over backwards to make sure I am professionally successful—that’s why they have my business and trust, and that’s why I am writing this review.Speaking of online printers, they are fine if you know exactly what you’re doing (if you’re not a design professional, avoid them). But don’t expect that you’ll receive personalized service or friendly advice on how to save money/time on your project. You’re treated like a customer number rather than a person, and if you do need support or if there’s something wrong with your project, expect to be on the phone for a lonnnng time. Last, unless you outrageous pay rush and shipping costs, they ALWAYS take longer than a local printer like DiD, and their print quality ranges from decent to abysmal—the trouble is, you never what you’re going to get, so there’s always a risk. I had one incident when an online printer informed me my job was run incorrectly—they would redo it for free, but they weren’t able to get it delivered on-time. The print job was for a 5,000 person event in Phoenix. I spoke to three different people and had to beg them to still deliver that job on-time. I’ll never go through that again. In working with DiD, that’s never happened. As for big-box chain printers like Kinkos and AlphaGraphics, I’ve actually worked at them both in my career, so I know their pros and cons. If you rarely do any printing and they’re close to your office, they’re not a bad option. However, the quality of the service and the level of expertise you’ll receive varies greatly from store to store and employee turnover is often high. These printers are designed to move customers in and out as fast as possible, so finding an employee who has the expertise, and who will take the time to offer ideas, money/time saving advice, or walk you through the process, is slim.If your business is looking to find a printer, or if it’s time to make a switch, do yourself a huge favor and reach out to DiD’s owner Jim Bennitt. Jim’s a straightforward, personable guy who cares more about people than print jobs. I’ve trusted him with my profession success and he and his team have never let me down. I am certain you’ll be glad you gave him a chance to earn your trust and your printing business.
