I scheduled Complete Glass to Install a new replacement windshield in my vehicle on 8-11-21. I was told by Greg that a installer would be at my house between 8:30 and 10:00 the following Friday. Great. I took the day off of work so that I could have the replacement done. I waited until 10:30 and than I made a phone call to the company because the installer was not there yet. Greg put me on hold and in a couple of minutes got back on the phone. He told me that the glass that was ordered for my truck was damaged when they received it that morning. Greg told me that they forgot to let me know that they would have to reschedule. He asked if he could come to my house on Saturday morning and replace it himself and I agreed. Greg showed up that morning and got to work replacing the windshield. About a 1/2 hour later he rang the doorbell and had me come out to the truck to show me that he had accidentally cut the wires that run to my automatic headlight sensor. He told me that this should be a warranty repair with my dealership. I contacted my dealership and just as I thought they won’t cover his mistake. Greg finished installing the windshield and told me he would come back to my house in a couple of days with someone else that can repair the wires. He said that he didn’t want to start a insurance claim but promised he would take care of the issue. I took him on his word and paid him for the job before he left. Well that has been approximately 3 weeks ago and in those 3 weeks I have left multiple voicemails and multiple text messages, he will not get back to me and now I am stuck with the repair bill to have the wires repaired and a new windshield installed again. Complete Glass does not have a brick and mortar location so it looks like I have no option but to take care of this myself. Bottom line, do your homework and be careful when dealing with fly by night companies.

Fantastic service. They were professional, on time and efficient. I have had some bad experiences over the last few months (yes months) with windshield replacement but these guys were the best! I ended up paying out of pocket and the price was very reasonable.The other thing about this company that I found helpful was they were able to provide me with a recommendation for an auto painter. Not only do I love supporting local businesses but supporting local businesses that support other local businesses makes me happy!Complete Glass will be my go to in the future for my windshield needs.

The customer service was absolutely amazing! Mr. Cogswell showed up on time, he explained what he was going to do, and the service was quick and efficient!Ive used other another window repair company in the past when my drivers door window shattered. After the guy replaced my shattered window with a new one, the window made a bunch of crackling noise every time I lowered and raised the window. He left glass in the door! It was embarrassing having people in my car hearing that garbage. Eventually the window stopped working and the company did nothing to fix it! It was a waste of time and money.So I went to Complete Glass and the service was perfect! When Greg was done, he had me check out the window before leaving so I can see how it worked. Of course the window worked smoothly! The pricing was great also! Hes kind, friendly, and trustworthy!I highly recommend going to them!!!

Quick and excellent repair. Complete glass handled everything through my insurance without any out of pocket cost. They even came to my work and replaced my windshield saving me the hassle of taking a day off of work.
