Will not pick up trash

The staff was very polite, but it would be nice if they picked up the phone, so we would know what we needed before we made a mistake.

My garbage is always picked up on the day it is suppose to be & I am impressed you even work on most Holidays. I hope these people do get another paid day off to make up for Holidays?

$30 charged to dump off a small bed of cardboard. Shouldn’t we be trying to get people to recycle rather than deterring. Recycled material has value and I’m also bringing it to you. I don’t get it. No wonder the country is so wasteful when the resources are not made easy.

Rude ladyTold me I needed a more recent bill than the 3 month old one I had . I have been going there for years because it close and never told that before. Had use a year old bill in the past without even a question.Offered to show her my account online but that wasnt good enough.What a b---- ?Should say how new a bill is needed somewhere .

The lady was nice enough, but she did charge me a dollar for a safety vest before telling me that I could not dump there for free, because I lived in Chandler. That would be my caution, that even though it is in Chandler, it is not a Chandler facility, and you will have to pay, even though that information is not obvious on the website.

This place is a real dump! Dump fees are expensive everywhere, but this transfer station is worth the trip if you are a Tempe resident; two trips per month free with water bill and identification.

Worst experience of my life. First off the lady who worked there was insanely slow. She was on her phone and not even paying attention to anyone. Second I only had 400lbs and she charged me $50.00 thats ridiculous on its own. When I asked her why so much she pointed at a paper and said because thats what the paper says. The pricing list isnt even on the window when you first weigh in its only when youre weighing out. She was rude and extremely unprofessional. We were regular customers seeing as how me and my husband do landscaping but with these prices and ugly attitude we will no longer return.

Showed up at 4:15PM on a Thursday to a closed gate even though the website says it is open until 5:00PM. Very inconvenient.

Be advised the minimum here is $51, making it the highest per minimum I’ve come across.Go to salt river if in Mesa. Wasted 40 min drive for this.
