I never do reviews but I had such a great experience with the whole staff that I feel like I have to write a great review. I had multiple huge print marketing materials that I needed on short notice for an event and the entire staff was able to help me make sure I had the right file types, poster sizes and materials all for a great price. Dana and Jay were so helpful in getting my order set up and in my hands on time for this event that was very last second!

Don’t go here they are horrible! They told me I had to pay extra to wrap my box with a prepaid return label from my employer. To top it off when I gave them the money they didn’t have enough change and expected me to go and get change from a circle K or bank! I already am on a tight knit schedule they are just a freaking joke ! Unbelievable l.

Leslie at the pack and ship side was amazing! He was so kind and patient with my family. He was patient and very helpful to me with explaining everything, but also kind and friendly with my children, as everyone knows this isnt exactly their choice store. Horrible experience! Came in last minute on a Sunday night just to get copies and got charged for the wrong copies double sided didnt do what I needed..one machine didnt work they looked like I was bothering them each time I asked for help already frustrated. That machines been doing that dont you think you should try and fix it! Very unhappy left with a charge on my card for something I didnt want and didnt ask because again the two employees I asked for help were too busy doing what was important to them and NOT me the customer. Very disappointed such a BIG company. Do better on improving your customer service!

It is so disappointing to pay so much for plan prints. I got 3 plans sets printed today and it cost me $131.95 ( 8 pages in a set, black and white, 24 pages total $5.10 per page) Thats a lot of money to pay, just to bid a project. I so hope Platinum Printing will come back. I would have paid $1.02 a page x 24 pages = $24.48. I am Fed Up with FedEx!

If you know what you want then you are good otherwise you will end up spending 30+ min for simple express mail. Staff is poorly trained for stuff offer by FedEx. I asked difference price which was offered online and Assistant Manager was clue less about FedEx One Rate and I end up paying retail price.

This was the second time doing a print order at this location, and it will be the LAST! Both times they got the wrong name for the order, when we were there, in person, and both times they had a hard time finding our order. They claimed to have called, but had the wrong phone number, and that number was out of service, we checked, so they lied about calling. Then, they got an attitude when we said this was the second time they screwed up. I recommend going elsewhere for print jobs, especially if they are important.

Worst experience ever. They suggested me to to sent my personal items from Chandler to Canada through ground express. Today I came to know that all my 7 boxes are returned back to my Chandler address as I cant send personal items through Ground shipping. Now I am in situation of being in Canada and my boxes are getting returned back to Chandler!! If they already advised me this before my shipping I should have looked for other options. Now only option for me to air ship these boxes by paying 5 times of the amount I paid !!!I will never recommend this shipment center to anyone!! Worst ever!!

The manager Jay, seemed put out to help me. I needed to print a file in color using a file from my phone. After he gave me the email to send the file to FedEx he told me that I would be receiving a code in my email to start the process. He walked me to the color printer shiwed a couple if buttons to push and when the code didnt appear he told me it may take a few minutes and said if you have questions let me know and left me standing there, I had never tried printing from my phone. I finally received the email with the code. My code had letters and the screen only had numbers. I tried to get Jays attention, he was on the phone. I gave up and asked another gentleman for help. He found that I was putting my payment card in too soon. Finally it started to print. Then the jam happened. So I walked over yet again to try to ask Jay for help, he was on a different phone, looked at me then turned away. I waited for a few more minutes and a very nice blonde lady asked me if I needed help (I forgot to mention she was leaving for the day and she still made time to find someone to help me). Thank you, I only wish I had gotten her name. She contacted Besha, who came over, cleared the jam and made sure that all my copies came through then retrieved a bag for me 36 pages of copies. Besha knows customer service, Jay could learn from Besha. Besha clearly cares about customers., I give Besha five stars, Jay a negative one star.

I brought in a small electronic item to return to the manufacturer. I asked for a box to purchase for $8, since they were out in the store display. The gentleman that helped said that he had a bix and would pack it up for me. He gave me a receipt and wished me a good night. What service!!!

Very unfriendly Asst Manager Joaquin. He is rude and I don’t think he is a right fit for retail. He made me wait for more than 30 minutes and I returned the envelope stating that he can’t ship it. Dana the store manager is of no help either.

Right now, this location closed due to an emergency. I ordered some things here but called another location and were able to address my needs and stated that they should be back up and running very soon.Hopefully theyre paying their employees despite this emergency. Some of the staff are excellent, and really helpful. Others, not so much. FedEx has slipped in recent months. Not only do they deliver packages late, they also refuse to give a refund, even a partial one. I think with Covid and the increased ecommerce business, they got so busy and rich, that they dont really care that much about customers anymore.

The post office at 1900 W Carla Vista Dr, Chandler, Arizona is located .59 miles from this Fedex establishment.I had the misfortune of arriving at Fedex while Dana was working at the entrance a little after 5pm. There were several box sizes missing at the self packing station and she was unwilling to locate one 13 x 9 x 11. She directed me to get in line to pay for the extra packing service. When I asked why there were none available out front she condescendingly informed me there was a national pandemic, a fact I may have looked ignorant to despite the mask and gloves I wore.When I began trying to see if a laptop box would fit the items I had brought she decided to continue her abrasive form of apathy. Rather than help find the box I needed she indicated she was trying to save me money, despite the fact I had brought my own tape/scissors/filler to pack the boxes I hoped to purchase and ship.Please put a staff out front willing to assist your clients to the best of their ability even if that means tolerating a customer who may have an unusual willingness to pay more than necessary to send items to their loved ones.I spent $42.20 to mail two large flat rate priority boxes at the USPS less than a mile away and it was a worthwhile experience learning that this Fedex doesnt want my business based on the level of service tonight.

30 mins to pick up 1 printed order that was supposedly completed hours before I arrived at the store. Severely understaffed, no sense of urgency. I arrived at 7:21 pm and was waiting until 8pm. Once 8pm hit I was told to leave because they were closed and they did not offer to give me my order I paid for, even though it was ready. Literally the worst service ever.

I frequent many FedEx Office locations for company printing. The Dobson & Chandler Blvd location is by far the quickest with project completion. The staff at this store are also increadibly friendly and welcoming. They have assisted me with many projects and have offered great advice on attaining the best quality for future prints. Dana, Jay, and Heather in particular have been extremely helpful. Will be returning to this location for most, if not all, print and shipping needs. Thanks for the effort - great store!

The only reason I didnt give 0 stars is because a female member named Messlia helped me by printing my order at the counter.I had waited in line to use the self printing service. When it was my turn, I inserted my credit card and tried to print some bank statements for verification. The machine charged my card and it tried to print the 1st document. After 5 minutes it was stunned on printing. It was 3:10 and I had to teach an online class at 330. After 10 minutes, it was still thinking about printing my 1st document. A tale older staff member stopped over and asked if we needed any help. I explained to him that I had to go and teach a class at 330, and the copier had already charged my card, and wasnt printing anything and I had 14 pages to print, which were all vital papers I asked him if he could print them at the counter because they always do that. He shrugged his shoulders and said no because he they had a lot of back orders. But there was no one printing anything, so if you had back orders, why werent you working on them!!!?So at 315, printer was still trying to print, my relative went and explained to Melissa what was happening., and she took my USB and printed my documents at the counter.The same man was trying to bother the lady about why was printing my documents. She told him, they are having problems with the machine. He didnt reply. Whatever your name is dont lie, and do your job. Im sure if he was trying to print confidential documents, and it wasnt working, he would have a hissy fit. God bless you Messlia for making it easier for us.

I simply wanted to return my direct tv equipment. Only one clerk available. Waited over 10 minutes only to find the clerk couldnt find the password she needed. Had to wait almost another 10 minutes for the other clerk who had the password to come in. No reflection on the workers, just no excuse to be this short-staffed and not have the access (password) to information they need.

Be prepared, I have yet to go in this place when they do not charge me extra for something. I just shipped a box that I could stand on, and they said because it wasn’t corrugated they had to sell me a new box and repack it $15! I was up against a deadline so I had to pay the extra money. Printing is professional and precise. Shipping is a little pricey but they do a good job and are helpful. They also have some pretty great stationary.

I usually receive good and prompt service from the staff at this FedEx office. I often go here to try to find unusual sized shipping boxes. Amazingly they usually have something in stock thatll fit my needs. They arent the cheapest source around but they are often the most reliable.

I literally just needed to have my return item scanned and mailed back. It already had the label all I had to do was have an employee scan it so I could pay and go. Instead your employee had an issue with the box even though the item was secure in it he didn’t like how it sounded. So he tried to charge me 14.99 to have him box it up again. Or I could pay 4 dollars buy a box, and packing stuff and re box it. Seriously I already spoke with the manufacturer the box was the original box it was secure going back. Thank you for wasting my time. I will gladly visit your rural location and make sure to stick with ups in the future.

FedEx people are uninformed and unaware of their own rules!! I tried to ship a box from Chandler to Canada by ground. I called customer care to get a quote and I said I am sending personal household items. They didnt tell me that I cannot send personal items by ground to Canada. Then I go to the store and the guy who helped me specifically asked whats in the box and even he didnt tell the rule. Then my box gets returned to my place and I get charged $140!! why should I lose $140 because you did not know your own rules ??!!!

I am in this location at least once every 2 weeks for company shipping needs & EVERY time I am treated with courtesy, politeness & as prompt service [at least as the line allows!] Each associate genuinely tries to help [if they are able] & I am continually impressed with everyones kindness! To get anyone here to help you, and to get any sort of pleasantry out of them is like pulling teeth from a rooster. But there sure quick to tell you all the ways there not going to help you as they back away from the counter and can no longer be bothered to deal with you. UPS store is in the same corner mall area, and they were super helpful and pleasant. They have my business now.

This FedEx office has all required facilities - desktops with internet, all types of printing, scan, stationary all these you can use your credit/debit card on these terminals. They have basic free items e.g. adhesive etc to do your shipping prep. Nice and clean place along with good service.

Stay away from this FedEx. I dropped off a 24 inch monitor with a pre-paid label exactly as it was delivered in the manufacturer box and they refused to take it because it wasnt packaged inside a brown box even though it was perfectly packaged inside the manufacturer box and sent EXACTLY as it was delivered to me. I just turned around and dropped it off a block down the street at Walgreens which they gladly accepted with no problems. Ive had to return items larger than a 24 inch monitor before and was never given any troubles.When I got home, I contacted customer service and was told they shouldnt of put me through that inconvenience and apologized. Its obvious this location is trying to pad their sale numbers by forcing unnecessary purchases down unsuspecting customers throats. Stay far away and if possible ask for a return label to UPS instead as this is the second time FedEx has tried pulling stuff like this.

Horrible customer service. Would not print company documents necessary for an upcoming conference. The employee at this facility did not believe my husband was employed by his company and even after he showed proof, she declined printing his documents, citing a privacy clause on the document (which applies to people *outside* of his company!). Considering we receive 5-10 FedEx packages a week and need print services for a team of reps, this decline of service was infuriating. We will find another print facility and we will speak with our corporate office to encourage a different vendor. I can see why their rating is so poor.

I have been coming here for years. I sell a lot of items online and drop off my packages at this location. For the most part, I have had decent service. But the last time I was there, I had to purchase my label at this location and felt a little misled. I dont know if its FedExs policy or just the stores policy but I brought in a package that was in the original box that used by the manufacturer and shipped by the manufacturer. I wanted to put a declared value on it and they told me that they had to open my already sealed box to inspect the packaging. The employee tells me that the packing is not up to there standards and I will need to purchase an additional box and packing from them if I wanted to declare a value. Which is really interesting because in the past I have been purchasing FedEx labels online and placing a declared value and dropping it off at this same location with no issues. But when you go in the store, they make you purchase there box and packing material. BTW the manager was right there only a few feet away putting his two cents in. Anyways, I was told a price which was absurd but because of how much time wasted already, I agreed. The manager decided to jump in and package my item and made a mistake of only putting one of my items in the box and I had two. What do you know now my pice I was quoted just jumped up much higher. I was really upset. The manager did not even apologize. I was there for about 40 minutes total and missed a movies I was going to go catch on top of that! I called FedEx customer service to complain. They didnt even care. Its been over two weeks and I have never received any sort of response to my complaint. I feel FedEx service has really gone down. More recently called FedEx customer service to get a quote on something and it felt like I was talking to a lifeless robot. I think I will move on another shipping service....

Went to print off 640 pages of work, They would not take my corporate discount, did not have may badge with me because its Sunday, Had a photo copy of my badge on back of my discount card, would not take it. They wanted to charge me for each file opened, $1.00 each, had 12 pdf files, I will never go back to this one and will tell ever one where I work not to go hear ether, lost $60.00+ sale today and will never go there again...Don,t go to this one they stink on service !!!!!!!

Horrible experience, horrible service!!! Would not assist in anyway so had to call their call center and the directed me to a headquarters near me.... I was eventually assisted by going through all of that an hour later!! Will never use again!! Not for personal or business! Went in yesterday morning and needed to Fedex a package and send a return slip with it. The helped me do the sending slip(not sure why the couldnt do The return slip but they made me do that on a computer) I had a question and two different employees told me I dont know I just punch keys. They shouldnt be representing Fedex if they cant either answer questions or if they dont know find out an answer. They just dont seem to care!

We used this location a lot when we were taking classes at ASU. We recently needed to print invitations on stock we had purchased but couldnt do it at home or at a closer place we tried. We trekked down to FedEx and has absolutely outstanding service (by Besha). It was very important to us and Besha showed great care in ensuring everything was proofed and just perfect. The name on the store may have changed but they still have great equipment and great staff.

Not only did it take 15 minutes for the employee to wrap my package and finish assisting me, he also stopped half-way through to answer the store phone, when three other employees were in the same vicinity, twice. Everyone kept saying, sorry for the delay., but you could tell it was just lip service. From now on, Im taking my business to the UPS store.

Terrible experience. Left frustrated. Went there to do the same job I had done 2 hours ago at another Kinkos close to where I work. They did such a great job I decided to get four other magazines bounded and went to this Chandler location close by. She didnt seem to know what she was doing, she was cranky and rude and when she told me how much it would be she charged me DOUBLE what I had just done 2 hours ago at another FedEx Kinkos. Really??? I couldnt believe it. When I told her I would just go back to the other location, she then charged me $4.50 for the 2 cuts she had done to the cut down the middle of the magazine. Unbelieveable. I will never go back to that location.

Terrible customer service! I spoke with the man who appeared to be of indian descent and he was very rude. He literally asked me You dont know how to write? very condascendingly while I was being very nice when I asked if I could just take a picture of the shipping quote that he showed me on his screen to save me the trouble of writing it down (because he wont give me a printout of it, even though the UPS store nearby did!) As if that werent enough, he also basically said I might use the written quote to con them into shipping a heavier package for less. I could not believe what I was hearing! I thought all of the negative reviews for this store were just isolated incidents, but my experience leads me to believe that horrible customer service is the norm here. In stark contrast, the UPS store that is in the very same business area had ALWAYS treated me with respect. This fedex store will never get my business again.

Our company used to regular this location a few years ago. We had them handle all our promotional, flyers, posters and banner work. But nowadays we avoid it like the plague. To be honest they have turned us off from using FedEx services alltogether completly.The staff here (with the exception of one young lady) is incredibly rude, unfriendly and incompetent.Ive had employees here roll their eyes and sigh at me for simply asking them to do their jobs.One employee I believe his name is Besha is always unkind to me and my employees. He is very unfriendly, cold and frankly unproffessional. Its a huge turnoff for customers and makes them uncomfortable and not want to come back.Another employee here is incredibly lazy and it took 10 minutes and me asking for assistance 3 times for him to finally do anything and when he finally did it was done incorrectly.I keep giving them chances and stopping by hoping for something different, but I must be a glutton for punishment because I leave disappointed and irritated every time.The prices have also just gotten incredibly unreasonable. But then again It seems each time I go we get different pricing for the same thing. Just last week a worker tried to charge me 7.50 for a 12 by 18 print on regular paper. If that isnt rediculous then I dont know what is.We wont be coming back.

The self service machine took forever to use, the person there was anything but helpful, I was told the wrong price for printing a piece of paper out, which then I learned they set the prices to the higher defaults, and then I was refused service after I complained about it.
