My company operated out of Executive Suites Chandler for two years. We had a great experience here. The space was clean, organized and overall very well kept. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for larger offices in a professional environment that is centrally located.

Leasing for 13 months. Quiet calm setting, clean, nicely decorated. Management responds quickly and is extremely accommodating. Been able to move offices with no extra fees. I was provided with a key card for 24 hour access to the building. We have been here over one year and have never had issues with how bathrooms are stocked. And cleaning crew does a good job of getting trash and vacuuming daily.

Great place for small business owner.

Very nice executive suite. Available 24 hours with keycard but open 8-5 normally. Nice large offices and everyone is very nice. There is not a receptionist which helps keep the lease low. The office staff responds quickly. The manager bends over backwards to make sure im comfortable in my choice here. I highly recommend it.

I would not recommend this business to anyone. The hours on the door state that the doors lock at 5pm, but the the person that set us up said the doors will be locked at 4:30pm. This cuts 30 minutes off of our business day. I didnt get any mail for over 3 WEEKS which delayed our ability to generate business and announce our new address online as well as accept credit cards. The person that claimed to be one of the owners, told me one thing and did not stick to his word. The overall appearance of the suites and lobby is nice but the management is the reason for 1 star.

I have been leasing office space here for almost a year. My experience has been great. Any time I had a concern, the managment was receptive and found a solution in a resonable amount of time.The doors do lock at 5pm but if I know I have a client coming in, I let them know to text me when they arrive so I can let them in, not a big deal.

Things have gone down hill at this site while prices have gone up. Two days in a row, Ive had clients in the building (one man, one woman) this week and the bathrooms were not maintained, not clean, no TP, etc.Better options exist. Just waiting for my lease to expire.EDIT: Im not a competitor pretending to be a tenant. Theres no paper in the mens bathroom right now! Second time in less than a week. The janitorial staff didnt show up this weekend, I guess. Dont list janitorial service as part of the lease agreement if you dont want to keep up your end of the bargain. We shouldnt have to call the building manager to get basic services!

CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! No one ever called me to discuss my inconvenience and my issues, yet I paid for the time I was there. It cant be great their. I was a customer and not a happy one. BEWARE!!!
