Absolutely no communication until the day before closing. Also uninformed about a notary for signing. We had to find a meeting place and spend 150.00 extra with someone that did not due the paperwork. We closed on a house in Oregon where the company took measures in their office to ensure safety for all.If they want to service that way they need to pay for the notary. We have closed several houses over the years and this was by far the worst experience we have ever had.
