Asked to be let up while one of the elevators at my residency (West 6th) was being repaired. One of the employees put a middle finger on me immediately and showed verbal aggression.I am a resident who politely requested to be let up as my FOB was dysfunctional. He immediately became verbally aggressive and proceeded to disrespecting me for absolutely no reason, even though I made a rightful request as a person residing in the building….It’s very disappointing and uncomfortable knowing the people contributing to repairing residency communities are showing that level of disrespect and unwarranted aggression to residents.I’m not trying to be a stereotypical “Karen” here but is this normal? Asking for an assistance to be let up to my unit and getting a middle finger in return?Absolutely disgusted.

If you have ANY alternative source for elevator repairs, take it! These folks will charge you at least $800-$1000 per visit, no matter when they come or how long the service takes. An example: we needed elevator service at 6:00 on a Friday afternoon, and the technician was here for just under 45 minutes. When he left, he said he found a loose screw on the fire tab and it was now secure, the elevator was working fine. The bill for under an hour of service and no parts were needed? $1300.04. God help you if you need extensive service on a weekend, get the grease gun ready!

If I could give them zero stars I would .They started servicing my three elevators in a high rise on July 22nd, 2018. One elevator has not worked since the last week of August with no expected repair date when authorization for the pair was given within 10 days of diagnoses. Called for service last Thursday and they decided it could wait until our quarterly service without notifying me. Well that elevator went down over the weekend and now down to one elevator to service residents and staff of a high rise. In the previous 12 months we have had zero entrapments and a single elevator was never down for more than 3 days. Since July 22, 2018 we have had 3 entrapments.
