I received a text from our techs 30 minutes prior to the appointment, as promised, which I appreciated. Lucas and Ryan were friendly, ready to answer any questions and quick to get to work. We had two 9 x 12 area rugs and one room of carpeting cleaned and the price was very reasonable. It only took them about 30 minutes and they were careful to place guards on all the corners of the walls to prevent any damage from the hose. Im pleased with how the rugs look and would definitely recommend this team and this business.

Coconut Carpet Cleaning is awesome, they go out of there way to please. They didnt ask for a review but left me wanting to give one. The customer service is incredible weve used them more than once so they werent just having a good day. Their people are always in a good mood. Reached out to coconut cleaning after seeing them advertised on Instagram. They had amazing reviews and I really enjoyed the before/after pics they had to show their work. I had tile and grout cleaning done by Lucas and Ryan and it turned out fantastic! We have been in our home 4 years and have never had professional cleaning done to our tiles (just did twice weekly vacuum and mopping ourselves). It’s amazing how much dirt can build up in the grout and discolor tile despite constantly mopping. Lucas and Ryan came in and did a deep clean of our flooring which lightened and brightened up our tile to its original look! Super happy with coconut cleaning and we will definitely be using them in the near future for more services!

Okay, WOW. I have two white pottery barn couches, one of which the bottom was just demolished by dirt and oil and whatever else in our move, and I was heartbroken. The movers didn’t wrap an entire section of the couch, and I’m not kidding when I say the couch in that section was black. Nano and Mateo spent around an hour, and it’s almost completely back to perfect! It’s 100000x better than what I was expecting the best case scenario to be. I am completely ecstatic! They were great working around the kids, super nice and professional, on time on the DOT. I couldn’t have asked for anything more! Thanks guys!

I received an offer for 2 free carpet cleanings through Green Mango and I couldn’t pass it up. They reached out to me to schedule the cleaning. I received the confirmation of the scheduled time of arrival and they let me know that they were ahead of schedule and could come out earlier, which was great because that meant the carpets would be dry sooner. Two guys showed up and immediately got to work.. I decided to add in the hall way cleaning for an additional $30. They were in and out in less than 45 min… and my carpets look great!! Seeing as I hadn’t had them cleaned in the last 4 yrs since the house was built!! Very pleased with Coconut from the initial appointment set up to the completed work. Confirmed appointment a few days in advance and the technicians called when they were on their way. Sheldon and DJ were friendly and personable. Sheldon provided an overview of their services and provided me with the cost for approval before cleaning. I became part of the Coconut Club as I plan to use their services on a more regular basis.

I was just going to use my credit from green mango to clean the tiles of two rooms. But I ended up cleaning the entire first floor and the carpeted stairs. Very satisfied with the service and results. I like how they have two technicians work at the same time. The job was done professionally and efficiently. My text communication confirming my time window 2 days before service was incredible and the say of service received a call w a 5 minute arrival warning. With a busy schedule w work and children in school, this level of communication is so appreciated.Now the service…I have 15+ year old tile throughout my house which is a hard stubborn clean. Coconut Cleaning co was great. They went above and beyond my expectations. From the quote to the scheduling to the actual cleaning everything was professional and too notch customer service. Our tech Sean called when he was 30 mins away from our appt which gave us some time to do some last min prep. Once he arrived he did a quality job in a reasonable amount of time. We have older carpet so I didnt have much hope for some stains and our overall goal was to just get surface dirt up but after he was done our carpets looked fantastic and way better than I had expected. The cleaning was well worth the price and we look forward to using Coconut cleaning co and Sean for future cleanings.

He took the time to explain what he felt the best treatment for my furniture would be to get the smell of urine out of the rug and chairs. Also he didn’t sell me on things I did not need. The techs were super friendly, called to let me know they had earlier availability to see if I wanted it and showed up on time. They did a great job and were very informative of the process. The best part was that the total was actually what they quoted me which has literally never happened with any other carpet cleaning company. I did do an add on they recommended but it wasnt in a sales-y way but more in an FYI way. They ran my card where I could see it and it was really a great experience. Will totally use them again. We already use their sister company Green Mango for pest control and are very happy with them.

Lucas and Ryan were friendly, professional, and super efficient! This was our first experience with Coconut and we signed up for the Coconut club without hesitation after hearing the details. Our carpets look fantastic and they werent at all pushy for upselling/ad ons etc. They simply identified things in our home that they could clean if we wanted them to and a quote. One of the biggest things that sold us? Our dogs loved them. They handled the interaction very well and my 95 pound German Shepherd just couldnt get enough of them. That makes a world of difference for us. 10/10 recommend and will use again.

Love this company! Our tile hasnt been this clean since we moved in 12 years ago. They were very professional and great to work with.

I probably wont use them again 🤷‍♀️. Theres still stains on my couch that they cleaned and that cost 1/3 of what I paid them. I paid extra for a protectant of some sort on surfaces and didnt see them spray anything extra after the steamer went through. Its probably the most Ive paid for carpet cleaning before too even though they said they were applying some discount from being connected to our pest control company, so to not be fully satisfied is kind of annoying

Honestly, I expected a better experience. Hearing all the great reviews and feedback from social media didn’t compare to the service I received. I could’ve done a better job with my swiffer wet jet & a rug doctor rental. The technicians were nice and friendly but the service seemed rushed, and I payed extra to protect from “traction” on my carpets and they look worse than what they did before getting them done. We stayed off the carpets for over 5 hours so I know it wasn’t on us. Our carpets are the same if not worse than they were before. We feel that it was a complete waste of money. Not to mention, we also got our downstairs floors done and they were not thorough what so ever. They were done in a matter of minutes. I don’t think it was all worth over 200 to get my house done and there was no noticeable change at all. I am disappointed & saddened about this experience. I definitely had higher hopes.
