I will never choose another limo service besides TransCity. I called multiple services and they were the most competitively priced. I made the reservation but then about 2 weeks prior to the service date had to make an update which was easily accommodated. The limo and driver were both exceptional. Driver was very friendly, helpful, polite and professional. The limo was clean and met all my expectations. The driver was prompt when asked to pick us up from every location. When I checked my credit card, I did see an extra charge outside of what was quoted. However, I called Saturday and was told billing was open Monday and I would be contacted then. To my pleasant surprise, i was emailed SUNDAY saying it was an error due to the booking update and it was already credited back to my card. How incredible to not even ask what the problem was, but to research it on their own, not even dispute it with me, and all on a day billing doesnt work. Amazing company!!!!

We used Transcity Limos this weekend for a 25th Anniversary work function and had Robert as our driver. He was on time and did a great job. We had a great time and Id use them again!

We rented a limo to take us to several wineries. The driver, Dan, was onTime, professional and knowledgeable. We had the best day and appreciate the great service. If we are back in Arizona again, we will definitely use Transcity Limo.

Just used this service on Saturday the 22nd to go to a dance with my daughters. Driver was very professional and courteous. But we have an incident similar to others that Ive seen on their reviews. Our drop off was 8 minutes late after the scheduled drop off. I even let the driver round it to 10 minutes, didnt figure it was a big deal either. Was even told we were cool not to worry about it. Was still charged for an extra hour. If that was the case I would have had him drive us around for the extra 50 minutes. We even tipped the driver extra gratuity. If the issue is not resolved we will not use this service again. Be careful seems like some of the reviews are not bluffing.

I have not done my limo ride yet. But I just wanted to write a review on how kind and accommodating Jason was on the phone. Very professional and made we feel comfortable with their purchase. So I’ll leave another review after my services! I’m sure our wedding day will be perfect with our luxurious limo ride! thank you for being kind! So far a standing ovation!

Trans city limos has a great selection of vehicles to choose, and their prices are vary competitive to its competition. I rented a limo for my wifes birthday so we could have a good time and not worry about driving. Our driver arrived 15 minutes early so we could take care of the rental paperwork, was vary professional and met all our parties need and more! I would totally rent from Trans City limo again!

BUYER BEWARE! This company is not to be trusted!!!My friends and I planned a special night out taking our daughters to a concert. We called and got a limo quote over the phone as well as an emailed quote in writing. The night of the concert, we paid the company the amount we were quoted which included gratuity. When we were dropped off, the limo driver said that we were pain in full and asked us to sign that we were dropped off safely.THEN a few days later the card on file was charged an additional $357.00!!They advised us it is a garage to garage charge. What this means is if it takes the driver an hour or five (in our case 3 hours) to get back to his garaged location the customer is responsible! We were never advised anything about driving to their garage and it was never mentioned to us per any conversation or during the service. The disclosure was sent via email and written in fine print. The average consumer would think garage to garage is from the time one was picked up and dropped off.They are a misleading company and I hope this helps the next person from being taken advantage of. What was supposed to be a fun night out with our daughter’s has turned into regrets for trusting in a company as this one.

SHADY BUSINESS STAY CLEAR NEVER USE!!!! Very misleading company!!! You think you are ONLY paying the fee you were given when booking then a few days later (after you have used limo) they charge your card additional fees for Garage to Garage What a scam! Never once do they tell you that when booking about the additional fees, even asking several times for an invoice. $357 over the original price given. By the time you find out about their additional fees you have already used their service. Shady business.The Rental Agreement clause you have referenced in your defense does not support your position. In fact, it diminishes it.The clause reads:Garage-to-Garage Time Calculations: Garage-to-Garage means charges are calculated by applying the applicable hourly rate commencing from the time the chauffeur departs the garage to begin service and continuing through such time the chauffeur concludes service and returns to the garage.Based on your history of fraud and misrepresentation as evidenced by the FIVE consumer complaints to the Better Business Bureau, you clearly intended to be intentionally vague in your definition of Garage-to-Garage in order to mislead and defraud the consumer. You do not specifically define whose garage youre referring to in the calculation. A reasonable consumer would conclude that the garage you were referring to was theirs not the drivers. Your driver picked us up in front of my garage and dropped us off at my garage; thus, commencing and concluding his service at my garage.Further, the first and only time I was given notice of this Garage-to-Garage calculation was in the rental agreement I was presented with upon entering the limousine which I only quickly scanned, as your driver assured me it was just a standard liability waiver.

Whenever I visit Phoenix I always call TransCity to help make it a great experience. They have the newest limos, professional drivers and the owner is very attentive to my needs. Last night my son celebrated his 18th Birthday with 30 of his friends! The staff was incredible to work with; they were kind, professional, and courteous! The process was simple and they provided us with exactly the experience we were hoping for! The driver was phenomenal with the party guests! When my son with autism asked for a Party Bus for his birthday, I wanted to make it happen! Transcity limos made it happen! Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a night out on the town in style!

I planned a girls night out and used Transcity Limo. They were fabulous! I had friends coming in from D.C., Milwaukee, Pennsylvania and Connecticut- and we wanted a fun night out, well it was one of the best nights! Our driver Hugh was wonderful. He was terrific with our group and made the night very special. I really appreciated the professionalism of the company- from booking to confirmation to the actual night out! I highly recommend Transcity and Hugh was a fun, outgoing driver! Thank you Hugh and Transcity- it is a night we will never forget.

I booked TranCity limo for a night out on the Town. From the beginning the gentleman I spoke to was very courteous and professional. He listened to my needs and delivered. The vehicle was immaculant and as promised, very clean. The driver was very professional and a pleasure to interact with. He was not only on time but early.I would definetly recommend this company to anyone looking for a limo.

Terrible service! Fully charged our Visa card at the time of the reservation. Had to sign papers as we entered vehicle, but got no copies of them. Received no invoice for charges. Then provided a smaller limo then what we asked for. Couldnt fit 10 people without legs going over someones lap. Driver wouldnt discuss issue. Said to call office next day. Called but didnt call back. Unethical practices! Be careful!!

TransCity has some of the best cars Ive ever seen. The drivers are professional and show up on time. Im so glad I went with TransCity...the last limo I was in was straight out of the 80s! The new 300 stretch that I was in was so great...bluetooth, dvd player, the works. It was super clean too and we had a blast! I highly recommend these guys and the price was really reasonable for the service and primo vehicle.

We have used Transcity Limos three separate times now during trips to Phoenix. We have been beyond pleased with the quality of service, immaculate limos, and courteous drivers. We have used Transcity for both airport service as well as limo service, and both experiences have been excellent. They picked us up from Sky Harbor in a lovely Town Car, took care of everything, and were friendly and professional. Our most recent trip we requested a Chrysler 300 limo we saw online to go out for an evening with friends. As with our two previous experiences, the driver arrived exactly when he was scheduled to, the limo was absolutely beautiful and clean inside and out, as promised, and our driver was excellent. We all had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our evening out in Phoenix! My husband and I truly appreciate their obvious desire to provide a quality experience for us, and we have nothing but praise. Highly recommend and will continue to use Transcity whenever we come into town in the future.

If I could give minus stars I would ! I was a real customer that got really did wrong. PEOPLE DO NOT HIRE THEIR SERVICES!! WARNING THEY ARE LIARS AND AND TRICKSTERS. They charged me 200$ five days after the date of service no one can give me a real straight answer and I gave them more than a week to call me back like they said they would .

Was not billed as quoted. Great chauffeur and ride, but awful customer service and unethical business. Charged an extra $300 for garage to garage which was not quoted or mentioned. No explanation for what this was. Business was unwilling to discuss or work towards a resolution. Unhelpful customer service that said you just dont want to pay your bills. Completely deceiving and not honest.Read the reviews on this recurring issue. Dont be a victim.Updated 11/29:This feedback is for the Wanca party. Paper work was dumped on us during pick-up. Chaffeur did not explain the charges, or the details of what we had to sign for. It was very rushed, and wasnt an honest or appropriate time to review terms and conditions. Those should have been sent ahead of time. We cant delay by 15 minutes to go through paperwork during an event.Whats most upsetting is how unwilling your business is to reach a resolution, and try to make it right for both sides. Had we of known of the extra $300 in fine print then we would have kindly declined your quote because it then made it very non-competitive (competitive RFQ is how you found our solicitation).Update 12/6:No contact or attempt has been made by the business to resolve.To the owner: We do not have the wrong business.
