Worked with Jeanne on a home addition in Queen Creek. She was great to work with. We installed premium vinyl plank flooring, and tile in the bathroom. It looks great. This is a small family owned store but don’t let that fool you. They can do anything any of the other bigger stores can do and will beat their prices. Additionally you will receive personalized attention by people who are true decorators not just sales people. We had shutters, carpeting and flooring done in addition to a bathroom renovation. Their attention to detail is outstanding as well as their recommendations. It was such a pleasure working with them and their contractors as well. We recently completed a remodel of our master bath with FloorEver and it is fabulous! This follows another bathroom remodel, a kitchen remodel and replacing all of the flooring in the house. Their ideas are creative and practical. Working directly with the business owners is great because they want to be sure that things are done right. Karl & Jeanne are not only really good at what they do but are a pleasure to work with.

We were new to remodeling as we just got a house, but FloorEver was amazing! Amanda walked us through what needed to happen, was always available to answer questions either over the phone or by email, and worked with our crazy schedule to make sure everything was done and done well. We had them replace the cabinets, the countertops, faucets, sinks, and they redid the drywall and interior painting. They organized all the different components and people needed to make the project happen and I wish we knew about them sooner so they could have helped out more at the beginning of the process. We will definitely be back as they helped make our bathroom dreams happen.

These guys do everything....we used them to fashion our new home with Hunter Douglas Nantucket window shades and also had them build out an entire study with cabinets, under counter lights, and everything you could possibly need in a study.Jeanne was great in helping us draw up the plans, came out to our house several times to measure (and even do touch ups herself) and her crew did an awesome job of installation. As did the window shade installers. Great experience! We needed to replace two rooms, hallway, bathroom,and 2 closets due to a water heater leak. Jeanne was very helpful to understanding our specific needs, out immediately with samples exactly as I described so was a very easy choice, she was very helpful with color selection and got us a very good offer on really good carpet and matting. The day before the installation she was even able to save us more. FloorEver has the integrity and the trust to do that! The installation team was professional, neat and very good. I would recommend FloorEver for any interior needs.

We had a small hiccup with the installation of one window shade (out of 11). Karl came immediately, assessed the issue and rectified the situation fast. Amanda was a delight to work with, as well. I had multiple projects done at my home and Wendy was very helpful with design ideas. If there was a concern about something she was right on it to take care of things. Everything turned out beautiful!!

This company just sucks. Their customer service, installation, and the quality of their product just sucks as well. We had them install laminate and carpeting in our Palo Verde home back in August of 2013. That in itself was a nightmare as most of their employees used for installation barely spoke English. Last December, we decided to remove the carpeting in our living/dining room and have it replaced with the same laminate due to allergy issues, only to find that it (the Shaw laminate) wasnt properly installed in the first place. Now, were having to replace the supposedly decent quality Shaw carpeting in our two bedrooms because of bubbling and raveling in both areas. The owner didnt apologize or offer anything in reference to this issue. Needless to say, we decided to go with a different company and will NEVER do business with these people again! Gloria Beitz
