The project manager, designers and owners were phenomenal to work with. From end to end they are very professional and the workmanship is top notch.The selection they have in their show room is pretty extensive which gave us plenty of choice when deciding on material for our project. When it came time to pick material, and as the project progressed, Caleb, the Project Manager was able to step in and make suggestions and recommendations which made the process go very smoothly. Because of his recommendations we ended up with a very consistent flow throughout the house which gets tons of compliments.They completely transformed our space with new flooring, baseboards, cabinets and countertops and it turned out amazing. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

We had previously used Builders for our kitchen remodel, and when we moved into a new house, we went to them for our new floors. We chose a beautiful wood-look tile for most of the house, and a hexagon for our laundry. Caleb and his team were very professional, and kept us up to date on the timeline and progress. We recently experienced some water damage to our upstairs laundry room and loft area. We visited quite a few flooring stores and didnt feel comfortable with any of them, this changed once we stopped by Builders Flooring and Design. Their pricing system is great, pricing is displayed easily for customers to see, and the staff was very helpful. We decided to replace our upstairs loft area, laundry room, traffic areas, bathroom and stairs with Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring. The installation turned out GREAT and was done in a timely manner. We recently did a remodel on our kitchen and downstairs flooring. I was beyond pleased with Builders professionalism, and I must add cleanliness! We chose the dustless option for our tile removal, and I stand by their technique. We are very happy with our cabinets. This is a local, family owned and run business. Much better overall experience than working with a big box or large company, which we have done in the past and total disaster. All good from design to install. We were looking for something unique, inset doors and stacked glass boxes on top. They had it, Shiloh Cabinets, made in the USA. Even in the midst of the virus shutdown, production time was good. We really liked that they utilize an actual carpenter to install the cabinets, a professional that knows what he is doing.

I’ve been working with Builders Flooring & Design for years! The last 11 years to be exact. The most recent job Caleb completed I think is now my absolute favorite! A white subway tile backsplash in the kitchen and complete new carpet in the bedrooms. The “refresh” of the white subway tile in the kitchen is amazing, it makes it appear larger, cleaner and updated with such an easy project. The best part was Caleb and his crew. Every-time I work with this team they make it so easy. Timing, completion of work, quality, efficiency, professionalism of everyone doing the work- they are the best in the business. They have now completed granite through my kitchen and bathrooms, foyer hardwoods, refreshed & updated my fireplace & added a beautiful wood mantle, hardwoods in my kitchen, carpet twice, and now my subway tile back splash over the last 11 years. Were so happy with our new countertops, backsplash and flooring! Caleb and the team were easy to work with and stayed close to our projects as they were happening. The folks at Builders Flooring and Design did a masterful job on replacing carpet with tile and replacing carpet with carpet in our home; renewing our home for years to come.We chose the tile because of the showroom display of the pattern we were interested in... being able to see it on the floor sold us and we are delighted in our choice. The demo crew and installation crews were super; efficient and thorough. We were able to schedule around our calendar and completed the process beautifully, ahead of schedule.In addition to the tile and carpet installation, we replaced baseboard throughout the house. We went through Builders Flooring & Design to replace our carpet in 3 bedrooms and stairs. Not only were their selections STUNNING, their work was impeccable and so fast. We had the carpet ordered and in less than 5 days we had a gorgeous new floors! The installers were very kind and got it done in just a few hours, and they hauled away the old carpet 🙌🏼. The quality is amazing, we feel like we are walking on clouds and the design of the carpet is very pretty and modern. Their prices were also very competitive to other bids we received and the quality and color/design options were so much better. I love their shop as well, we will definitely be back to replace our showers, kitchen, floor tiling, well...when the budget allows someday! Builders Flooring & Design installed new laminate, carpeting and granite countertops for us and everything turned out wonderfully. This was our first time using them. We currently live in Nebraska, so we were not in AZ while our home was being built. Nick and Kelly helped us pick out the tile, flooring, carpet, cabinets, granite and backsplash. They made sure we had everything finalized while we were in AZ before we left for Nebraska. When we came back after the house was completely, the home was beautiful. The cabinets have more storage than I expected. The granite is beautiful and very the shower was better than I could have designed. There was a problem with the installation of our counter tops and Nik was right on top of it and made sure the problem was corrected. I was a general contractor for years and this is the best tile work Ive seen. There were several tricky areas, including a rounded breakfast nook. They also had to take a lot of care not to damage our wainscoting when removing and installing the tile. They did an excellent job. Their customer service has also been top notch throughout. We love our new floors! The wood-look tile is a replacement for the real wood that we had prior to flooding. Builders Flooring & Design oversaw the whole process of removing the old flooring including the glue/thinset and installing the new tile and baseboard. Called Builders for an estimate on a 2 bathroom remodel we were planning. Nik came out to evaluate project. He listened thoroughly and gave us several suggestions which we ended up accepting.Through out project teams were curteous and always made sure the quality was more important than the speed of project. They preformed a test to make sure our tiled shower did not have any leaks, by letting water sit for 24 hours. It took them a full day for test but it was nice to see the importance of quality being a larger priority than rushing to complete.Both the bathrooms came out beautiful and the suggestions by Nik are our favorite parts. Really wish we would have used them for the tile on the rest of our house a few years back, however we sure will call them for any future projects. Would highly reccomend Builders Flooring and Design if you are looking for a job well done.
